Will not go here again. They didn't take care of my cuticles which is the only reason that I get manicures because I'm bad at doing that myself. Paint is uneven and I had to ask her to fix spots multiple times (for example - a piece of dried paint from the bottle got on my mail and she just kept trying to paint over it, leaving a bump)

I had my eyebrows waxed here and I will never go back. This is even a few days after it was done! I had horrible pain from the wax and the way she yanked the strips basically took a layer of skin off my eyes. I'm hoping it doesn't scar! Horrible place never go here.

Love my nails. Julie listens to what you want and will work with you from shaping to color.

This is how I walked out because I told her I didn't like the color. Midway she just went to another client.

I had one of the best French manicures and pedicures in my 20 years of getting my nails done. Van had such a gentle touch, pleasant smile and welcoming personality. I tried to schedule an appointment online for myself and my daughter to get basic manicures (with…read morepolish, not gel) to celebrate her 8th birthday. The appointment was never confirmed and when I showed up saying I had scheduled an appointment, the staff were confused. I decided to cut my losses, forgo my own manicure, and just have my daughter get her nails done. When I told them I wanted to get just my daughter's nails done, they tried to direct her towards the gel polish colors--she's 8 and way too young for gel (most places recommend 16+ for gel). Gel is also $55, whereas a kids manicure was listed as $17. I told them and my daughter that we were not getting gel and redirected my daughter to the standard polishes. They said that they recommended gel for her because she is a kid and it was more durable. I said, "no gel," and my daughter pointed to a standard polish she wanted to wear. They took her over to one of the manicure tables and sat her down, then walked away to get the folder of samples for gel colors. Again, I had to tell them I did NOT want gel for my 8 year old!! I should have left after this because they were not respecting my "no", but I didn't want to ruin it for my daughter. After saying no for the third time, they took my daughter back over to the regular polishes to get the one she wanted and had already picked out (and pointed to and showed them prior to sitting down at the table). When they took her back to the table, they asked me if I wanted to get a pedicure (even though I had already said "no" to getting any services done for me). They the asked me if I wanted her cuticles cut, and explained that a base manicure was $10, but cuticles cut was an extra $8 (NOTE: this did NOT match the price on their service list, which said a kids manicure for was $17). My daughter has never had this done before, so I asked her if she was interested in trying it and let her know that sometimes it can hurt (for various reasons from sensitive nails to not soaking the cuticles for long enough, etc.). My daughter looked scared and said, "no." So I told them we were not interested in getting her cuticles cut. The lady said, "you're cheap, but that's okay." I know there are some language differences, but they acted like it was an inconvenience to do a basic service that took them less than 10 minutes to do. As if they would rather have sat there doing nothing than preform the service. And respecting what my daughter wants doesn't make me "cheap". And I declined services for myself in the first place because they didn't have the appointment and clearly weren't organized and wouldn't listen to me. I just wanted to get the nails painted and get the hell out of there. The manicure itself was fine. They filled her nails, buffed them, did a single coat of glitter polish (the coverage was good for one coat), and did a top coat (again, this took maybe 5 minutes to do all this). I went to pay and they charged my card, then handed me the receipt to sign. I put down that I wanted to tip (despite my best judgement) and the lady kept asking me for cash for the tip instead of charging it to the card. I told her that I didn't have cash, and she said, "it's fine." I'm not sure how that was 'fine' but the charge hasn't yet posted to my account so we'll see what happens. Manicure was fine...not a great experience overall.

When…read morei called my usually nail salon for a same day appt, they had one slot available and it didn't work for me. Lucky, I love Yelping...so I checked around my hood for the closest nail place with raving reviews! The name is deceiving and the address was familiar. This little establishment is behind the 7-11 on Burke Road. They used to be called Danielle's Hair and had large hair salon with one pedi chair. Upon walking in, I was amazed to see that they had actually renovated the place. Nails are the primary and hair is secondary. Off to the side were banks of pedi stations. There are also a couple of rows of mani stations. When you walk in, you can select from an array of regular or gel polish. Christina was my technician and she was SO nice. Their pedi prices range from basic($25) to full spa with add-ons ($55). I splurged. It was so nice to get a clay mask and hot stone with my pedi. Lee worked on my 4th of July designs and she was precise. There was no rushing a pedi here. The prices are comparable to my old location. This place is 3-5 minutes from my home.

Honestly, I absolutely love a place with character! I've posted pictures below because they made me cackle--some people might call the decor tacky, but I think it's hilarious. It was such a great takeaway from the experience. The inside has the standard massage chairs you'd expect, the vibe is very "chill and do your own thing," and I'm sure you could ask for tea or whatever else you need. I got a pedicure at the beginning of March (and I know I'm due for another one soon!), but get this: I just got regular polish--no gel or anything--and the color is still completely on my toenails! If you ask me, that is quality. Definitely worth it. If you're in a pinch or just in the area, go ahead and hit this spot. They will not disappoint!

I was ok with it but I was hoping it was just a one time fluke. I came back bc my nail broke a couple weeks after. I asked for pink chrome nails on both my mani and pedi. I had a picture and everything, and I picked the color out. Thai, the nail artist went back and picked a color she thought was closer to my picture. I figured she would know better than me. Tell me why she chose a sparkly nail polish, just clear with pink sparkles! I cry. It looked nice sure but it wasn't the color I wanted. My toes literally look like nothing is painted on! My finger nails were just glittery and when I said it wasn't pink enough, a male worker came over and was getting defensive. I showed him the pic and he was like "that's chrome"! When we did chrome on my one nail to try it came out as white chrome with some pink undertones. At this time it had been 3 hours so I was over it. Also, the gel wasn't painted flat, idk how to explain it but it's lumpy. I settled for the white chromey look and it was pretty but not what I wanted. I think they just don't have the color or I have to be so specific like I want this exact number, don't switch it up on me. On the bright side i thought the price was ok - it was $55 for mani and $55 for pedi. I did enjoy the massage with the pedicure. I don't think I'll be returning.
