[Added 4/15/21: Please realize that Suzan said this review was "funny". It shows she doesn't care about wasting people's time. And it also proves how unprofessional she really is.] Very unprofessional and a waste of time. I texted Suzan on a Thursday asking if she was available on Friday. She told me she was working part-time now and couldn't do it until Monday. I accommodated her schedule, and we scheduled an appointment for Monday. Suzan confirmed the date and time. I was scheduled to get a manicure, pedicure, and an eyebrow wax (so quite a few services). On the day of the appointment, she called me 4 times within 30 mins. I was at work and couldn't respond to her. You would thing she would realize hey she isn't answering maybe she is busy. But no she continued to blow up my phone (via calls and texts). I checked my text messages and she was texting me telling me another customer asked to come in at the same time so she wanted me to reschedule. I told her I couldn't reschedule because of work. She continued to text me trying to get me to come in earlier. I texted her again saying I had a meeting until our appointment time. She texted me telling me how her time is very limited. I told her she confirmed my appointment date and time and I wasn't sure what the issue was. She continued blowing up my phone. When I got to the salon, I said I have an appointment with Suzan. Suzan came over and very rudely said I called you several times I have other customer. I told her I was at work and couldn't answer the phone. I then pulled up my text messages and read to her the text I sent confirming the appointment on that day. I told the Manager everything that occurred. Suzan quickly changed her tune and said to pick out a color. I did not get any services done because I was already denied service by Suzan once. read more

I was a walk in for a fill for my regular acrylic nail and the lady rushed me, messed my nails up, did not take her time AT ALL and the lady the filled them didn't paint them because she was rushed to get her appointment person. They are super rude to any that walks in. They tell them they are too busy and to leave. I do not recommend them at all.. I have bubbles in my paint, my nails look messy, and they have lines in it too. They also talk crap right in front of you in their language. Super rude buisness and they obviously are low staffed. I also walk in and see a lady sleeping in a chair with a client sitting right there. I hate feeling rushed when trying to relax.. read more

Went to this place because of the good reviews and the description of "clean." The tools are not enclaved and do not come out of a sterile package for each customer. This should be a standard when going to ANY nail salon. The hand massage consisted of a light coat of lotion and lasted no longer than 15 seconds. The gel manicure took a total of two hours from start to finish. Overall, I was unhappy with my experience and the final product. I would not recommend this nail salon. read more

Locked door and technicians staring at you like you are breaking in. Instead of saying "We are so busy right now make an appointment" you can just say "the next tech will be available in xyz minutes." They're friendly people, but way too rushed and aggressive with manicures. Ruined my supposed to be a relaxing experience after a long shopping day. I am updating my review since this place changed in last year. I don't have a feeling it's clean enough, I kept asking myself if they even clean the instruments before working on my toes, I paid for for DELUXE which was $50 for mani/pedi instead $30 and there was honestly nothing deluxe about it...wasted money. The general cleanliness is just not on the right level and I honestly cannot deal with all the employees speaking in their native language in front of me all the time. Don't get me wrong, my native is not English, but it feels like someone is taking crap about you right in front of your face. Another thing is, my toes are a bit ingrown and the lady keeps telling it's bad like it's my choice...saw a podiatrist and apparently my issue is way too mild. Just a rude service and questionable cleanliness. After a year and a half, I am changing my nail place. read more

Not usually out that far in the suburbs, but they were open until 7 and were happy to take me at 6:55. I got a gel mani and a spa scrub pedi all for $55, which is really good for someone who lives in DC. It is nearly a week later and there's no chips in my polish and my cuticles still look pretty good. I also got a bottle of water and a punch card for 10% off my 5th visit if I returned. Mostly, they were very nice here and were able to tell me where to do some quick dress shopping after my visit. When I'm in the neighborhood, I'll visit again! read more

Overall a clean and nice place. I usually ask for Helen because she's really careful, jolly and never rushes the pampering process. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because the one male gave my mom a huge cut. Despite this, they didn't apologize nor give a discount. I went today because the nail salon in Kingstowne had a 45 min wait. I took a chance on this spot and had a very good experience. There was no wait. Cindy did my pedicure. Was my first time here and the women are very nice. The tech that did my gel manicure did a very good job BUT the polish on my toes smudged badly. I'm guessing this was because they had to add a thinner to the nail polish I chose because it was too thick? So maybe my toe nails weren't dry enough to put in sneakers. Pretty bummed about that. They're very nice here and are pretty gentle and thorough. I've only gotten a pedi but the price is very reasonable. They don't try to talk to you the whole time and have a frequent rewards card thing you can get punched. I think they do tend to get busy if you go during peak hours, not sure if they take appointments. The chairs are about average but I like this salon and will be going back. read more
