Fastest pedicure I've ever had, and I don't mean that in a good way. I paid for the upgraded spa/deluxe pedicure and practically everything was half-effort: cuticle maintenance, callous removal, polish, filing/nail shaping. It's very clear that they have a one-size-fits-all when it comes to nail shaping, regardless of whether it's flattering for your nails. Every other salon I've ever been to asks if I like it more squared off, oval, or in between. Nary a word from them about my preferences. read more

I've been coming here for several years but due to COVID they have been closed for months. First time visiting after reopening - I felt completely safe, everything was super clean and hygienic, well-organized, nail polish displays was very impressive, social distancing guidelines are displayed on the wall, Sophia and Joe are both wearing face masks, and there was plastic shield on every manicure table as well as pedicure spa chairs. They are taking COVID-19 seriously so don't be afraid to come and support them again. Sophia and Joe are fantastic, both are very friendly and accommodating. No no no! Stay away! I stopped in around 10:45am with a friend. I asked for a gel manicure and she had acrylic nails that she wanted removed. No other customers. I am going to keep it brief so my yelpers don't get bored: Red flag #1) I did not see any licenses. I believe it is required to be display the license at the nail station where it is reasonably visible to the customers. Once the service started going downhill I made a point to look; the licenses were not displayed at, on, or behind the stations. 2) It is dirty! They don't keep their tools in sanitizing liquid (forget about the individual packets of tools some salons have). I have attached a picture of the dirty cup on the station with the clearly used files and tools. This is what the tech grabbed things from to use. 3) My tech cut me during the manicure. Normally I would not take stars off for that, it happens and I know that I tend to bleed a bit when cut like that. However he just kept going, yes my blood smeared around and mixed into the brushes of the products (the clear layers for a gel mani) and yes those bloody brushes went right back into the polish bottles to be used for future customers. 4) They didn't know what they were doing. From painting 6 layers of gel onto my nails to not knowing how to remove acrylics. 5) After an hour and fifteen minutes, we had to go. My mani was done but my friends acrylics were still not removed. The tech was still hacking away at her acrylics with a nail file. My friend was handed a bottle of acetone and one of the used nail files to take home and try to finish herself later. Seriously don't know what the deal is here or how there are five star reviews. read more

I asked for a full set of acrylics and was told to pick a color and then take a seat at one of the stations. Color selection is alright. I think they have a good amount available. The lady who did my nails was named Julia. She was very friendly and told me she had been working as a nail tech 20+ years. She took her time on my nails and was very focused on her job. She did a great job. I was very happy with my nails and because of her, I will be coming back. I paid a total of $35 (not including tip), since they charged an extra $5 for length and shape, which is a very reasonable price for me. The prices are good, staff is very friendly and experienced, and the salon looks clean and seems to have been recently remodeled so the chairs and everything looks to be brand new. If you're in the area, I highly recommend coming here and asking for Julia! read more

Needed a Mani and pedi, yes men get Mani pedis, decided to yelp around and see where the spot was. I came along this place saw really great reviews and 1 bad one. When I actually got there the staff was friendly and welcomed me. I was a walk in so I thought I would have to wait a really long time, but I barely finished the dirst couple pages of the magazine before I was called over. I forgot her name (I'm quite forgetful) but she was really cool and it wasn't awkward small talk but actual meaningful conversations. Told her how I felt a little weird being a male and getting my nails done but she told me only real men who are comfortable in their masculinity get their nails done. The prices were reasonable and the place was really hip. I was digging the music. I would take a pic of the job they did but Im rather shy about it. Overall great experience it was only my 2nd time getting my nails done. Honestly the other great reviews were on point I am not exactly sure why there's a 1 star, she was probably cranky and saw everything in a grumpy way haha But trust me the place was very clean, presentable, license ( they been there for so long a non licence place would have closed down) (asked about that), and the staff didn't make me wait at all, if anything I wanted to read more about the stars gossip. My cousin , her mother in-law and I needed to get our nails and pedicure done for my birthday and magically got to creative nails . When we walked in they greeted us and were so kind. Even though their were only two people they worked pretty fast . My nails turned out better than any acrylic I had in the past. My cousin loved her nails they look so natural. And her mother in law was in love with her pedicure and the relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed John . He was so helpful and amazing . Ugh. Where to begin? First of all, I didn't notice until I was already done (or else I would have left) but they had no license posted on the wall. I think this is a shady, non-legit business. Second of all, they used a blade to scrape the calluses on my foot during my pedicure. Aren't those illegal now? Third, I saw no sterlizing solution. Ew. Gross. Hopefully I don't have any diseases now. And if that wasn't enough, they were of course late and after telling me they could take me right away I had to wait a long time to get seen. I have been going to this nail salon for over 17 years. Their license is hanging behind the counter. They have cleaning and sterlization solutions at every station. They do use a scraper however, they throw them away and use a new one for each customer. They are friendly and very customer service oriented. I gave 2 stars because of how nice the tech tried to be. Sweet lady, but I will NOT be returning!! First off, I arrive around 10:20 am. They open at 10, but I was told to come back in an hour because there was only one tech present. As I'm walking back to my car, I had to step back to the curb as a car came driving recklessly through the parking lot...only to have the car approach me and ask what service I needed, subsequently leading me back inside. I should've kept going!!! It took 3 hours for a gel manicure and a regular spa pedicure. Never has my manicure ever taken more than 30 minutes, this one took almost 2 hours. Did I mention she ripped one of my nails off while trying to remove the previous color. She said she thought it was acrylic. 12 times she asked me if it was acrylic, and 15 times I told her they were my nails, with double gel coating on them. The real fun began when I went over for the pedicure. I thought this would be smooth sailing...asked for hot water, as always....step into frigid waters, ask for hotter. They have new chairs so they're learning how to operate them....they should read the manual to avoid from showering customers as they did me and the customer next to me a bit later. I'm legit able to take the time to write this review right now, because I had to come home to change my wet clothes.
