I called the same morning I went just to make sure they had availability for a full set. When I arrived, I sat down with the nail technician immediately. The longer I sat there the more I liked her. I love this shop. It's cozy and professional and everyone is friendly and inviting! I have an awesome nail tech! I don't tell Lin what I want nor do I tell her what to do. I just sit back and let her do what she does best!! She is an amazing technician and will advise you on any issues you may be having with your fingernails or toenails. She hand paints my designs and does an amazing job of fitting me into her busy schedule whenever I need an emergency appointment. My nails and feet are different every time I go. I wanted to love this place but I just can't! So they did an amazing job on my nails like it was perfect! And when I say perfect I mean it because I'm a perfectionist but after about 1 week the nails began to change color and had these little lines at the end of them. It looked terrible!!! This is literally the best salon I have found in the Woodbridge or Stafford area. I have been going since 2005 and still travel from my new house to this salon because I have yet to find a replacement! Jade and P'Ann (sp) give the absolute best and thorough pedicures. This has been one of the most relaxing pedicures I have gotten. I received a gift card. I live in Springfield and take classes down here. Decided to come here after my class. The nail tech was so friendly. It wasn't that busy when I went. It was quiet, the pedicure chairs are great-they even massage your legs! After months of searching for a new nail salon, I'm happy to say I finally found one. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I went in during my lunch break and received a great pedicure and shellac manicure. Most places I've been to are overpriced and do a terrible paint job. My shellac manicure was perfect and my pedicure was very neat. The shellac manicure is $25 and the pedicure is $25. I will definitely return. I'm very satisfied with the service. read more

Called the shop at 9am and inquired about making an appointment for two pedicures. I was told the first time they could do two at one time was 6 o'clock.I took the appointment only to get to the shop, be seated in the chairs and have only one of us worked on. When the tech asked if I wanted a manicure I asked her how she could offer me another service when no one had started the service I made an appointment for? Why had my daughters service not been started? I was then told there was some type of emergency and that's why we had to wait...what type of nail emergency did a customer have that warrants disregarding my appointment? And why wasn't I told my service would be delayed 38 minutes. Highly unprofessional and I will not patronize this establishment again. I was very uncomfortable the rest of the service and could not enjoy myself because I wanted to leave but at this point my service had started and both of us were in serious need of a pedicure. I didn't even bother to let them complete my normal French manicure because I wanted to leave as quickly as possible so that I didn't continue the awkwardness. Ms. Ann was kind and tried her best to make me comfortable, but I was very upset about the unprofessionalism. My time matters as much as my Dollard and I did not feel like a valued customer.The shop was nice and seemed clean and safe, but because customer service and transparency are so important to me I will not return. read more

This small affordable nail salon is my go-to favorite salon. I've been to the more expensive spa nearby and had my nails turn out poorly and been up-charged without me clearly understanding what was happening- but that's a different review! Complex is dependable, they never skimp on the best part of a pedi (massage of course!) and now they do nail dips which I love love love. Specifically, Jade did a perfect dip mani for me. I have been getting regular pedicures here for the last 9 months as it is very close to my house. They are nice. It is not expensive. But it's pretty bare bones. They tend to just open the doors to get a breeze when it should be air conditioned. It gets a bit hot sometimes. They do a good job on pedicures though. The quality of the nail services are very good, however, I know they do not clean their pedi chairs properly. (I left the pedi chair to have my nails done and saw the next customer put directly into the same chair after my water was drained and the bowl was not cleaned at all. Most places don't, so its a risk you take when you go into a 'quickie' nail spa) However, the quality of the pedicure was great. Jade took care of me and she did great work on my cuticles, gave a great massage and polish job. She did gel polish on my fingers. I will be returning, however I will insist that they sanitize the pedi chair before I 'set foot' into it. read more

This place is great. Friendly. Great chairs. Big Flat screen TV playing movies (though sometimes not appropriate for younger kids) VERY clean compared to the other nail places nearby. They are closed on Tuesdays. Recently I really wanted a pedicure on a Tuesday so I tried 3 other places in the area. Walked into the 1st 2 and left because they were filthy. Ask for Jade or Pianne. They do a great job! Linda is great too but her pedicures can be a little painful if you have a lot of cuticles on your toes. She cleans them up nicely though so I usually get my pedicures from Linda then have Jade do my manicures. read more

My first visit was okay. Minus the fact that I called ahead of time and scheduled an appointment. I got there and still had to wait 45 mins AFTER my appointment time to finally be seen. She then proceeds to tell me that for anything other than square nails it's an additional $5 charge. Which is absurd. My nails are in no way long at all and she also said it's a $5 charge for length. Ha. A joke. So I told her to give me a standard length. She was very pushy with Gel nails, even though I kept saying no. The girl was overall nice. Fast forward to today, I walk in (because it says walk in welcome) and they asked if I had an appointment, I said no. I Mentioned the fact that they said walk in welcome. She said that we aren't doing fills today. You can come back tomorrow. I was shocked. What kind of service is that? She then tells me there's another nail salon near by. Which ended up being the most amazing place ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Also! In allllll my years getting my nail done, I've never broken one. I've gone to this salon numerous times and have told myself I would never go back due to the cleanliness and quality of work but because of the convenience I decided to give this shop another try. I went in on a Sunday morning and was able to get right in the chair for a pedicure, hoping they properly cleaned it from the night before. The pedicure was definitely nothing to brag about. I also got a gel manicure. Monday morning I noticed the gel actually began to chip on one finger. By mid afternoon three nails had chipped. I called and asked what time they closed and was told 630 and to come now which happened to be 530. I left work early to make sure I was able to make it before they closed. I arrived at 6:01 only to find they were closed! Tuesday they were closed so I was unable to reach anyone. Wednesday I called and spoke with the "supervisor" and was told I could come in Thursday which I in turn explained to her that that time and day would not work because I was catching a flight the next morning. She kept insisting I come even though I had a flight to catch. After I had my boyfriend go to the salon and demand a refund one of the girls agreed to stay and wait for me to get off work and make it to the salon. Second day on my trip my nails chip again after she painted them all over! Beware of their terrible work and disregard for your time and money! read more

if you want a really nice/friendly nails salon, this is the place to come. they treat you as their family members and not just customers. they are very careful with everything they do. when you come to this salon, you will expect nothing more than perfect. they are usually very crowded on the weekends, so if you want to relax and enjoy your mani/pedi without rushing. weekdays are best cause they really, and when i said really, i meant REALLYYYY take their time to take care of you. recommended! read more
