Excellent experience at First Watch. Located off Hwy 121 and Glade Road. Very convenient parking. Quick service and very knowledgeable staff I ordered the Morning Market Veg Omlette and it was delicious I definitely recommend this restaurant

Monday - Friday, I am not a breakfast person. However, on some weekends, if I'm running errands in the morning, breakfast/brunch is on the list. It was First Watch or Oldwest, as you can see, I chose First Watch. I was going to get one of my usuals, but what's the point in wanting to explore a menu when you're always getting what is your "usual"? Monterey Club: Turkey, bacon, avocado, organic mixed greens, tomato, Monterey Jack, and mayo on sourdough. This was DELICIOUS, so delicious, I danced after the first bite. My goodness, everything was so fresh, and the avocado was perfect. There was enough to cover all of the sandwich. It was fresh, creamy, and a beautiful green. They didn't hide an imperfect avocado in the sandwich (some places do that); it was of great quality, through and through. Everything married perfectly together, and the bacon was crispy. You were able to get bacon, with every bite taken. Fruit Cup: The fruit, as always, was fresh and hit the spot. Even with being a to-go order, the customer service is always present. A sweet young man made sure to be close to the door, so he could open it as I exited. The restaurant is always clean and well-kept.

I came here on a Sunday morning to have brunch and despite it being very busy we were able to get seated pretty quickly. I do wish there was a better way for them to deal with queuing as the front of the restaurant was very, very packed as people waited to get seated. Their spring menu was very interesting and I loved the specialty flavors, which is what we ended up ordering. We decided on the berry French toast with a lavender whipped topping, which was incredible. Usually, I'm not one for a sweet brunch. I tend to lean towards savory however this was a great way to start my morning as the French toast wasn't overly sweet and it was cooked perfectly so it wasn't super soggy like most French toast I have had. My friend chose the breakfast bowl, which was super filling and she had a ton of leftovers to take home! Our waitress was also really nice and took the time to answer my questions about the menu.

This, was my very first time I have had the privilege of coming here for breakfast with my daughter. We were greeted immediately and our server was Ms. Angel who was very prompt, polite and very friendly and gave service with a smile. We had the Pumpkin Spice Donuts $7.30 Warm cake donut holes tossed with pumpkin spiced sugar and lightly dusted with powdered cinnamon, Tri-Fecta $16.81 Two cage-free eggs any style with either a light and airy Belgian waffle or a multigrain pancake. Plus your choice of bacon, smoked ham, chicken apple sausage patties, turkey or pork sausage links. and Farmhouse Hash $17.16 Two cage-free eggs any style atop fresh, seasoned potatoes with bacon, avocado, house-roasted onions and tomatoes with Cheddar and Monterey Jack. Served with our whole grain artisan toast with all-natural house preserves. *Please note: Our potatoes are cooked with onions. We are unable to accommodate onion removal requests for dishes containing potatoes. For my pancakes, Ms. Angel recommended the banana crunch pancake, it was yum! At the register we met Nico who is the front of the house manager. He too was very friendly and polite and runs a great crew on his shift. I don't this very much, but I can honestly say like the Terminator "I'll be back!" Hope to see you there.

Certainly one of our favorite breakfast restaurants. The table service is always prompt and attentive. The food is delivered they way we ordered it. If I want extra-crispy bacon, that's what I get. The food is fresh and the seasonal dishes are excellent. On this visit, we tried their Blueberry Lemon Cornbread. That was a treat! The ambiance is smartly decorated. It can be noisy during peak times. There is outside tables if the weather is nice. This restaurant is a neighborhood favorite, so it gets busy. Be prepared to wait for a table; but, it's worth the wait.

I hadn't been to First Watch in a long time, so when my sister suggested it for our "last day of summer (before school starts for my nieces)" brunch, I was excited to see what I'd been missing. I really should come here more often.. they have a big breakfast/brunch/lunch menu, plus cocktails and mimosas, plus lots of veggie and gluten free options. We ordered way too much food, but here's what we had... Youngest niece, age 6: scrambled eggs, sausage, and a fruit cup. She loved the eggs, said the sausage tasted just like her favorite she eats at home, and enjoyed the strawberries, blueberries, and grapes. She shared her pineapple. Middle niece, age 8: kid's gluten free French toast and scrambled eggs. She said the eggs tasted like her moms but not dry, hahaha. She eats gluten free now and was happy to report that the gf bread is delicious and she especially likes the crust. The kid's French toast is 2 pieces and it's plenty of food. Eldest niece, age 11: Belgian waffle with berries and pure maple syrup, of course. It's big and fluffy and served with lots of butter and berries. 10 out of 10. My sister: a side of hash brown potatoes and the "Bacado," which is a zhuzhed up omelette with bacon, avocado, and cheese, served with a ton of fresh arugula. Yummm. Me: gluten free French toast and a side of bacon. Not much to say... the toast is sweet and buttery, the bacon is salty and crisp. Delicious! Our waitress was so kind and we were seated within 10 minutes despite the restaurant being completely packed. What a busy little spot. The service is on point and the food is good! The vibe is casual, light, and bright. I won't wait so long to come back next time.

Me and my mom have always enjoyed first watch as one of go to brunch places. It can get packed on weekends but then again what brunch place isn't? Food is yummy and flavorful. Service is good and accommodating. Me and my mom love the farmhouse ambiance. We love their seasonal menus as well because some sound very yummy to us and we end up trying it. Even my dad has gotten a seasonal option one time. The most recent time me and my mom went with my grandma for brunch, first watch had their fall menu, and what really hooked me on trying one of their fall options was the really cool art from the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings that our waitress ironically did. Me and my mom love the Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings so I thought it was awesome, creative, and clever. My mom tried their honey chipotle chicken hash which she enjoyed and I tried their pumpkin pancake breakfast. Very yummy and first watch always fills you up.

THIS!!! Please keep the Parmesan Prosciutto Toast on the permanent menu!!! It's was so good!!

Kale Tonic - a green drink which taste strong of cucumber is actually very good. I don't typically like green drinks but it was refreshing to me. Tangerine Dream - delicious. Not too sweet. Can taste the ginger and I love that. Belgian waffle: Delicious. Minimal syrup necessary Million Dollar Bacon: 10/10

Young, high-energy staff and everybody was friendly. I had an adorable little waitress who was possibly high as a kite. But flower high, not the bad stuff. Honestly, it worked in everybody's favor. She was upbeat, extremely polite, and got my order right. I'm happy. The menu is one of those long double-sided laminated things with probably 50+ breakfast choices. Everybody should be able to find something. Prices looked to range around $10-17 per entrée, and the portions were solid. They also had a bunch of turkey and chicken sausage options for non-pork eaters like myself. I ordered the chicken fried steak with hash browns, scrambled cheese eggs with onions mixed into the eggs and hash browns, plus two pancakes. Around $15. Pardon the food pics. I forgot to take them until I had already loaded everything up with every sauce known to man: ketchup, hot sauce, gravy, syrup... probably a few others. I definitely recommend this place. A gem.

I initially gave this place 5 stars, but after returning recently for the first time in a long while, the experience was extremely disappointing. We came in, got seated, and a guy named Omar handed us the menus. I asked if we could get two hot waters with lemon, and in a very dismissive tone he replied, "Anna will get that," then just walked away. We then saw Anna walk past our empty table three or four times before finally coming over with two glasses of cold water, which we never asked for. I told her we would've requested hot water with lemon, but she barely even acknowledged us. She took the cold water away, turned around, and later came back simply setting the hot water down without a word. When we were looking at the menu, my husband asked what the side options were. She replied in an annoyed tone, "It's right there," while pointing at the menu. My husband then asked if she could just tell us, which she eventually did. From start to finish, there was no smile, no pleasantries, no sense that she even wanted to serve us. Mind you, this was 9 AM on a Monday, and there were only three occupied tables in the restaurant, including ours. When the food arrived, one of the plates had dirt, a dead bug, or something similar on it. We pointed it out, and instead of apologizing, she took the plate away, came back, denied it was a bug, and still seemed visibly irritated. Later, I asked for extra napkins. She returned and aggressively dropped them on the edge of the table without even looking at us before walking away. Throughout the entire meal, she passed by our table several more times and never once checked on us. We left feeling dismayed, disappointed, and honestly feeling like the service did not deserve a tip--so we didn't. This used to be one of our go-to spots after church on Sundays, but unfortunately, that will no longer be the case. Suffice it to say, we will not be returning.
