Our server was friendly. Everyone liked their lunch and the place was clean. I had a BLT with fried okra and enjoyed it but I think it's time for them to change their grease. I like that the okra had a flour batter instead of cornmeal. The NRH location is my favorite. This place is so small that I would imagine there's wait on weekend mornings for breakfast. read more

Ordered a medium cheese burgers and fried okra. The okra was a flour breading and delicious. The burger was clearly a frozen patty w/sprinkled cheddar cheese that wasn't melted. There was so much mayo and mustard that the burger fell apart when I picked it up and oozed out all over my hands. Even with all the mayo and mustard it was dry and the most tasteless meat I've ever had. I think a school cafeteria burger might've been better. My server was a nice young girl who said they actually make the burger pattie's. I find that hard to believe. I'll stick to breakfast which I've had before at the Colleyville location. Nice cozy cafe type vibe. Seating is a bit limited. The staff were friendly. I ordered the omelette which came with hash browns and toast. There were a couple issues with my order but they were corrected. The food was good, that is until I saw some little flat black pieces mixed in with the bacon crumbs. I didn't address it. Good food, very good service, no real hiccups despite only having been open three weeks. The "classic" breakfast has eggs, meat (a nice variety of choices), hash browns, and bread. You can also get a one-egg classic which is a nice option. I ordered the quiche which had a delicious filling, but the crust was underbaked. I might try it again regardless. The fruit cup was great as they include bananas which no one else seems to do. They have some healthy options including an egg white scramble. Cute decor too. It's much improved since the lasr business in that space. Note they do not have fountain sodas, only bottles. A solid addition to the local breakfast scene, and very close to home. read more

Visited this morning with my husband, figuring we would try out a new spot near our house. Waited about 45 minutes for breakfast because our server failed to put the ticket in. Also, we were sitting next to a woman who was vaping and we had to ask her to stop as the staff did not. When the waitress offered to just remove a drink from our bill for the inconvenience of the wait and others arriving later being served before us, she then removed a second drink. The owner didn't seem to care much. Just told me the server made an error and we all make mistakes. It's a rough climate out there and I can choose to spend my dollars somewhere where there is more care taken for the customer. Won't be back. In response to the owners response below, we most certainly walked in to the restaurant no later than 10:15 and weren't served our meal til around 10:55. That's an awfully long time, not half as the owner claimed. Anyhow, we weren't looking for a free meal. I'd happily pay double to an establishment that cared. Further, the customer at the next table saying how much they enjoyed their food is irrelevant. Have a nice day! read more

Great local breakfast spot! Friendly service and great food! Huge breakfast portions so you won't leave hungry. My favorite is the Betty's biscuits where you can have a fresh baked biscuit with eggs cheese and your choice of bacon or sausage and a side of gravy.... It's so good! Staff is friendly and helpful, it's a busy spot so they are usually slammed. I would give it 5 stars, however parking can be an issue. But support this local spot, you won't be sorry! read more

Stopped in to check out Bacon's Grapevine location. My go to is usually Bacon's in Hurst. Very Friendly staff and Excellent well prepared food. Very nice Menu Variety and those Country Potatoes are out of this world!!! Now the only problem i have is that I can't decide which Bacon's location makes the best Pork Chops??
