The quiche is must try food. Fresh veggies and eggs on the very soft and crispy pie crust bowl aside of green salad with delicate taste dressing.

If you're looking for a small family owned breakfast/ brunch spot! You will enjoy this place! There was no waiting time at all on Sunday morning!!! Other places said waiting time between 30-45 minutes!! Service was great! We had Chilaquiles and bacon egg and cheese biscuits! Food was good I would say 7 out of ten! But still I would consider it great experience!

Spinach, bacon and feta omelette, with a bite missing - I was hungry!

I had the spinach omelette and it was delicious! Not greasy, light, fluffy and tasty. I travel a lot and one of my disappointments with food is the greasiness. That wasn't the case here. It was perfect! Priscilla was awesome too, super friendly, quick and helpful. Next to no wait for the food. The cafe is clean and comfortable. I'll be back!

My first time at the Wood and Grain, forgot to take pictures of the food, but it was excellent. The steak and eggs were delicious as well as the Vietnamese coffee. I'd also add that there was a great selection of different coffee drinks.

We were so excited to finally try Wood & Grain! First off, their hours are better than most breakfast/brunch places around as they're open till 3 on weekends. Our lazy, sleepy selves much appreciated this! Inside ambience is pared down and minimalistic. Very cosy! The service was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. She even let us move tables since we ordered so much food and needed more space. (Lol) The coffee is strong and served in generous portions. They have an amazing list of speciality coffees/lattes to choose from too! We want to try those next time! The menu is the perfect size: not huge but a GREAT variety of options ranging from breakfast tacos to traditional breakfast offerings. They also rotate in various specials and other menu items. Everything was absolutely delicious and made with such care -- MAJOR compliments to the chef. Everything we had was to die for (see photos). We are so excited to make this cozy spot a staple!

Hidden gem in Bedford! Great brunch spot and affordable prices! I had the bacon egg and cheese biscuit with breakfast potatoes-pictures don't do the biscuit justice! It was really yummy. I also had the honey bunches of oat latte and it was delicious. The inside is cute and the service was good on a Saturday mornings Check this place out!

I really wanted to like this place. A couple of friends invited us to try this place out and it's cute, had decent seating, and the waitress was nice and friendly. I got the Lox Toast per recommendation of the waitress. We ate, it was good, and the portions were good. I was on my last bite and I started to feel nauseous. We paid, left, and not 20 minutes later I threw up. After throwing up I felt immediately better. I don't know what it was but my husband also had a stomach ache after eating there. I hate wasted food so I was really upset. It might have been the lettuce or something, nothing tasted off and I had nothing to eat before this meal. I would love to give it a second chance but I'm concerned to have the same thing happen again.

Good food and service. I had driven past weekly and finally stopped in. The breakfast menu has great variety as well as sandwiches and salads I ordered the breakfast tacos and a side of fruit-all done very well. Thank you!

Dang....I remember when this was a cute wholesome family-owned little bistro and really enjoyed coming here. But they've sold their soul to the devil and bought into the whole "let's be cool" vibe and their standards have completely gone down hill. Don't believe me....a year ago their health score had 1 violations now it's up to 12! After 10 minutes of waiting by the hostess stand for a table. To then be seated and wait another 15 minutes for a waitress that couldn't be bothered to greet us at the table...just a "you ready to order?" Without ever looking up at us when taking the order. 30-minutes later ...without a water refill mind you (ANDDD instead of being offered water you had to ask for water...our bad for assuming she would bring 2 glasses of water being there was 2 of us ... nope, just one. When we asked for another one...her response "oh you want one too??" Wow.). Anyways, our extremely greasy "food" finally arrived. Denver omelet....more like overcooked scrambled eggs glued together, Eggs Florentine with broken hollandaise sauce....and brunt crispy hash browns with uncooked potatoes in the middle. We paid for our meal and then asked to speak to the manager so hopefully they would correct some of these issues....only to realize the person that brought out our food was the owner!! So obviously they don't care about their standards, otherwise they would've noticed how wrong our meals looked. She offered us a free meal for the next time we return... Sorry...you had your chance, I'm done and will never return.

Went on a friday afternoon and was surprised it was pretty empty. Our server was so friendly and gave us plenty of time to look over everything. The Vietnamese coffee was incredible, i feel like a lot of places tend to burn it but theirs was sweet and smooth. Both of our entrees were delicious and good portions. It's so rare to find a place where the biscuits don't seem like they were pulled out of the freezer and stuck in the microwave, but theirs were perfect. The lower lighting and the simple decor were inviting. Seem lgbtq+ friendly as they have ungendered bathrooms. Will definitely be back

I enjoyed my brisket scramble (current special) and the Bedford latte. My bodyguard did not like his omelette at all. Menu has a good variety but isn't overwhelming. The space is well decorated and attractive. Service was quite inattentive, especially after we got our food. Took almost as long to pay and leave as it did to be seated and finish a meal.

If you're looking for a cute breakfast place with healthy options in Fort Worth, this is it! The restaurant is bright, and has an industrial modern interior. Lots of seating available. They also have a little shelf full of local goodies such as jams/honeys that you can purchase alongside your meal. The restaurant is counter service, and the women working there were very kind and patient as we perused the menu. My friend ordered an entree, but 40 minutes in we were still waiting for our food. Somehow the restaurant cook forgot about the order. She was refunded the difference and was given an apology. Bummer because we really wanted to try the other dish as well. I ordered the Berry Compote toast, which came with a side salad (ricotta cheese and berry compote featuring seasonal fruit. Served with mixed greens in a lemon vinaigrette dressing). The berry toast was good, but I wish the salad came with seasonal fruit mixed in with the greens! Plenty of parking since it is within a strip mall along the highway.

The berry compote is on the left, what I actually got is on the right.

We went to the location in Southlake and we happen to mention that we usually go to hurst and they asked us what we thought about the help there. So I guess the hurst crowd has its own reputation. At the same time, my alcohol tolerance is horrible and I just would not have been able to handle any wine or other drink with alcohol. Thus, I could not enjoy the specialties of this establishment. Instead, I got the chicken pesto sandwich. Although quite unassuming, the sandwich was incredibly delicious. The ciabatta bread offered just the right amount of toast and texture to hold everything. There was a sizeable chicken breast. Not dry but also not too flavorful by itself but that's okay. The pesto really delivered on the flavor with a savory, nutty, and slightly herbal flavor. In the future, I'd love to try a one of their many drinks - non-alcoholic and alcoholic included!

This is a super cute and casual cafe with a small but satisfying menu of coffee, tea, sandwiches, charcuterie, and wine. Lots of folks in here are studying and working during the day, but there are plenty of small groups and duos as well. My latest order was 1.) An iced pistachio latte, which I was nervous to order thinking it might be too sweet or too nutty, but the flavor was perfectly subtle and toasty. So good! 2.) Brie and prosciutto, which came with a handful of toasted nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit, and a fig jam. The meat and cheese didn't taste stale or like they'd sat in a fridge forever. It was all really good! I was mildly disappointed that they don't have a gluten free bread or cracker option, but I can't complain too much as long as there's good cheese!

While there, a lady came in with her mother, the owner of the establishment came out to greet her in a way a friend would greet another. When you're wanting something that feels genuine and from the heart, this will be a cafe I'd recommend. Everyone, knows someone, even if meeting as strangers over coffee or nibbles of sweet pastries. Heck, you can throw in some games to that, as well. As someone stated in a previous review, it seems as if everyone who works there, truly loves being there. It isn't a chore, it isn't about rushing to get to the next drink preparation, they're, there to make sure you have the best experience in the place they nurture for others to enjoy. I appreciate that. Blueberry Matcha: I'm a fan, but not a fan of matcha. To explain, not everyone knows how to balance the taste of matcha. It's either way too earthy/gritty or not sweet enough, it has been rare that someone knows how to balance that combination. I have never tried a blueberry matcha and was excited to see this was one of our options. This was superb. The blueberry wasn't in syrup form, it was a blueberry foam that added the perfect amount of flavor and sweetness. This is something I'd get again, and again. Too many people ruin matcha's with syrup that swims on the bottom, here, not even. Seasonal: White Chocolate Rose Scone I'll admit, I'm not a scone person. The scones I've tried in the past, were hard and flaky and that's what turned me away from there. But this scone was soft and moist, I truly enjoyed every bite. I am now open to trying others, but only at this cafe. Cheddar Chive Biscuit: My favorite. Well, my favorite is their Pepper Jack Jalapeno Biscuit, so this will be my second. I warmed it up and added a touch of butter, OOOHHWEEEE, it more than hit the spot. I can't wait to have one again. With this latest visit, I learned they alternate their biscuits monthly and they have calendars available to remind their patrons. There are several I'd love to try and thankfully, they're being served on my days off. This is such a beautiful establishment, that's inside and out.
