We have been wanting to eat here for a while, however everyone must know how great this place is and the wait is long on weekends. Everything was wonderful from the greeting at the door on! Azalie was amazing- top notch service! The menu options really cater to everyone - it was hard to decide (Azalie helped tremendously!). Food came out fast and was so good! Definitely recommend!!
My friend and I arrived at 12:52 PM on a Sunday and we're not surprised to hear it was a 45 minute wait; they don't take reservations. Thankfully they take your phone number and text you when your table is coming up. Since the waiting area has limited seating, we chose to visit in the car with the AC running. Almost 45 minutes to the dot we got our notice that our table was ready. Our server, Kris welcomed us and was friendly and efficient throughout our meal. The Cali omelette, grits, and mini pancakes were delicious. That's the biggest mini pancakes I've ever seen!! My friend and I split a mimosa flight and of course ended up with more juice than sparkling wineUnfortunately, we sat near the patio door and felt the gusts of warm air come in on us quite often. The food was definitely worth the wait and the discomfort!!
Headed to The Brunch District in Colleyville for a girls brunch. Upon arrival this brunch spot was hopping. The staff was amazing with how well they handled the large crowd and kept the waiting line moving. We were able to put our names on a waiting list and we had a group of nine. There was some wait time between drink orders arriving and food arriving so it might not be the best pick if you are on a schedule. Since we were not on a tight time schedule it worked for us. They had a really good menu with all of my favorite breakfast items especially benedicts, waffles with amazing topping choices as well as all of your favorite Mexican breakfast items. I noticed a machine for fresh squeezed orange juice so might make an amazing mimosa. I had a vanilla iced latte with a super cute frozen coffee bear in my drink. I also had Chilaquiles with carnitas. It was delicious. They also had a sriracha sauce with agave which was very good. Definitely worth checking out. They have multiple locations to from.
I came here on a weekend and was very busy so definitely plan accordingly. The location has a nice setup with seating indoors, outdoors, and the bar. The service was good for being busy. The food and drinks were good. A good place for a weekend brunch with the family.
Visited the Brunch District the other day for brunch. I ordered a benedict and I must say that the amount of hollandaise was absurd. The dish was floating in it. The eggs were perfectly cooked with a deliciously runny yoke. A generous portion of smoked salmon graced both toasted English muffins. My friend had the shrimp and grits, which she ordered additional shrimp. They followed through with a healthy portion of shrimp that were cooked well and seasoned wonderfully. My nephew had breakfast that included cloud like scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and thick fluffy pancakes. He didn't give me an opinion on the breakfast but did indeed join the clean plate club. The service was very good. The restaurant itself was clean and well styled as always. **Note the picture associated with this review is from a previous review.
Holy yum! I was so pleasantly surprised by how yummy this avocado toast was. The server was attentive and helpful with dietary restrictions at our table. She was also able to offer additional sauces that weren't included in the dish. The place was booked and busy, but we were seated immediately. The ambiance is bright and lively!
Cute atmosphere and yummy food! We knew it had been extremely busy here when they first opened, and were hoping for a smaller crowd since it's been several months, but it's still hopping! Of course, any brunch place is going to be busier on Sunday. We got on the waitlist via the website and were told it was a 55 minute wait. It ended up being maybe 35 minutes so not too bad. The waitlist process worked smoothly and the text updates were on point. We were given a table right by the kitchen that actually stuck out into the flow of traffic. It wasn't all that bad but they should consider moving or removing that table for the benefit of their staff accessing the kitchen. It's only a 2-top anyway and a small one at that. Eggs Benedict was very tasty and the hollandaise in particular was excellent. I would have loved some cheese in the grits. My husband got the chicken fried steak with eggs, potatoes and pancakes. He said the steak was a little thin and tough/overcooked, but the eggs were good and the potatoes were excellent and very well seasoned. We did not order drinks but from the looks of the menu they have a lot of fun cocktails. We will be back but probably will try a weekday.
Went there on a Sunday 10:14am. I expected a long wait. Check in with the hostess, she informs me it will be a 25 minute wait. I said okay I wait. At 11:21 a.m. I'm informed that my table is ready. However, this is after multiple visits back up to the hostess. Each time I was informed it would be only a few minutes longer. I finally get seated. Waitress is nice. Coffee is okay. Cajun chicken and waffles were okay. No wow factor. There's so many other great restaurants, no need to accept mediocracy when you have so many other choices.
Had an amazing experience during our quick visit to Arlington. Food was amazing (they have gluten free pancakes!), service at the bar was amazing and it is definitely a family friendly place.

We were given a time of about twenty-five minutes, and were seated within ten. Upon walking in, I really liked the decor, but I did feel the tables were a bit too close to one another (the booth/tables). We were next to the wall where people waited to be seated (directly in front of the bar). I wish they would put something there so people would not stand in that space, it was a bit annoying having butt's in my face while eating breakfast. At one point, I was going to ask someone to move; not everyone has common courtesy when it comes to those around them. Our waitress, Kris B, was wonderful. For a first-timer, their menu can be a bit overwhelming. I knew what I was interested in, so that made it a bit easier. I was thinking about the Lox or Stuffed Avocado, and with the suggestion of our waitress, I chose the Stuffed Avocado. Stuffed Avocado (whole eggs, not the egg whites): *Whole avocado seared on the griddle, turkey sausage, egg whites, Jack, and cheddar. Served with berries. This was very good, I'm happy I went with this choice. This was enough to have for breakfast, dinner, and breakfast the next day. This may seem odd, but what I liked most about this dish was, it wasn't full of seasoning, including salt. It wasn't weighted down by other ingredients, and the eggs were light and fluffy. The avocado was fresh and added a creamy texture to each bite. Fruit bowl: The fruit was fresh and was a great addition to the meal. Order of bacon: The bacon was excellent; you can tell they use high-quality bacon. Watermelon Juice: For the amount of juice they give, I was surprised by the cost. Regardless of that, it is very good and something I would get again. You were able to taste every bit of the juice without having to deal with it being overly sweet. *To note, the person I was with ordered an orange juice. I will not remove the accountability for not asking if it had pulp or not, but their OJ does have pulp. When she wanted to order a different juice instead (same price), she was told, she would still be charged for the OJ. My only suggestion would be to add that to the menu, or to instruct the waitresses/waiters to mention that when ordered by the patrons. It is advertised as "freshly squeezed", but that could also be without pulp. Also, if you like salsa with your eggs, they charge for it. In most places that serve eggs, salsa is served on the side. I really liked my visit, and I look forward to visiting again.
Great brunch! The pancakes, veggie scramble, and mimosa flights were all really good. We ordered a side of "mini" pancakes that definitely weren't so mini lol. I was too full to finish everything, but the service was friendly and prompt, and the food came out quickly.
The restaurant is as so clean. Food was very delicious shrimp and grits was a little spicy but so good. The drinks were so refreshing. The service was quick and friendly everybody was helpful.

My friend and I came here recently for brunch and has a great experience. The staff were friendly and responsive throughout our time. I ordered the brisket tacos on corn tortillas with a side of the green and red salsa. The brisket tacos came with a side of cubes potatoes. The menu prices are on par with local brunch spots. Our food came out quickly, fresh and hot. The tacos were delicious and filling. The brunch district is beautifully decorated. There's a cute photo wall up front for taking pictures, which we did. We look forward to returning in the future. read more

This place is super cute! The decor is amazing and bright and fun. I missed getting a pic of the bar. It had balloons with army men attached. We were sat immediately and the service was great! Good was so good that we forgot to take pictures. I got a vanilla latte -hot. It was delicious $6. The ice latte was also good and the ice bear was so cute. The fancy drink was a cool experience and tasted sweet/sour. All our meals were delicious. I go eggs Benedict. It was made with real Canadian bacon. I love that. Usually I find a thick slice of ham. The hollandaise sauce was perfect as well. Egg was cooked medium. We will definitely be back! read more

I'm not sure what took me so long to try this place, but it's an excellent and popular choice for weekend brunch. The open and airy interior is complemented by outdoor patio seating. There's a full bar featuring both signature cocktails and standards like mimosas and Bloody Mary's. My hot coffee was topped off promptly. Their Cali omelet, filled with bacon, tomato, spinach and Swiss, arrived topped with three lovely slices of avocado. For my two sides I chose grits, warm and best enjoyed with butter and salt, and a crispy English muffin slathered with jelly. Nice portions all around. You can also opt for the "mini" pancakes which aren't really that small. Yum. read more

Restaurant is bright and inviting. My server was attentive and overall the food was tasty. I would have like a little more meat in my omelet. My favorite part of my plate was the potatoes. I woukd go back again just for those. read more
Worth the wait! For starters, this venue is captivating and definitely Instagram worthy! There are so many beautiful decorative pieces throughout, including blown glass balloons over the bar. It's truly beautiful. I had the bagel & lox from their listed "healthier" menu options which all looked pretty promising. The bagels definitely have plenty of lox and come with the usual capers and red onion. Overall pretty solid! The weakest aspect of the meal was the bagel itself, which is fine but not a huge standout. The fruit was all fresh and I did try some of the skillet potatoes my husband and friend both ordered and they were definitely good. I can't say enough about the service: our waiter was incredible and even gave us coffee to go after our meal. Overall, solid brunch option and conveniently nearby the airport! read more

Amazing! I ordered the Chilaquiles, which was a new thing for me to try. It was one of the best things i've ever eaten! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We also had the pineapple mimosas carafe, i felt it needed more pineapple juice nevertheless it was good. Noted this place is now on my favorites list. We love this place! Great service and choice of food. Their iced coffee has a bear made of frozen coffee so it doesn't water down your drink. I like their Tunisian eggs, which are in a soupy, red pepper sauce. They also have a delicious biscuit omelette with the biscuits cooked in it whole. They have a full bar, but I haven't tried anything from it yet. My husband gets one of their many omlettes. My son gets the chicken tenders and my daughter loves their Nutella crepes. The portion is huge though and she ends up eating off it all day. The interior is lovely. Someone appears to be a huge David Bowie fan since he appears multiple times in the mural! read more

I visited the Brunch District this past weekend for a friend's birthday. I actually didn't anticipate how busy it would be but am so glad I put us on the waitlist prior to us arriving. Highly recommended if coming on a weekend, since they do not take reservations! The restaurant has really fun and pretty decor, especially now with it being the holidays. Despite it being busy, our food didn't take very long to come out and everything tasted great. I especially enjoyed the birthday pancake stack that came out for my friend :) Wonderful visit. I'm sure we will be back. read more

My real rating is 500 stars. I ordered the "southern combo" and the sausage is SO good, the biscuits are so fluffy and puffy. Next time I'll order gravy on the side so I can savor the biscuits on its own. A little corner underneath had no gravy and the tasty biscuit is so divine. How luck I am to be in Texas and enjoy this Colleyville gem. It was busy even though I was there 1130 am on a weekday so it def would advise making a reservation if you're planning on a sat or sun visit. I'm can tell this place is popular. I hope you get to try this delicious breakfast brunch mimosa cafe! read more
Great Good and Service. Seems like a popular place in the area and I can see why. Again Service was excellent and we had a large party. Everything came out hot and delicious. The dish I had was called Telusin Eggs which came with a delicious Red Sauce that was exceptional. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal in our large party. The ultimate sign of an awesome Southern brunch spot is their grits - and these are the best in DFW. Absolutely perfect, no butter or cheese even necessary. Came in for the first time for brunch and the food was just okay. Pretty basic flavors not anything I couldn't make at home. Ordered the eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce on the side (as most places over sauce). The ham was not the greatest but the poached eggs were cooked perfectly and the potatoes were flavorful and crispy. The crepe with sliced bananas was good, a little sweet for my taste but in all was a nicely cooked crepe. read more

I have to say I really like the place. Far as the food was pretty good but if you drink orange juice without pulp then it suggest to not order it. The service was good the waitress was really nice. Ambiance was nice as well from the decor to the music. read more

If you're flying into DFW, Brunch District offers the perfect brunch experience to start your trip! This spot has fun decor, friendly staff and incredibly quick service on top of a delicious meal. Highly suggest the Cajun chicken and waffles! The batter was nicely spiced on the chicken and ultra crispy. Waffles also had a nice crunch but super light on the inside. Paired with the caramel sauce, this is the ultimate sweet and savory combo. Also know that the "mini" pancake side are two good sized pancakes! Such a fun option. read more

I ordered Brisket Eggs Benedict and it was a real treat. The brisket chunks were tender, tasty and smoky and the bennie sauce was perfect. I would have a hard time choosing anything else to try here as I would regret not getting what I originally ordered. Hubby had the Barnyard Skillet and said it was a great mixture. He especially mentioned the chicken apple sausage. The coffee drinks aren't all that; strange flavor with a bunch of super sweet syrup on the bottom. read more

Has anyone eaten here yet? What are your thoughts? Update: I went today because their mailer said they were open. They were supposed to open on the 24th but I was told there was an issue with fire code permit or something. Next week perhaps?
I looked on google and it looks like they're not opened yet. I received a coupon advertisement in the mail today. I'm putting it on our list to try but I sure would like to see a menu prior.
