The wait is a false wait because they don't understand how to clean tables fast enough or have a bus boy. They quoted 15 minutes and it was 32 minutes. I have been here 5 times and I'm not impressed, teach your servers to pour the first cup of coffee and H2O. And your hostess say hello verses putting your hand out for my ticket before addressing the guess. This team, manager and the owner walking around need etiquette training. Holy moly this place is great! The best breakfast I've had in awhile and I'm still in awe! Accidentally bypassed this place while in route to another breakfast spot. When I realized that traffic was a nightmare, I did a quick u-turn and was about to go to a fast-food spot and grab a breakfast sandwich. Needless to say, that u-turn was the best turn of the day because I saw this location and did a beeline. The service was great. It was pretty crowded but my wait time wasn't long at all. Their menu options are expansive and includes lunch and breakfast items. While I would have loved to try everything on the menu, my stomach nor wallet would agree to it! I ordered the traditional breakfast of eggs, toast, turkey sausage, and breakfast potatoes. "Wow" is the best word to describe the food. It was a good amount and everything was cooked to perfection. While I don't particularly enjoy breakfast foods, I will admit that First Watch's menu selection had me salivating. As with most brunch places, this place gets packed especially on the weekends, so make sure that your whole party is present when waiting to be seated. The atmosphere indoors is lively, with cute wooden decors. Despite being busy, the service was not lacking at all. The food came out surprisingly quick. Onto the food! I ordered the BLT Eggs Benedict mostly due to my affinity for all things with avocado. The Eggs Benedict usually come with veggies on the side, but you can opt to switch them out for seasoned potatoes for no extra cost. The Eggs Benedict was a little bit difficult for me to eat, but delicious nonetheless. It's served on a piece of ciabatta bread, with two poached eggs and the topping combination of your choice (mine was BLT). The eggs were poached nicely with the perfect soft yolk. The potatoes were tasty as well, although I would've preferred a bit more seasoning. All in all, I would say my first experience at First Watch was a pleasant one. I don't know if I'll come back just because I rarely ever wake up in time for brunch but I'll definitely be recommending it to my friends for all their "brunching" needs! read more

I get it, the whole social distancing thing is creating challenges to the way businesses take care of their clients, and suffice to say I hate it. But not as much as I hate, burnt potatoes, burnt roasted tomatoes, burnt onions, and burnt bacon under an almost hard fried ( I asked for over easy/ RUNNY) eggs. I have gone to several of these locations and never and I mean NEVER in the last two years or the twenty or so times I've gone, has my food ever come back like this. I won't stop coming because I know better but I truly hope that the next time I go, my food is up to par. Had an unpleasant visit. Egg Benedict wasn't prepared properly, hard boiled yoke. Told the manager and then they gave my running poached eggs on the side, and told me they replaced the eggs, instead of remaking my eggs Benedict the right way. Manger then told me I ate 75% on my eggs Benedict, when I didn't even finish one of the hard boiled eggs. This is actually the second time they screwed up the order and handled the same way. Very disappointed in the way this was handled.... If you had rotten tomatoes in your salad, would you bring a side of tomatoes and have the customer pick out and replace all the tomatoes...? I'm a creature of habit (or maybe I'm scared to venture out and try new things!) so I always end up ordering the delicious Farmhouse hash, which I highly recommend. Came for breakfast with the hubbs and i got Barbacoa Benedict and he got the ham gruyere omelette. The atmosphere is good, kinda loudish but a good choice if youve got kids. My benedict really didnt seem like a benedict and would not get again. The beef on top replaces the traditional ham which was very salty and you could not even taste the hollandaise. :( overall the egg was good and adding avocado with a side salad was a nice touch. Hubbs got a pretty plain omelette but loaded with good portion of ham and said his only complaint was there was no customizable choices. :-/ he did like substitution of side salad for potatoes but you have to remember to ask for it as its not standard. We really liked the fact that they leave a pitcher of coffee on the table too ($2.80 each!) Id give this place another shot but would try something different next time. Since I'm an avocado lover and they offer that as a topping to most dishes I knew I would love the food. I like that they have a patio seating. The menu has good selection including the kids menu. I am a fan of restaurants who change their menu based on the seasons. I decided to try the chickichanga- Whipped eggs with spicy all-natural white-meat chicken, chorizo sausage, green chilies, Cheddar and Monterey Jack, onions and avocado rolled in a flour tortilla. Topped with Vera Cruz sauce and sour cream. Served with fresh fruit and fresh, seasoned potatoes. I enjoyed the dish since it wasn't too spicy but flavorful. My daughter ordered from the kids menu however the portions were big. She was a happy girl with her 1/2 waffle with turkey sausage. I love brunch, and I love brunching on Sunday's. It was my second time coming here on a late Sunday morning, and I'll definitely be back again. I conveniently used Yelp to get on the waitlist while I was on my way, and the app was very accurate on wait times and how many parties were in front of mine. They also have free coffee in the waiting area! Drinks: Their cold brew is OK, and I didn't order the house coffee again the second time. My biggest complaint is that they bring the water out (in what looks like a recycled glass milk jug) with no ice, and the cups for water are unreasonably small. Our waiter only gave us one jug of water for a party of 4 during peak hours of brunch, and let's just say we were all eyeing him down for a refill towards the end of our meal. Slower service can be expected during the busiest hours, but small jugs of water...in small cups...with no ice...just doesn't seem to help the situation. However, one jug for a party of two was perfectly fine during my last visit. Food: Eggcellent!! The Florentine Egg Benedict was simply delicious with a perfectly poached egg. The egg benedicts are also a dollar or two cheaper than most brunch spots in the area! The Elevated Egg Sandwich was SO good, and I loved that I could order it on whole grain toast instead of the brioche bun. This will still be my favorite place however today something to point out. I'd advice to check your to go orders and ensure you're not over charged. I would've probably not written if the employees would've acted more customer experience oriented. In their defense, two of them seem young. The third that I believe is a supervisor, that never apologized. I placed an order over the phone, for two menu items. The hostess handed me my order and when I checked the bag, there was an item missing. I inquired about it and menu clearly said item was included. She acknowledged and requested for the item to be fetched from kitchen. I got the item in the bag and she handed me copy to sign. When I signed, I flipped over the receipt and I was being charged for the item! She said that as hostess they don't really look. That was disappointing and their apology was towards the computer screen and not me. I love to start with the morning meditation juice. For my meal I've tried a variety of different things during my several meals here. My boyfriend and I wanted to try something new so we decided to go here. Menu was okay, mainly healthy options. The only thing that was uncomfortable is that the server tried to 'give us a deal' by downsizing my bf's meal. I told him to just give us what we ordered, no shortcuts or deals and we still got the smaller order. My bf is 265 lbs and we didn't care about the price of the 2 meals that he wanted to order. He didn't get enough food and the server forgot his drink so he had to eat his meal with coffee (which he doesn't really drink) because the server dissapeared after droppi g off our food I used to be a server so I understand checking in with your tables, but our server did not. Food is actually tasty but they didn't have any dairy free options for coffees (which is funny to me because they're located right next door to a Publix where they could've restocked to hold them over until they have their stuff back in) and our waitress didn't come to see us for twenty five minutes before we even placed our orders. Our table was dirty when we sat down too. I was hoping to give this place another chance through delivery but after calling and speaking to Kristen -- which she later hung up on me, was informed that they don't do delivery anymore. Which is misleading because it says they do on the apps (door dash). As much as I enjoyed the meal I had, I can't give it more than three stars for the customer service and feeling like their place is you either come and get the food or not get a meal at all. As an exhausted healthcare worker, I just want delivery to enjoy my breakfast without having to deal with the public because I deal with people all week long. And I want to enjoy food in the comfort of my own home. I'll be spending my money elsewhere. read more
