Went there for breakfast, forgetting it was Mother's Day. Our server was absolutely wonderful! She was a young woman, name started with ((I think)) a D. She was fabulous from start to finish. I had the fruit and yoghurt bowl and dear hubby had the omelet with ham, cheese and grits with toast. We were only one of 4 tables in there and was nice and quiet and then the doors opened up for a table of was supposed to be 15 ( was actually more than 22), table for 10, table for 6 and a table of 9. None of these people had called ahead and the place was HOPPING, but the servers, the hostess, and the others were not phased. Everyone was great. Good job! read more

So bummed with our visit here! I've been waiting to try Eggs Up for a while now (I understand how every new restaurant has their kinks to work out). Upon arriving, there's 3 doors. It'd be nice to have a welcome sign on the door to the actual entrance. At the entrance you see the back of a desk/hostess stand. I thought that was so strange to walk in to that. Place itself was light and bright. Just the layout was a little odd. The food itself was nothing special. The coffee drink I got was so pretty but tasted so watered down. Kiddo got the waffle that was so bland. And I got the chicken omelette that was missing the salsa on top as stated in item description. Prices are high for the value of the food itself. Waitress never came over to check in after food was served. And I ended up having to seek her out for my bill after waiting too long to pay so we could leave. read more

This was my second time visiting this location about a year apart. No difference same terrible food & service. Grits were exactly like birdseed, the bacon & sausage was clearly microwaved & no ice in drinks. Waitress never came to check on us no give us our bill. Spoke with manager & they said oh I'm sorry I would be happy to comp your meal. I already paid I said. Ok well, next time. Nope! Never again thank you! Let me start by saying I didn't realize they closed at 2 and I came in and sat down at about 1:45 and didn't put the order in until like 1:55 so I felt bad but once I placed the order and they were very friendly , I apologized about the timing and asked for to go boxes , they told us to just take our time, they have to finish cleaning anyways so I thought it was nice that they weren't acting like they were in a rush to close and they didn't mind if we sat and ate past 2 so that was cool. Food was good, I discovered the cheddar garlic bacon grits , AMAZING . Everything else pretty good. To begin, service here is amazing. It's a newer restaurant so they're still trying to work out some things, and the staff articulate that to the customers. For example. I really wanted a brunch place with some mimosas, and this place was advertised as having the mimosas, however, our awesome server explained that the restaurant is still waiting on a license to sell alcohol. It was a bit frustrating because it's also all over the menu. The food was ok. I like my bacon crispy which I did request, but it was still made really soft/partially cooked. The pancakes were pretty good and a decent sized portion with a vanilla latte w/ Almond milk to wash it down. The latte was hot at least but what I expected from a breakfast joint because it's not a coffee shop. I would prefer to revisit this location when they are more established because I think it'll be a much better experience, especially if they continue to keep servers who help provide such a positive customer experience. read more

Eggs Up Grill is located in Falls River Town Center and the restaurant has plenty of nearby parking. The staff was friendly while they still seem to be still working out the kinks. We were a larger group of 14 that was too big for the private room we were placed in. The chairs were so close together that there was not any elbow room. I'd say 10 individuals would work in that small space. They should have seated us in the dining room. The menu has a variety of breakfast and lunch items and breakfast can be ordered until 2pm. The prices are reasonable. Ordering was mostly ok but the kitchen had to come ask for clarification many times, so I am not sure if the food orders that were customized were entered correctly. My iced tea was given to another member of the group too. Cream for the coffees had gone bad so new cups of coffee were brought out. I'm not sure if they were old or just had been sitting out too long. The food came out relatively quickly and most of the orders were correct. I had the avocado toast without the salsa and that came with eggs. After ordering the kitchen came to clarify with me as they thought I didn't want the eggs. So that is why I am thinking things weren't entered correctly into Toast. It came out as ordered and I liked that they did not mush the avocado but cut it into pieces. I ordered a to-go order of oatmeal. I liked that they placed the fruit topping in a separate container and it was a generous amount. But it was to come with cinnamon, brown sugar, raisins, and granola and that wasn't mixed in or provided in my to-go bag. I think once the staff is better trained that this will be a nice place for brunch. I will return in a few months and see if the issues have been worked out. read more

Solid Classic Breakfast Spot If you're into comfort over fancy, this place hits the mark. Portions are generous, bacon is nicely cooked, eggs come out fresh--not rubbery--and the toast is perfectly grilled. Javier was our excellent waiter on 31JAN2026 for 7 guys in our Bible study. Having a private room allowed us to talk and hear each other. My coffee was good and I carried home half of my 4-egg omelet and home fries for my wife. I will try something else next time because the jalapenos were a little spicy for breakfast. The food was flavorful and delicious. I love the corned beef hash and the coastal crab cake Benny. The garlic toast was so good along with the crab cakes covered in hollandaise sauce. I don't have a picture of the crabcakes because I got that to go. The service was phenomenal. My food took a while because they were very very busy, but the manager came out numerous times to inform me that my food is in process and thanked for waiting then gave me a complementary free breakfast for patiently waiting. The ambiance is family style, clean and spacious. I will definitely be returning to try other things on the menu! read more

Maybe wait another 3 months before coming back. We (5, 4 and a high chair) were sat at a 4-top table while there was at least 2 6-top booths open. We noticed a manager eventually sat there with their laptop open maybe working. Service was very slow. They were out of bacon - odd for a breakfast/brunch spot, but whatever. We ordered. Oh, also out of lemons? It took about 20 min for the donut appetizer to come, which I had to ask to come early about 15 min in. It was actually pretty good, but not sure if worth the wait. Another 20 or so minutes and the food was ready. Ready, but sitting in the window. Not sure if the kitchen was backed up or short staffed, but I do not see why they could not serve what was ready if everything was already taking forever. More frustrating was that the servers, hosts, and manager seemed more concerned about waiting for things than actually running food that was sitting, or maybe offering to help in the kitchen instead of sitting around. Food eventually came, luke warmish, but too late to stir anything up with 3 young kids. Also, my order was wrong, as was my wife's, yet nothing was particularly good. The manager eventually served herself a plate of food and sat and ate amidst the rest of the food sitting in the window, the entire restaurant to see, many of whom were still waiting to be served. It seemed like no one there had any hospitality or server experience at all, with no inclination to check in on waiting tables, or express any sort of assistance or urgency given the increasingly awkward wait time for food. At least the place was cheap. While they had Michael Jackson on repeat as the ambient music of choice, and I love me some Michael Jackson, but not for a farmhouse brunch. I'll let them work out their kinks and maybe come back in the Fall to see if things have gotten better. read more

I would like to take the time out to recognize Sentel for providing excellent customer service while I visited the restaurant with my mother and I. He had a very positive attitude and attentive. I appreciated him always coming by to check on us before and after we received our food. I observed the restaurant being very clean and inviting. Since Eggs Up Grill opened in the Falls River shopping center, we have eaten here multiple times. The decor is open and bright. They went through some of the opening stage miscues but have since reached their stride. The service is attentive and friendly. The food is very good. Have tried both breakfast and lunch options. The kids breakfast is awesome, You get to pick any 3 items from their list. Our grandson loves the Mickey pancake. Would recommend. read more

This place was awesome when it first opened but now it smells like there is a sewer back up somewhere and it has not been fixed in months. The pancakes tasted like they used old dish water to make them with. The staff is unbelievably friendly and accommodating. This place has potential if they fix some issues but it's only gotten worse over time. Not being able to keep a manager might be a sign. read more

Today my experience felt a little "meh." I've visited other locations, such as Raleigh (Glenwood) and Garner, and they've both served well. Since we were nearby, my family and I decided to try this new location. I ordered my usual Crème Brûlée French Toast, which typically comes with a vanilla custard (it usually tastes like a Boston cream filling). This time, however, it was served with a lemon custard. When I asked my server about it, he mentioned there was only "one" custard. After he spoke with his manager, I was told the same thing even though the menu clearly lists both vanilla and lemon options. Our server truly did his best to accommodate my family's needs, and I want to thank him for his warm and genuine spirit. The disappointment lies more with the communication. A simple, "We've run out, but we can offer an alternative," would've gone a long way. Having worked in food service myself, I understand things happen, but acknowledging the issue rather than brushing it off makes all the difference. The food was so delectable! I had the creme brulee French toast and left no crumbs. My partner had the melty Cristo - a holiday special - and he said it was meltificent! But not to be outdone the staff is as bright and inviting as the decor. Definitely will be returning!! read more

Was super excited to go to this restaurant! I had been to one in Norfolk! Clean and bright and an open nice atmosphere. But, This one needs a little more time to pull it together. Food was slow, we ordered the donuts. Asked for silverware and napkins and it took about 10 minutes to get them. Food was good but slightly cold. Don't come here. We waited a half hour to get in a half-empty place only to wait another hour for no food and a mediocre latte. Everybody around us ended up just leaving as well, still hungry. The atmosphere was chaotic and disorganized at best, watching most of the kitchen mess around rather than cook. No manager in sight, and the effect was obvious. The staff was confused, and everybody felt terrible for them. I hope they quit- they spent hours for nothing. There was also a woman shuffling around the bar with her rear hanging out of pants- completely unprofessional. The hostess and the waiters are stressed, just trying to help.
