Come frequently. Food is normally great. Yesterday I went and my home fries were burnt and some cutlery was dirty. What stood out to me was when I went to pay the manager I believe asked how our food was and I said "so-so" and he was very accommodating by apologizing and then saying our meal was free. All restaurants slip up sometimes but it was his solution that really stood out to me. Do give this place a shot! read more

Incredible meal and incredible service! In the midst of the pandemic, they are taking the necessary precautions while not allowing their in-person dining experience to suffer. read more

Wait time for a table was 15 minutes, no big deal on a Sunday. Server brought drinks and took our order right away. Then we waited. And waited. Aaaaannnnddd waited. Food came out in stages. No drink refill offered. Overall the food was fine but I definitely wouldn't come back. read more

Really Good food and lots of options. Portions are good. Prices are I little high but quality is good. Pancakes are so delicious. Everything that went by looked awesome. Place is clean. Parking was limited and we Had to wait for a table both times I've been. It seems to always be crowded. It's a little loud in there. Service was just okay but they were busy. read more

First two times going were fabulous experiences with service and food. Next two (both recent) were not what I'd hoped when taking 2 people that have never been. Service was horribly slow...both times had to ask for service and our server a few times. Food was slow coming out (which I get if cooked fresh), but both times the meals were cold as were the side of potatoes. Am so disappointed that this place has fallen off my list of brunch places. read more

Love love love this place! Everything I come here I get great service & amazing food! The juices are great as well! I had a kale, cucumber & lemon juice today, I LOOOOVED IT! I love that they have such a great selection of meat, pork, Turkey, & chicken sausage! French toast is great! Pancakes are HUGE & AMAZING!!! Recommend this place to anyone anytime! read more

YESSSSSSS!!! This place has an appealing industrial feel on the inside (so happens that it's my favorite decor). The waiter, a young guy, was extremely friendly and helpful. He suggested some fresh juices and gave us tasters before we ordered. I had the classic avocado toast with a fried egg and it was perfect. My husband and 2 kids devoured their food as well. I am thrilled that we have such a great new restaurant near us!!! read more

First Watch is a great breakfast/brunch place. I got there a little before 8am so it wasn't very busy. The menu is expansive. I ordered one of their specials, a cremini mushroom frittata with lemon arugula and cream cheese with fresh fruit and a slice of ciabatta. Everything was fantastic. Wait staff was friendly. read more

First Watch - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Buford, Georgia

The interior is very nicely decorated. First impression was nice as we walked in. It is a loud room and it wasn't packed. The food was average at best and expensive for what it was. I wanted to love it but average doesn't cut it in a sea of restaurants in the area. read more

Love this place! The kale tonic is delicious.. and the other juices are just as good. There aren't really any brunch places like it in town. You are looking at spending about 13 dollars for a plate and drink.. it's good though! There are a lot of options on the menu.. more than I expected. My husband really liked the breakfast tacos. Omelettes are super good. The avocado toast is somewhat over priced but good.. they give you a lot of avocado. The chocolate chip pancakes are huge and delicious!!! I recommend if you're looking for somewhere for brunch. read more

The food was decent. The service was better. No complaints. It's not 5 stars only bc nothing was amazing about the food. Price points are good. Perhaps I will try something different next time and be able to upgrade it to 5 read more

Food is too expensive for what it is. Who has heard of turkey gravy for biscuits? That's a horrible thing--and they don't offer "regular" gravy. The pork sausage is good but too spicy for my taste. Their million dollar bacon comes with cayenne - it can't be ordred without, so I tried it and had to give it to my fiance. (As I had to with the sausage). Finally, their cheesy grits are just their plain grits with cheese on top. Laziest grit enhancement ever. Won't be going back. *Oh and NO Mimosas! What Brunch place doesn't have mimosas? read more

I'm a First Watch regular but this was my first time at this location which opened up a few months ago. My husband and I were extremely disappointed. The staff is friendly but that's about it. The service is extremely slow! I understand waiting for a table but once we sat down there was an extremely longer wait for the food. The food itself was bland, I've had the same meal at other First Watch locations and it was better. People also kept complaining about how cold it was inside the restaurant. Being that this is a new location I hope that their kitchen improves. read more

Overpriced, servers don't want to be bothered anytime I have been here. Quoted $5 for a drink because they don't put prices on the menu, so I settled for water. Not what I wanted and my food came out looking like a plate of grease. I wish I would have just went to CFA read more

Food was good, but a little over priced for breakfast. Staff was friendly and service was fast. I would consider going again.

Came in for brunch & was met with a 30 minute wait time. No biggie, considering it's still the holidays and a lot of people are off. Finally get a text out table is ready- awesome! Head inside and tell the host we got our message. It's chaos inside. He says ok hold on.. we wait. And wait. And after about 10 minutes of being clearly in the way waiting ask if our table is ready. Hastily get sat. Our server comes over and we order drinks. Sweet tea is unimpressive, not very sweet at all. We order our food, an omelette and a skillet. It takes FOREVER. Easily 35 minutes to get our food. Our server doesn't come to ask if we need refills at all. Finally get our food and underwhelmed yet again! Cheese grits- NO flavor. Potatoes undercooked. Just overall lack of flavor in everything. Looks are definitely deceiving. A runner brought our food and it was at least 10 minutes until our server came back to check on us. Entire experience was meh. Food was less than basic. Service was subpar. Probably won't be back. read more

If you enjoy a "not your everyday" kind of breakfast place. Then you have to check FirstWatch out. Fresh market, locally grown type restaurant. I had the avocado with egg...prepared and tasted great. Also ordered the pancakes with fruit. Yum! Friendly staff, and great vibe inside and out. read more

ThIs is not my first time at first watch, but it is my first at this new location. The location parking is a little tight but manageable. The interior is classy with that upscale feel. We ate here on a Saturday morning at 730 so no issues with crowds until we left at about 830 when people were beginning to wait to be seated . They seem to be slightly understaffed at that time as our waitress was having to cover a lot of tables . They may have had more help coming on site after we left. The food is very good and was served reasonably quick. I have the chimichanga and my wife had the pancakes. Neither was served piping hot. We did not complain as they were acceptable just not as hot as they could have been. They may have been prepared and held waiting on the busy staff to deliver . I will definitely eat here again and will probably need to up my rating after they've been open more than 30 days and they have more experience. read more

We tried First Watch for the first time today, and were happy with our experience. From friendly service to tasty food, I'd recommend this restaurant to others. We tried the Egg Sandwich, tri-athlete omelet, kale juice and the morning-something juice. All were good, but we'd order the juices without ice next time. The coffee, ah, the coffee, was delicious. Flavorful without being overbearing. We'll definitely go back again. read more

The food we excellent. I had the traditional breakfast and it was definitely worth the price. The service getting seated was long but it was a Sunday brunch so that was expected. Our server was very friendly and fun to interact with. He did a 5 star job as did the cooks. Minus a star because it did take a while to get a server one we got seated. read more

Update on their review and customer service Sent my contact email info to Cassi C per her request. Never heard another word. Not surprised. Nice that they respond on Yelp but no real action to resolve their poor performance. read more

Great food, friendly service but took forever. Very long wait for the food and there were only 3 of us. The First Watch in Alpharetta had much better service. read more

We were 12th on the list on a busy Saturday morning for a party of 8 and got our table in less than 30min. Great service and great food. Will definitely come back. read more

Just visited for the 1st time, I'd give it 5 stars but my eggs Benedict were served cold-very cold, and it is very pricey. We left paying $42 (tip included) for 2 adults and 1 kid. Pricey for a lunch. But it had good taste and we were served quickly. read more

It makes me sad that the service here is so so bad because the food is incredible. I used to wait tables, I'm extremely forgiving, but today was next level bad. Waited forever to be acknowledged, wasn't talked to again until my food came, and never got a refill on my drink. This is the second time I've been and the service wasn't great then, either. Again, it makes me sad to say I may not come back because I love the food. read more

Every time my family and I come here, the service is excellent, the food is excellent and the atmosphere is quaint. The only thing I can say I do not like is the parking. That's how busy they are. The location is shared with Dunkin' Donuts but first watch is always packed. I highly recommend this restaurant. read more

. .This has become my favorite breakfast place good food and healthy the only problem is Sunday is super busy still worth the wait

Come here before work and always great food fast service and friendly. Becoming my go to breakfast and brunch place. Thanks first watch!

Love that we have a new breakfast place in Buford. My family frequents it on Sundays! Food has always been consistently yummy!

Was looking forward to trying out this place. It was busy inside which was great. The wait time was appropriate. When we received our food, I was missing one (of my two) pancakes, my eggs were cold, my wife's gravy for her biscuits were room temperature and there was no dressing on my sons salad. Another thing that was irksome was they don't put prices for their drinks on the menu. I understand why now. Coffee was almost $3 and soft drinks were just a little bit cheaper. The bill for three adults and two kids was $73 before tip. Too expensive for mediocre food. Won't be going back. Waitress was great. read more

First time I came here it was a 30 min wait on a Sunday which is fine . Once we got seated and they took our order we had an hour wait on the food. By the time we got our food they were closed . Manager was very nice and apologized gave us 50% our food. We wanted to give the place another chance because it was a busy Sunday. So I went in today wait was not terribly bad for a Friday. Service was great got our food in a reasonable time. Once they placed the food down we noticed a hair and right away let them know. They were able to fix the mistake and didn't charge us for it. With all that being said I don't think I'll be coming back food was good and all but not worth all that trouble. read more

I love this place! Food is great...they add a twist to common breakfast menus which make your eyes roll back because they just taste damn good! Place can get really jam packed for breakfast so be prepared to wait. I highly recommend this joint for breakfast, brunch, or lunch! read more

The food is super delicious! If you're going on the weekend use the app to reserve a spot, the wait is 45-60 minutes and there's not a big waiting area. Only disappointment was after waiting to be seated, we had to wait another 10 minutes for our waitress to come to the table and get our drink order. Overall a good place for breakfast/brunch! A much needed breakfast spot in Buford! read more

I've visited this location several times and without exaggeration, I've never had a good experience. It takes entirely too long for the food to come out; some of the servers have a manufactured smile, and often times the food is served partially cold. My last experience was an order to go. I waited for close to an hour for my order, and when I became visibly upset the young man who took my order stated, "That's how long it takes" when i made mention of my wait. I watched people come in for a table, place orders and received their food before I was able to walk out with mines. At the same time I was waiting for my order - a woman at the "Community" table complained that her family hadn't been acknowledged by a server for a long period of time as well. I have better things to do with my time besides write Yelp reviews, but I think it's important to sound off about this location. read more

Great food and great service! Glad to have a location closer to home. The food was delicious and the atmosphere is so cute!

Love the food here! The atmosphere is really cool. The tables are a little small and they give you a lot so you have to work with a little space. But it is ultimately worth it! read more
