We grabbed seats at the bar, and I got to hear a local rave about the place. Apparently they get their calamari fresh. Waitress (Jasmine?) was fast and helpful. Service was great! We did order the calamari. It tasted like any other calamari I've ever had BUT their marinara sauce was legit. It was the BEST part of the entire meal. It had a spicy flare to it. So, there's your unique aspect of dining here. They also serve rolls with honey butter, and that was my second favorite part. I ordered the Reuben with fried okra. In all honesty, I did not like the Reuben. Something was off with it; taste seemed off. The fried okra was cut up okra pieces (wished they had just fried the entire thing). Overall, it's a decent bar. The hype for it seems to be big and I'm unsure why. It's a good place to stop if you're in the area but it's not a must stop.
