The staff are welcoming and helpful. Alongside the donuts, they also offer macaroons that are light, flavorful, and a nice extra option if you're in the mood for something different. Highly recommend trying the Lychee Black Tea with Crystal Boba. It's refreshing, not overly sweet, and the crystal boba gives it a nice texture. A great drink to pair with any of their sweets. The ambiance isn't exactly cozy or sit-down--it has more of a grab-and-go feel, which makes it perfect for a quick stop or takeout treat.

This donut shop needs a little better management. We came at 6:30 am in the morning to pick up donuts for my son's class at school and they were already sold out of their most popular donut the original glazed which wouldn't be an issue if they restocked throughout the day but I have read and heard they don't refill once an item is sold out. I mean what are you doing? The ambiance of the store is all right and while I love to support local I must say that this place is kind of a letdown.
