I ordered a Reuben sandwich combo at 4:11pm to go. In the middle of eating the sandwich I found a black hair. I am a blonde. I in turn call them and had to leave a message. After four hours I called back and left another message because they never answer their phones. They never called back on the day I brought my sandwich. We will see what tomorrow brings. We don't eat much fast food as I prefer to cook at home and we typically select turkey burgers at home. However, we do enjoy a good burger from time to time and we have had enjoyed our burgers the two times we have tried Culver's. I like that everything is made to order and served fresh and hot even if that means you have to pull around and wait for your food at times. The service is fast for a made to order and we haven't eaten in their restaurant so I'm not sure what the ambiance is. We absolutely loved that they had floats because we used to go to Sonic for them and they shut down. Floats or even blended soda/ice cream is harder to find at some places and theirs is fantastic. My son and I will treat ourselves to a root beer or Dr Pepper float and it's always nice to find the ability to get one out and about vs having to buy ingredients and make it at home. read more

Culver's always delights and in my opinion they are amongst the best fast food burgers going. Burgers are hot, fresh, and high quality with a taste that keeps one wanting more. Other sandwich and dinner offerings are just as flavorful and fresh and who can resist the Frozen Custards. Staff are very polite and friendly and the atmosphere is kept clean and comfortable. In the branches I have been to, the service has always been very courteous and friendly, with this one being no exception. I usually go for the mushroom & swiss butterburger basket. Burgers here are super juicy/moist somehow despite the patties being on the thinner side. The very edges have a nice, charred crispiness to them. Very disappointed with this Culver's. Four months ago it was good. Today lack of management, orders wrong, dirty floor and tables. One girl behind register took down her hair shook it out and then put it in a ponytail. Then right back to work. Disgusting. Hair could be flying in food. Management said it was okay behavior since she didn't do it in the kitchen. Sick! Also continuous loud laughter and cutting up in the kitchen and drive through area. Whoa! Way to beat expectations :) I had a great meal here. Their butter burgers are far more flavorful and fresh than your typical fast food burger. Let's start with the bun. It's warm, chewy and hearty enough to hold up under the juice and weight of their pressed patties, melted cheese, and condiments. The burger patties are pressed perfectly so they are satisfyingly crispy at the edges and moist in the center. I am not sure how they season the beef, but this greasy burger is full of flavor that really doesn't need salty or bold additions like ketchup and mustard. I tried their crinkle fries and got a side of cheese to dip them in. It was delicious and hit the mark for my cheese smothered craving! The service at the counter and in the seating area was fantastic. Their staff is super friendly and continued to check on us to make sure we didn't need anything during our meal. I wish I lived closer to Gainesville, though maybe it's good that I don't - I'd probably come in every day... The restaurant is pretty new. You can tell by the new building and fresh parking lot. We recently got our first Culver's chain in our area and decided to check them out. This is a fast-food chain that is pretty popular in other parts of the country. Their menu is like being at Dairy Queen, except they also have soups. We decided to try the double burger deluxe and chicken fingers and buffalo chicken fingers. They did not disappoint. The burgers are really good. They taste somewhere in between Wendy's and Five Guys at closer to the Wendy's price point. The chicken fingers were just ok. Nothing to write home about, but not bad. Here's where things get interesting. We decided to try the frozen custard. We tried two create your own mixers and the caramel pecan chocolate frozen custard. The custard is delicious. Creamy, not overly sweet, and had all the flavor as advertised. We'll definitely be going back. read more

Place an order thru the website for curbside pickup. When I arrived, I checked in via the email I was sent. After waiting 15 minutes, I got out of my car and went to see what was wrong. The employees were having a party. When someone comes to the door, some little girl tells me they were closed, and then started acting like I had no reason to be upset. Wow, holy cow I cannot say enough good things about this location! I moved to Gainesville from Dawsonville and I will be honest, I didn't expect much due to the fact the Dawsonville location is TERRIBLE. However, my husband wanted to give Gainesville a try and I am so glad we did! I usually go through the drive through with my GSD Archer and he ALWAYS gets a pup cup and a compliment. (What can I say, he's a total stud ) My order is always done in a timely manner and everyone there is SO friendly! Today in particular (11/21/19) I went through the drive through and the guy was extremely nice and got my order correct and out quickly. Mega props to him! I wish I caught his name but it was at 4:30ish. His mood actually made my day better, so thank you! I know it can be rough doing that sort of job and people can kill your mood easily. I love the food here. My second day eating here in a row. I had the butter burger then the chicken sandwich. They both were delicious and warm. Prepared without pickles like I'd asked. The fries were a good portion and warm. The first day I was left without ketchup for my fries are straws for my drinks. I think they have the dumbest technique in the drive through. It's raining and for the second day no one behind me yet I have to pull forward to wait for an employee to walk my food out. In the cold rain. Not getting the bag at the window doesn't allow me to ask for more condiments when I get the bag which to me is a little bit of a nuisance. Today what appeared to be the owners were walking in as I went in to get more ketchup. They seemed to be great, very kind. I think an improvement that they can make easily is that the drive through cashier ask the customers, "Would you like any condiments before pulling forward." They already rank seemingly to me similar to Chick-fil-A in the kindness the quality department. Possibly reevaluate customers pulling forward when no one is behind and in the rain. Culver's is a restaurant that I became familiar with when I made trips to Wisconsin decades ago. I was shocked a couple years ago when the very first location showed up in Dawsonville Georgia, of all places, and now the restaurant chain is taking off. Our location in Gainesville is absolutely delicious; however, it's hard to find a Culver's anywhere you go in the country that isn't delicious, friendly, and well worth the dining experience. Their food choices go from ice cream to pot roast with vegetables and potatoes. They have a enormous amount of choices in terms of food. Their menu is quite extensive. My wife got a salad and then realized her heart was set on a burger. Normally we'd just get a burger next time, but she is also pregnant. She gets this one, you know? I go up to send the salad back. It's a fine salad, but she really wanted a burger. I ask if I can give them the salad back and get a burger for her? The woman at the front says no trades, we can't reuse the food. Also no refunds. Buy a new burger. Ok. I know they can't reuse the food. Some restaurants take the food back to keep people honest. Some places tell you to keep the food. When there is an issue, I always offer just in case. But they usually make it right, even if it's something on our end like ordering the wrong thing. Culver's is the first food place I have been to that does not make it right when you have an issue. That's their decision. Mall kiosks and flea markets don't do refunds either. I got another burger and went somewhere else for ice cream. The burgers were good. The place was clean. I am never going to Culver's again. read more

I'm sitting here on my 5th or 6th visit waiting for my food, and my mouth is watering. First of all- the place is always spotless. The demeanor of the employees is as good as anywhere (even that chicken place based in College Park). I recommend dining in- you bus your own table, but they bring the food to you. This time, I had the deluxe bacon burger basket with chili cheese fries. I think the "toppings" always come on the bottom of the sandwich here, so I either move them or I flip the sandwich. The chili on the fries was a little bean heavy and light on the meat, but DELICIOUS. They have specials on weekdays, today was $1 root beer float, which I ordered on my way out. Again, the staff and the cleanliness make this a place that I'll continue returning to. The food is a notch above most fast food burgers. These things combined warrant a 5 star review from me.
