I stopped by Chipotle today hoping for a quick, decent meal--and honestly, I wish I hadn't. The food was mediocre at best, and definitely not worth the $26 I paid. Everything tasted bland and thrown together without any care. The restaurant itself was absolutely disgusting. Every single table was dirty, the floors were covered in food, and there was trash left out in plain sight. What's worse is that I was the only customer there, so there's really no excuse for how filthy the place was. The employee working looked completely miserable and didn't seem to want to be there. No greeting, no smile--just a rushed, disinterested attitude that matched the state of the restaurant. I haven't been to a Chipotle in years because of an experience just like this at the Commerce location. But I'm done going. $26 can be spent anywhere else. read more

Walked in and walked right back out shortly thereafter. Arrived on a Saturday just before 4PM. The placed looked a mess. I'm not sure if they had a large crowd and was just getting around to cleaning up. The food looked like it had been sitting out for a while. Several items also looked super dry, overcooked, just not appetizing at all. I asked the associate how long the food had been sitting out. To which she said nothing in response and looked at me like a deer in headlights. I paused to wait for a response as it was a legitimate question. No response to me, but she proceeded to speak to her associate in another language as if a customer wasn't standing in front of them. At this, I'm now the one looking like a deer in headlights. Dumbfounded. We walked out. I don't trust the quality of the food or the people preparing it. I'll stick to the other location. read more

Ordered a chicken taco and served by one server to be passed to the next server James, and he took chicken off the taco and put it back in the container. Any health concerns handling meat that way? Done with Chipotle.... read more

Based on the reviews, I must have caught them on a good night- 8:30pm on a Monday. The place was very clean, everything was available and fresh (rare for Chipoltle's lately), and the people working were great. Nothing to complain about tonight. read more

Do not order takeout from this location. You're much better off going somewhere else. I've been in a few times, and had no issues. Today I ordered takeout and got home to find most of my ingredients missing and the portions were less than half the size I got every time I went in person. Total ripoff. read more

Place rips you off so Bad! Got 2 burritos that both consisted of a tortilla, 1 small scoop of chicken and 1 small scoop of steak and queso ! That's it!! And a small Dr. Pepper. $32.26 That is insane!! read more

Very bad experience at this location. Employees are rude to a select of people. She was very nice to the person in front of me. As soon as it's my turn, her personality completely changed and she was very rude to me. Chipotle also has become a money scheme charging you for everything. They charged me for my vinegreatte. Ridiculous. read more

My usual moe's and I've never really had any issues. Had to share the order I received tonight though. It looks like black bean soup. Not sure why they really felt the need to load up the beans tonight, it was not requested to have any extra. As for service, it's really good. Guess I'm living in bean city tonight #fart #McdonaldOnTop read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bowl with white chicken, corn, Queso, and a LOAD of black beans (did not ask for extra black beans) - Fast Food Near Me - Gainesville, Georgia

We ate lunch here today. Meat was overcooked and cold. Chips were stale. Maybe the lack of employees had something to do with it. There are better options available. read more

They give innaccurate serving sizes, neither in person nor online, and don't have the best attitude. This location is why I never will order online from chipotle again as well. I learned that some purposely short you. I weigh my meat so I keep track of this. read more

I placed a pick up order online today for lunch - A steak quesadilla and an order of chips and queso. First off, I ordered and paid for a full quesadilla and was given a kids size quesadilla with burnt steak in it. It was almost inedible. Second, I was literally given 7 stale chips in a bag to go with the queso order. $16.85 later and my meal was so bad it was almost laughable. I will not be returning. read more

The service here is terrible the so called manager with the accent and the dark hair and glasses rushed everyone down the line throwing food into bowls and cutting off customers as they are ordering. Then the POS system went down and instead of staying calm she went into a frenzy and told everyone they couldn't order anything including myself, even though I was only ordering a drink and also told me she didn't know how much the product was. It wasn't the situation bc I understand you can't control computers but her delivery SUCKED and so did her CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

Honestly the food is mid but for the price the workers could be a lot nicer. Both the people putting my bowl together and the girl behind the cash register were extremely rude. read more

Stopped in for a quick lunch by myself and got a burrito. Steak, rice, beans, pico, cheese, guacamole. Drink and chips. Fourteen dollars $14.00. Now I knew it would be over ten bucks but...Dam! The place is clean. The burrito was tasty...a bit over seasoned. But good. The chips way too salty.. they wend to the landfill..all in all. If I'm going to spend 14 bucks per person I'm going to visit the local Mexican restaurant get a burrito, rice and beans, and chips and salsa to boot. Good luck with those prices. read more

We order from this store today for a work meeting today. Everyone's food was in our order except mine. Once the meeting was over we contacted the store and they made my order again and I went to eat it there way past lunchtime. The employees took a few moments to say anything to me as they were talking amongst themselves. I decided to eat here and the burrito I ordered was ok. Huge but I'd much rather a burrito from Moes. There were also onions in it and I did not order onions. Overall I'd say my experience was ok and I'm not angry but it could use improvement. read more

came in to pick up my mobile order lady with glasses was nice she had short hair , opened the bag to make sure everything was in the bag, bags it chips were missing . i politely asked the person preparing orders, small girl with glasses . she said with an attitude look in the bag and told her i did, and i showed her the receipt tape with my order as if i was lying to her, she rolled her eyes and sat my bag of chips rudely on the counter. excuse me but it wasnt necessary for the attitude especially if i didnt come with an attitude . read more

Time and time again we come here and they are out of MULTIPLE options well before they close. Ate here a couple of weeks ago and the food was fine. Went there again today and never actually got to the food part. They have signs all around about wearing masks, social distancing, etc. But, when I walked in, only 4 of 10 people in line (counting me) were wearing masks. Two more had masks on but they were down below their mouths. People were not following the marks on the floor for distancing and were way too close to each other. And, although many tables had placards present saying those tables were not to be used, people were just moving the signs and sitting there anyway. When I got to the counter I asked the guy why they aren't enforcing these rules and how a customer is supposed to feel safe if they get food there. Got a shoulder shrug and a deer in the headlights look. Walked out after that. I will go back in the future because I like their food. Unfortunately, it will be far in the future, probably early-to-mid 2021 when we have a Covid vaccine and I don't have to worry how others act and may influence my safety. read more

Drove an hour here and the are only taking online orders that's silly! If you are short staff only take walk-in orders.

This establishment is ridiculous I love chipotle skip this one. Or do me a favor pay attention to how much guacamole is and see how much they put on your order. This person literally put half a teaspoon on my order I was going to order more things but got so frustrated with that I ended my order and left. Promise me you'll do more training at the facility and I'll return otherwise I'll just go to Jersey Mike's right next-door read more

Nope. Just... NOPE. First of all, I LOVE Chipotle. I have waited in some HELLACIOUS lines for my fix at other locations. But they were worth it. This one? Not so much. Employees were oblivious. They were too busy looking at pictures on one employee's phone to do anything. Meats and beans were all dried out and cold. Guacamole was brown. Chips were stale as hell. I can see why this location is always dead when others are lined up out the door. Will probably never be back here, which is sad since it's the only one reasonably close to where we live. read more

Best chipotle I have ever been to. The food was fresh and great service. I had the burrito bowl but will be back to try other things

I visit chipotles 3 times a week and always order one single taco as I am not a big eater. I have never had any problems but here I asked for rice and she literally spooned some out and put her gloved fingers in to roll a pinch of rice into the taco ( I asked for a little more and she then pinched a teaspoon more on there) then I asked for chicken and she rolled 6 pieces or 6 squares. I asked for a little more and she literally put one more square on. I looked at her in amazement as I frequent chipotles and she was way under doing Service. She looked at me and said do you want double meat I said I do not want double meat double meat is too much and she said well this is the full amount for three tacos and it was a heaping spoonful of meat. I at least expected her to do 1/3 of that big spoonful. At that point in time I told her she could keep the food and I walked out and went to Jersey Mike's as they never do that read more

We ate at Chipotle Gainesville for the first and last time today. We had been wanting to try Chipotle for a while so we were extremely disappointed. The restaurant wasn't especially clean, the selection was horrible, the veggies, beans and meat were all dried out, the staff took forever fixing a web order in the middle of our order and we could have sat down and ordered at a real Mexican restaurant for less than the price. read more

One of the dirtiest Chipotles we have ever been too - sad as we love Chipotle- The garbage was overflowing and tables were dirty-

I've been skeptical of Chipotle food lately. Last few visits in the Alpharetta location my food was cold--so much so I had to return the food for reimbursement because the corn niblets were still frozen. This Gainesville location is a newer Chipotle (2016). My husband ordered a burrito, I ordered a veg bowl. Service was great, the ladies working behind the counter were attentive and generous with the servings. Food was hot and tasted fresh. It was a Sunday afternoon and there were no tables available, so we got it to go. Great food and service! read more
