I stopped by Chipotle today hoping for a quick, decent meal--and honestly, I wish I hadn't. The food was mediocre at best, and definitely not worth the $26 I paid. Everything tasted bland and thrown together without any care. The restaurant itself was absolutely disgusting. Every single table was dirty, the floors were covered in food, and there was trash left out in plain sight. What's worse is that I was the only customer there, so there's really no excuse for how filthy the place was. The employee working looked completely miserable and didn't seem to want to be there. No greeting, no smile--just a rushed, disinterested attitude that matched the state of the restaurant. I haven't been to a Chipotle in years because of an experience just like this at the Commerce location. But I'm done going. $26 can be spent anywhere else. read more

Walked in and walked right back out shortly thereafter. Arrived on a Saturday just before 4PM. The placed looked a mess. I'm not sure if they had a large crowd and was just getting around to cleaning up. The food looked like it had been sitting out for a while. Several items also looked super dry, overcooked, just not appetizing at all. I asked the associate how long the food had been sitting out. To which she said nothing in response and looked at me like a deer in headlights. I paused to wait for a response as it was a legitimate question. No response to me, but she proceeded to speak to her associate in another language as if a customer wasn't standing in front of them. At this, I'm now the one looking like a deer in headlights. Dumbfounded. We walked out. I don't trust the quality of the food or the people preparing it. I'll stick to the other location. read more

Do not order takeout from this location. You're much better off going somewhere else. I've been in a few times, and had no issues. The service here is terrible the so called manager with the accent and the dark hair and glasses rushed everyone down the line throwing food into bowls and cutting off customers as they are ordering. Then the POS system went down and instead of staying calm she went into a frenzy and told everyone they couldn't order anything including myself, even though I was only ordering a drink and also told me she didn't know how much the product was. I placed a pick up order online today for lunch - A steak quesadilla and an order of chips and queso. First off, I ordered and paid for a full quesadilla and was given a kids size quesadilla with burnt steak in it. It was almost inedible. Stopped in for a quick lunch by myself and got a burrito. Steak, rice, beans, pico, cheese, guacamole. Drink and chips. Fourteen dollars $14.00. Now I knew it would be over ten bucks but...Dam! The place is clean. The burrito was tasty...a bit over seasoned. But good. The chips way too salty.. they wend to the landfill..all in all. Once the meeting was over we contacted the store and they made my order again and I went to eat it there way past lunchtime. Ate here a couple of weeks ago and the food was fine. Went there again today and never actually got to the food part. They have signs all around about wearing masks, social distancing, etc. But, when I walked in, only 4 of 10 people in line (counting me) were wearing masks. Two more had masks on but they were down below their mouths. People were not following the marks on the floor for distancing and were way too close to each other. And, although many tables had placards present saying those tables were not to be used, people were just moving the signs and sitting there anyway. When I got to the counter I asked the guy why they aren't enforcing these rules and how a customer is supposed to feel safe if they get food there. Got a shoulder shrug and a deer in the headlights look. Walked out after that. I will go back in the future because I like their food. Nope. Just... NOPE. First of all, I LOVE Chipotle. I have waited in some HELLACIOUS lines for my fix at other locations. But they were worth it. This one? Not so much. Employees were oblivious. They were too busy looking at pictures on one employee's phone to do anything. Meats and beans were all dried out and cold. Guacamole was brown. Chips were stale as hell. I visit chipotles 3 times a week and always order one single taco as I am not a big eater. I have never had any problems but here I asked for rice and she literally spooned some out and put her gloved fingers in to roll a pinch of rice into the taco ( I asked for a little more and she then pinched a teaspoon more on there) then I asked for chicken and she rolled 6 pieces or 6 squares. I asked for a little more and she literally put one more square on. I looked at her in amazement as I frequent chipotles and she was way under doing Service. She looked at me and said do you want double meat I said I do not want double meat double meat is too much and she said well this is the full amount for three tacos and it was a heaping spoonful of meat. I at least expected her to do 1/3 of that big spoonful. At that point in time I told her she could keep the food and I walked out and went to Jersey Mike's as they never do that read more

Last few visits in the Alpharetta location my food was cold--so much so I had to return the food for reimbursement because the corn niblets were still frozen. This Gainesville location is a newer Chipotle (2016). My husband ordered a burrito, I ordered a veg bowl. Service was great, the ladies working behind the counter were attentive and generous with the servings. Food was hot and tasted fresh.
