Been many years since I've been here. The options have changed. When you come in, the menus is to the left in the wall. There's a station for you to choose what you want to order. Pick a bag based on the type of sandwich. Mark your type of bread, as well as your toppings. If you want fries, there's a card for that. I picked the black bean patty wrap. The picture on the website actually showed a patty. However, a patty it was not. It was mashed together almost like a spread. No issues, just not what I expected. also not sure if that's because I picked a wrap verses a sandwich. I requested it to be hot and selected a bunch of toppings (see pic). It's was really good! I came here years ago and forgot how great their sandwiches are. My boyfriend and I have come here twice in the past month and I'm already looking forward to returning. When I first introduced him to the restaurant, I got the Wicked, their signature 5-meat sandwich. It was spectacular! I forgot that can choose all the toppings you want so I loaded it up with my favorite ingredients. The second time we went, I got the Cuban sandwich. It tasted exactly how it would at an authentic Cuban restaurant. The only downside is they don't have a good variety of drinks in their drink machine. I settled on getting Starry since they didn't have Sprite. Another thing was that we had to wipe the table and chairs down ourselves before we could sit to eat. This is the second time I've eaten at Which Which and they haven't disappointed me. The first time I came here I got the Italian Beef sandwich. The workers were helpful with showing me how to fill out the menu on the paper bags they provided. The second time I got their Philly. All the toppings I chose for the sandwich went perfectly together. The atmosphere was different the second time since I went on a busy Saturday. The staff was a little more scattered around the kitchen but I still got my sandwich in a timely manner. Ah no. My sandwich was laced with pepper and garlic despite not having it checked. They also take forever and despite it looking like a fairly simple system seem perplexed and overwhelmed. My Friday afterschool meal spot. Which Wich is innovative and the perfect place for people who have had enough of subway's crap. The staff rock and the sandwiches rock even more! Multiple options for carnivores and herbivores and wifi for my busy work or video watching whilst eating a sandwich after work. I always get a Wicked with provolone, pepper jack, and swiss with pickles, mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, buffalo sauce, and mayo. THAT'S ME. I don't like change and because I know when I have a good sandwich, there is no need to flip the script. If you've never been to Which Wich, it is different. I like the concept of ordering a sub by filling in a checklist on a paper bag; this is more interactive than waiting in line. It gives me the time to make my perfect sandwich and turn in my demands without overthinking my order and stressing out the cashier. One thing I'd nitpick is that on busy days, like Fridays, the tables are quite a mess. No complaints for me. Not entirely sure why there are so many subpar reviews. It's a sub place..they make sandwiches *shrug* But to be fair I'm 92.8% vegetarian (I eat fish on rare occasions). So I've only tried the tuna & the veggie selections. And I think it's great. Best sandwich I have eaten in a long time ! Try adding egg onto your favorite sandwich, it really changes the flavor profile. However , it took 16 minutes for them to make my sandwich at lunch time, several people who ordered after I did complained about the extensively long wait and they made their food before mine, I finally had to speak up and mention that wasn't very fair and I had been waiting much longer. Eaten here twice now. It's honestly a 3 star restaurant. First time was pretty decent, the second time the wrap I ordered was like it was reheated and barely warm. Made it hard to enjoy it. Both times it took them around 10-15 minutes to do one sandwich. I didn't mind the wait as much as getting a sub par sandwich. Service was better on the second visit, the first they only had one person there that as soon as you order, she went to cook it ignoring a couple customers like they didn't exist. Nearly every time I visit this shop, it's always a hassle. If it's not one thing, it's another. Once I came to door 15 minutes after their posted open time. Door was locked. Owner came to door and told me to go away. Come back later. "When?", I asked. He shrugged his shoulders. Didn't know. Other times there have been issues with bathroom such as soured urine. Product Availability has been issues. Half the issues have also revolved around promotions the company runs. Above all else, this location does NOT want to participate and hassles you in the process. This last Mother's Day BOGO promotion was the absolute last straw. They refused to honor the promotion. Instead, what was given was a constant set of ever-changing reasons or "possibilities" as to why they were not going to honor it. Had the promo listed in their app along with the terms and conditions (which were met) and they still refused. Strange how none of their reasons were not listed. Go figure. As good as their items are, it's simply not worth being subjected to being treated with such malcontent. I'm done. read more

Really Ike this sandwich shop. It's similar to the former Quizznos in that they are serving up toasted subs a million different ways. They also have a rewards club that frequent visitors like myself can tap into and gain free food. Another thing I like about this particular location is that they are never extremely busy, so service is usually prompt, which is convenient around lunch time. They are a little on the pricey side, but I think the food quality warrants the higher prices (you won't find any $5 foot longs or rotten vegetables here). read more

My husband and I went in today and got sandwiches to go that were terrible. I ordered a philly cheese steak with everything on it. He ordered a sandwich with 2 meats. When we got home to eat, my philly steak had lots of meat but no cheese and 1 piece of onion about 1 inch long and a couple pieces of green pepper. It had no taste. My husbands sandwich was supposed to have 2 different meats, ham and turkey. Could barely see and taste meat. will not eat there again. This is the franchise in Buford, Georgia on Buford Drive. He recommended the Which Wich app for collecting points, and pre ordering, helped download and then walked me through the process. Great conversation and dedication to ultimate customer service. Very rare these days, very refreshing. This location is very clean and the quality of the food is second to none. As Brock mentioned, "it's made with love". Our sandwiches were amazing, the beef was perfectly proportioned and wrapped precisely around the additional options. The vegetarian avocado was amazing and again made with the same care!! My husband and I have had Which Wich a few times now, and we both have enjoyed it. We like the unique way of ordering on a paper bag and that they have so many choices. My personal favorite is the tomato avocado and his favorite is the black bean patty. We've also enjoyed the pesto chicken and caprese. However, I don't see a huge difference in taste from other sub shops. As someone who enjoys a good vegetarian avocado sub, I would rank Jimmy John's veggie sub above the tomato avocado subs I've eaten from Which Wich. I love eating all types of sandwiches, though, so you can be sure we will continue to visit here since my husband likes it a lot. Other than the food, know that it takes a LONG time to get your food. I have been there two times when we were the only customers (with multiple people working), and it took 5 minutes to get our subs after we'd ordered. I guess I'm used to much faster service when it comes to sandwiches. If you are in a hurry, don't head here. read more

Attempted to call the business directly, and the phone was answered with just a "Hello", and when I stated I wanted to place an order to go, I was told they were too busy to accept orders over the phone. Service has gown hill! I placed my order at 2:30 from the app. Order was scheduled to be ready at 2:48. I arrived at 2:40 and the guys in the kitchen were just hanging out. No one was in the restaurant and they had not started preparing my order. Then a customer came in and the guy that was about to start my order decided to stop what he was doing and take the other guys order. Keep in mind there are two guys working. Waited almost 15 to 20 mind for our sandwiches and once I got mine it wasnt even correct. I ordered a chicken sandwich with avocado and mushrooms and what not but there was no chicken on it at all. Terrible experience at this location. Tried to eat here on my 30 minute lunch break. I came in with no line and ordered, paid, got my chips and drink and then sat down. After finishing my chips, I watched as the two guys behind the counter kept talking with each other and joking around. I looked at my watch and realized I only had 15 minutes left on my lunch break and my sandwich want ready yet. The two guys kept joking around and I started noticing that there were others all staring at the counter waiting on their food. One customer went up and complained that he and his wife had ordered at the same time and that she had already received and finished her sandwich and he was still waiting on his. 3 minutes later he finally received his sandwich. I looked at my watch. I now only have 5 minutes left on my break and that includes driving back. The two guys continue talking with zero interest in completing what is sitting right in front of them. I finally walk up and ask how much longer it would be only to get a non-answer. I decide that I can't wait any longer, ask if I can just get another bag of chips in lieu of my sandwich (which, by the way was almost $9) and left having to speed my way back to work before finally clocking back in late. $14 lunch consisted of a drink and two bags of chips. I can't speak to how good the food was because I never got it. May be good if you you have zero time constraints but I don't see me ever setting foot in here again so I guess I'll never find out. read more
