Food wasnt good and service was terrible. Put our names in (hour wait which is fine) left and soon as they called we said wed be there in 5 minutes and still wanted the reservation. They said ok and we quickly got there. When we did, they had given our table away (lied about it) and we had to sit there another 20-30 minutes to wait for a table. Noone apologized or anything for it. Food was so average with no flavor and some was burned. Cabbage was bland and greasy. Potatoes were bland and steak was over priced. When we come back well skip this place and recommend the same

We stopped at the Fire Tower for lunch and really enjoyed it. I had the Cheeseburger special served with fries and soup (French onion). My girlfriend had the flatbread. The burger was cooked perfectly and the soup was perfect on a cold day. We sat at the bar high tops but they also had a dining room area and an outside dining area with heated fireplaces. The restaurant was very nice and the service was good.

[1159] 12/2020 We were staying at the nearby ski resort so we wanted to try this place out. We were not disappointed. They did a great job with the Covid precautions. The staff was very friendly and helpful The food was amazing. We will definitely be back.

We went back and had a fantastic experience with amazing service, good drinks, and good food. It was super cozy inside, and packed! I highly recommend the chicken breast.

Scott made the whole dinner experience so quick and easy, everything that we ordered was delicious! Highly recommend the "Baked Brie" (Filo Wrapped with Assorted Crackers, Cranberry Jalapeño Jam, Pickled Onion & Mustard Seed, Sundried Figs) it was gone in a hot minute! We tried to share it between 2 of us and before we started , everything was finished! Super delicious especially for cheese lovers, you will not go wrong with ordering this to start!!! If you're looking for something on the light sweet side, the "Roses Are Free" (Ketel One Infused Vodka With Grapefruit & Rose, St Germain, Grapefruit Juice, Cranberry Juice, Champagne, Garnished With Dehydrated Grapefruit) cocktail is refreshing (but next time will ask for less ice)! COVID Safety: social distancing is in effect (you're seated at every other table), masks are required, reservations are required (I recommend in advance as possible due to limited capacity/ seating throughout the restaurant) call ahead to make sure, hand sanitizers are also provided

We didn't have one, but the hostess wanted us in and offered up the bar seating, which was totally worth at as we got a front row seat to the amazing bartender. Not sure what is going on with their clientele, but this guy made dozens of different drinks. It took awhile before he repeated a drink order. He was an expert! This joint is rocking a great vibe. Now let's talk food. They make their own pasta. Get the pasta limon, it's out of this world. This staff takes such great care of you. Can't wait to go back!

It's very new agey and different for the sake of being different. But, the pasta was delicious and high quality! The place has a major attitude problem, though. The aesthetics are off-putting and attract a crowd of the worst types of people. Had to listen to nothing but whiny spite and anger my entire meal from multiple groups of guests. The waiter was the worst aspect, though. I didn't even know he worked there when he approached me. He was dressed down more than a lot of homeless people I've seen. He also shared that same attitude of the guests and made my business feel like an inconvenience the entire time, having the nerve to expect a tip for bringing my food out to me, which I would have just done myself to avoid him. I can recommend carryout, if you absolutely have to have some pasta in this area, but not eating in, and don't get anything that seems weird on the menu. The food was not great and expensive. The pasta dish was bland, and the steak ordered medium rare was burnt outside and raw inside. I don't mind paying a high price, but the value has to be there. I guess I was paying for the ambiance. If you want to dine or have a cocktail in a beautiful setting you should go. If you actually wanted to eat a good meal perhaps you should go elsewhere.

I know there's a new chef, and unfortunately the difference was noticeable. My favorite salmon dish came out undercooked and mushy, so I couldn't eat it. My friend's medium-rare steak was overcooked. I also ordered a glass of wine that was forgotten. After reminding our server, she told me they were out of it, so I ordered something else, but it didn't arrive until I was almost done eating. We were also surprised that the bread, which used to be complimentary, is now an extra charge. I'm hoping this was just an off night, but after this experience I can't recommend the restaurant the way I used to. It's disappointing to see a place I always looked forward to and confidently recommended fall so far below the standard it once had.

For breakfast we enjoyed a bagel with lox, the breakfast sandwich and the eggs Benedict which we would order all again (in fact we did haha). For dinner we had a few wings and salad one evening and a more formal dinner for Valentine's Day. We had the lobster ravioli and the Braised Short Ribs which were absolutely fantastic. What made the experience that much better was our waitress Kate. We requested to have her a second night because of how fun, helpful and accommodating she was to us. On Valentine's Day a few things that could have put a damper on our evening were handled very professionally and we really appreciated it. However, we made it to their restaurant and it did not disappoint! The Copper Grouse had a very enticing menu so I was excited for this dinner. We started with the beef tartare app which was SO good that I cannot stop talking about it. I would typically go for a tuna tartare but this was excellent! For dinner, I ordered the Garganelli pasta dish. It was light and creamy. And ended the meal with one of their dessert specials that had white chocolate raspberry ice cream with strawberries - it was delightful. The restaurant itself was pretty cozy. Lots of high top and standard table seating along with a bar. They offered outdoor seating on the porch as well. There was also a fire pit set up outside with plenty of Adirondack chairs - I saw people drinking by the fire but I'm not sure if food is served in that area. Our server, Molly, was awesome!! Next time we are in Manchester, I plan to stay here - it's close enough to walk to town and the hotel / restaurant are highly recommended!
