The applewood bacon perfectly complemented the burger with Cabot sharp cheddar, the lettuce and tomatoes were freshly cut, the mushroom and onions were cooked to perfection. Service was not terrible. Our food was supposed to be an hour it came out in 20 minutes. The bartender was the only person working so he was covering the whole restaurant. So getting drinks or his attention was difficult from time to time.

Both were delicious. My friend and I were in the Hoosick Falls area to do some leaf peeping. We pulled over to get something to eat before noon but the pub was already packed. We were lucky to get seats at the bar. The bartender took our order. He was very nice. We watched as he made a remarkable looking Bloody Mary for another customer. The customers say the Bloody Marys are a pub favorite. Another pub favorite is the French Onion Soup which I did order. It was very cheesy and flavorful.
