My kids and I…read morewere discriminated and harrassed constantly by the front office female employee / employees. she would actually park her car near the dumpsters and spy on my kids and myself as I was trying to get idems from my storage unit then my minor daughter was harrassed by employees when she was using the bathroom on their property within proper business hours the constant harassment and discrimination was so bad that my associate confronted the female office employee that was harassing, discriminating against me and my kids which according to the phone conversation it's clear my kids and I were discriminated against due to our hardships at the time which I made the mistake and disclosed while purchasing the storage unit while in distress it was then used against me and my kids I never lived or attempted to live in my storage unit I frequently came to my storage unit to gather items for my kids and myself within proper business hours plus we don't have a car and their exit gate system will not open if you're not in a vehicle so unfortunately (after office hours) still within proper business hours in order to get off the storage facility property my minor daughter had to slide though the small opening near the entrance gate to punch in my code information so we can exit the storage facility which we were confronted about as well (FYI change your exit gate system so people without a car and leave everybody doesn't have a car ) ) the harassment and discrimination became so bad that I was concerned about the well being of my kids and myself while this business property not knowing what the employees were capable of doing so when I would go to get items from my storage unit my associate would drive me and my kids there to make sure we were not harrassed or discriminated against then while I was still allowed authorization and access to my storage unit I got all my items and cleaned out my unit for the last time because I refused to allow my kids and myself to be constantly harrassed, discriminated by employees plus while removing all my items for the last time at this storage facility with my associate present with me and my kids I realized that it was a serious mice infestation (we had no food in unit) 200.00 worth of our items where destroyed past reviews regarding rodent infestation is TRUE I recommend people to look elsewhere to store their belongings plus after I sent them a letter notifying them that I'll no longer be using their storage facility by mail due to constant harassment and discrimination according to the my storage agreement they're now trying to scam me saying I owe money/lien I owe them nothing if anything they owe me money for my property that was destroyed by the rodent infestation at their storage facility plus the harassment and discrimination if they continue to harrass me I'll seek legal action against this business.

There prices have gone up quite a bit - just this last month my rent raised $66. No heads up. No…read moreemail. No notice. A straight $66 increase - with no reason stated. The unit itself is decent. They have handcarts that are free to use and that's a nice gesture. However, loading and unloading are a pain because you need to put in your code each time you come in and out - and if you're literally in process of moving from the dock to the unit, the door needs to be closed in between each run (this happened when the moving company I hired was moving me in - even though they had their guys in the truck on the dock, the door couldn't be propped open while they loaded into the unit.) This means you'll need to be at the door letting your movers in and out the entire time because the door opens by bluetooth code only. Really a pain when you likely will need to be at your unit organizing / directing where things go. Another big negative - they have motion sensor lights above the units. So when you're in your unit, and you're reorganizing or looking for something, roughly every 30 seconds the lights will turn off above you. You'll need to motion them in just the right way to get the lights to come back on. VERY inconvenient. I asked the property manager at the front desk what the deal with that was and she simply said "sorry, we can't do anything about it." You... can't put properly functioning lights above the storage units? The one you're raising my rent on for $66 out of the blue for? Come on now... I don't recommend this storage unit.

I come trundling back with an over- and awkwardly loaded cart. Stuff falling off, bonking the walls. With no detectable attitude of, "You dumbass" that I deserved, Anthony offered to help and did--for about ten minutes, until my cargo and I were packed safely into the elevator. Later, because this is the kind of day it was, I broke the key off in the lock. Anthony smilingly to the rescue again. With a paperclip, a few deft taps, and well-placed fingernails, he coaxed the key carcass from its sarcophagus. He sold me a new lock and said If I can retrieve the other key and return it with the lock I can return the one I bought. His manner is gentle, genial, professional. I would recommend this facility--which is also clean and well-run--to anyone for whom it's remotely convenient.

They have a sign proudly displayed in the leasing office advertising insurance coverage limits of $2,500/$5,000 through Orange Door, and staff verbally assured me I was protected. Now that my items are ruined, they are trying to hide behind a buried clause that caps vermin damage at a measly $250. It is insulting and completely unethical. Management utterly failed to maintain a clean, safe building. Safe your money and your belongings--go anywhere else.

On January 26, 2026, my storage unit was sold even though I made repeated attempts to communicate and make payment. I called multiple times that morning and left messages trying to find out the exact amount required to stop the sale. No one returned my calls. When I finally reached an employee named Chrissy, I was told my total balance was $1,000.48 and that they would accept a partial payment of $555.00 to stop the sale. I had the $555.00 available and agreed immediately. While attempting to process the payment, my bank showed a system error, which was later confirmed by my bank as an issue on their end -- not a lack of funds. We attempted the payment multiple times. I also tried using another bank card and successfully sent $1.00 to confirm that card worked, with the intention of immediately submitting the full $555.00 payment on that card. Despite these efforts, my belongings were still sold. On January 27th, I called again and begged them not to release my belongings to the buyer. My bank confirmed that the funds would be fully available on January 28th, less than 24 hours later. I explained this clearly and pleaded with them to wait. My unit contained irreplaceable personal items belonging to my deceased parents, which are the only things I have left of them. I would not refuse to pay knowing that. I was later told Public Storage gave me "two extra days," which is not true. My account had already been closed on the 27th, and my belongings had already been released to the buyer. The timeline does not support their statement. I did communicate. I did attempt to pay. I did everything I could under the circumstances. The lack of compassion, accountability, and honesty shown in this situation has been devastating.
