We signed a paper contract when they dropped off the unit, although I don't really remember signing a contract. But then 3.5 years later, they sent us a digital contract and asked us to sign it. But because I don't remember the paper contract, I refused to sign the digital contract. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.

Whatever they charge for moving add a little for the things they will break in the process. The most unprofessional movers I have encountered in my entire life. The sales agent I worked with raved about the quality and care of customer's belongings. I was disappointed when several pieces of wood furniture arrived with scrapes, pieces of wood missing from the legs, and dents on the surface. My couch was also delivered with a thick layer of dust. They also lost the back cushions, rendering the couch useless. Filing a loss claim has already taken more time than it's worth. I gave up, but never again. Extremely disappointed.

Of the companies I have had to deal with (approx 15), Park is the worst. By far the worst. 1st off, only 80% of our stuff made it to the delivery agent (Park). They knew this when they came to start the unpack but did not inform me. So as I am trying to keep up with inventory as they unpack a ton of stuff is missing, obviously. This made for confusion between unpack team and me for obvious reasons. I called to ask why, and was informed they didn't want to tell the laborers so they didn't get lazy w/ inventory and just assume something may be in the missing crate. Shows how much they trust their workers. Employees were late on all 3 occasions they came to the house. On day one, at 730 pm - after 12 hours of unpacking I told them it was time to finish up for the day, that they would have to come back. This is within the right on the property owner and in the agreement they sign.... when I told them to find a spot to pause and pack up team leader became aggressive and rude and tried to bully his way into finishing. They then were unable to come back the following day so we were stuck with an unpacked house until 3 days later. During the move in process quite a lot of damage was done to the house. I got the complete run around trying to get it taken care of, took me 2 weeks of constantly calling to finally get the owner to acknowledge something would have to be done. It then took him 2 weeks to mail me a check for the agreed upon amount. If I had the choice, I wouldn't use Park for anything, ever.

I am writing this because after 6 months after moving in and SEVERAL attempts to contact the…read morecompany regarding our claim and issues we have received NO response. Unfortunately we had no choice in our moving and storage company because this was a military move, and happened quite suddenly so we were in need of long term storage. We paid almost $300 a month to have our goods safely stored for 2 1/2 years. Upon unloading the crates ( I guess I should also mention they were late & messed up our yard with the truck) Several large items were NOT EVEN wrapped. My childs crib and ivory glider chair just came off not wrapped in any sort of protection and was filthy. A bed was demolished. Barstools cracked. A large corner desk trashed. A dresser was placed upstairs covered in mold and broken. One of my huge concerns with our items is there was SO MUCH mold and damage. That alone should be addressed. We have been living out of plastic storage drawers because we have no furniture or reimbursement to replace it. Due to the mold my family has been sicker than usual all winter. ( We were told to keep the items until contacted by the company for them to examine ) Not only that, but while my husband was out to grab lunch one of the movers followed me upstairs. I had my back against a wall unpacking a box in front of me. He said he would help me unpack so we could get rid of some of the paper and boxes. He then picked up a bra I had pulled out of the box and made a comment about it. I laughed it off and then he put both hands on my shoulders and put his mouth on mine. I pushed him away and then I heard a friends voice downstairs. Because the mover heard the strange mans voice too he backed off. Thank goodness that friend randomly stopped by otherwise who knows how far that guy would have tried to go. Because of this incident my husband would no longer let the movers in the house. All goods had to be stored in the garage because he no longer trusted the company inside. The company had to send out a SECOND crew to move the items to where they were supposed to go. After several calls and following the proper channels we have STILL not heard back from anyone. Maybe now the owner will acknowledge and address the situation?
