We signed a paper contract when they dropped off the unit, although I don't really remember signing a contract. But then 3.5 years later, they sent us a digital contract and asked us to sign it. But because I don't remember the paper contract, I refused to sign the digital contract. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.

I kept my items in storage with Stewart for 3 years. I chose them in the first place because of their storage services. The sales agent I worked with raved about the quality and care of customer's belongings. I was disappointed when several pieces of wood furniture arrived with scrapes, pieces of wood missing from the legs, and dents on the surface. My couch was also delivered with a thick layer of dust. They also lost the back cushions, rendering the couch useless. Filing a loss claim has already taken more time than it's worth. I gave up, but never again. Extremely disappointed.
