The worst. Not 1st time user friendly. There was no clear instructions on how to close storage unit. I moved out on the 28th. But the office was closed no one answered the phone nor called me back, and on top of that app was down. So come the 1st I was notified that the lock needs to be off. I took the lock off and they charged my the whole month of October. Would not help me at all instead threaten me if I did not pay it by the 6th I would be charged a late fee and the 10th they would report it to my credit and transfer it to a collection agency. read more

I love this place. And my girl is the bomb, She has been serving excellent service for over 10 years. I met her bringing my things here and I feel like she is family. I love public storage wise ave. Crystal is great when she is in the office. However, no one answers the phone and no one returns calls when you leave a message. Crystal told me that they were short-handed and communication would probably not get any better. I had to call cooperate to get someone on the phone. Their solution was to send an email to a manager who had quit a few weeks ago. Crystal made up for the issue I was having, but now I am getting emails stating my account is delinquent. The account is and has never been delinquent. I can not get anyone on the phone to fix this issue. Also, the price for my next payment changed on the app. When I try to call, the automated message gives me yet another payment amount that is a little different than the app; however, no one will answer the phone or call me back to find out just how much I should pay on the next due date. NOTE: Do not accept storage area E036 at Wise Ave. The door is damaged. It will not close all the way and the lock is difficult to get on due to the latch and door being bent. read more

Manager is great and went out of her way to make sure I was happy. Place is clean and affordable.

They just raised the rent to $106 for a 5x10 starting in May. The unit isn't worth $106. The ceilings are sinking. The place smells, it looks old and ran down, cob webs everywhere. I've scheduled my move out. read more

I have stored my car in a unit without any serious issues. I am moving out because the manager is trying to enforce terms NOT in my signed contract. While she did set up a portable basketball court on premises for her boy, she blatantly told me that I can't do minor repair or even detail my car. My contract doesn't prohibit working on cars. read more

I rented a space For $90 ,the first month was supposed to be free, but wasn't, the next month the raised the price from $90 to $115 ,then charge a convenience fee of $10 ,total $125 ,will be gettin my stuff out by the end of this month read more

I rented my unit in Dec, the 1st month was not $1 and from there after I had 4 months of it being 1 price, no email or letter (which they stated I did get) and gave me a increase of $20. The woman on the phone stated they can do that whenever they want to. My stuff will be out by the end of the month and I will not go back. Customer service there is horrible. read more
