But the office was closed no one answered the phone nor called me back, and on top of that app was down. So come the 1st I was notified that the lock needs to be off. I took the lock off and they charged my the whole month of October. Would not help me at all instead threaten me if I did not pay it by the 6th I would be charged a late fee and the 10th they would report it to my credit and transfer it to a collection agency.

My husband and I rented a unit with the intent of only having it for 3 months. We signed a paper contract when they dropped off the unit, although I don't really remember signing a contract. But then 3.5 years later, they sent us a digital contract and asked us to sign it. But because I don't remember the paper contract, I refused to sign the digital contract. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.
