There was a mix up with the scheduled time frame. I had originally thought the schedule was at 8am. When I called, I was told 12pm. And then movers arrived at 9:30am and got started. A little confusion for the customer, but otherwise they were amazing. They were professional, asked questions if they wanted clarity, and were pretty fast from my experience. I had a whole apartment I was moving, including 3 beds, 2 couches, and other furniture as well as a few boxes. Their workers just picked up and moved everything like it weighted nothing! I'm very happy with this service and would recommend.

I collected estimates from 5 companies. JT Hauling's price was the most affordable, plus Josh was very communicative about his process and what he could or couldn't do and he kindly picked a day that was good for me. Josh went above and beyond, he took note of the things I wanted to keep and the things that needed to go, texted me photos of his progress and helped me a ton. I highly recommend JT Hauling!

I have used Berkley's Cleaning and Hauling twice - once to move all the contents of one room in my…read moreapartment to another, and another time to move my entire apartment to another space. Both times I had a phenomenal experience. Robin, the owner, personally responded to all of my concerns. Because she runs the business herself, she was able to adapt her services to my individual needs - for example, I requested that her company move my clothing while they were still on their hangers, or that one of my rooms be set up the same way as it originally was. Such details may seem small, but they make a HUGE difference when dealing with the stress of moving. Both times I moved, Robin was present and assisting with the move along with her team. They get the job done quickly and efficiently, and they made sure that I was happy with everything before they left. I was so, so appreciative that I was able to request that they perform a couple of extra jobs that made my life so much easier, like anchoring a cabinet to the wall and moving my shower curtain. Whether you're anxious about moving, a control freak, or want to be 100% hands-off in the move, I can't recommend Berkley's Cleaning and Hauling more. If I need to move in the future, they will be the first ones I contact.

They were hired for 3 hours to load and unload my moving truck. First of all, they were 2 and a half hours late getting to my apartment with no call stating they would be late. When they arrived, the truck was almost all the way loaded thanks to my 2 sons so there wasn't much left for them to load. They were very slow workers. It took them the full 3 hours to finish loading and unloading the truck at my new apartment. This left no time for them to reassemble my furniture that they disassembled to load onto the truck. They would have charged me an additional $160 for another hour of work just to reassemble my furniture. I was disappointed with this company. I expected more from the highest rated company.
