The team lead from Bulk Brothers, and the team were super friendly and efficient in moving some heavy furniture pieces out of the house. I would use Bulk Brothers again. Background follows: I had some cherished family furniture that I needed to donate. After learning about Habitat for Humanity ReStore, I used their very efficient web site and scheduling system. It was easy to navigate, and it worked perfectly. I received follow-up emails and text messages for the pickup, where the donated furniture was going, and reassurance that the family furniture was going to the right place. Because the furniture was too big for me to move outside, and as Restore can't come into the house, Restore assigned the pick-up to Bulk Brothers. Bulk Brothers acknowledged the assignment, and began their own follow-up text messages, keeping me informed of the vehicle license plate that would do the pickup, driver, and time for pick up. This whole interaction, and follow-on actions by Restore and Bulk Brothers was easy and professional done! read more

In 2022 there is a big hype about "support black business." In reality, when trying to support a black owned business, such as bulk brothers it proved to be a complete headache. His worker Timothy was 3 hours late. Sean, the owner Unapologetically Unprofessional. Typical to be defensive and make excuses, instead of rectifying the situation. I needed to move my things to storage, not have half my day wasted. The hauling business is overly saturated in Maryland. It wasn't hard to find a accredited business where customer satisfaction comes 1st. Advice to Owner: Stop masquerading yourself behind being a Veteran to get customers trust. Your business ethics is a disgrace to the military. Thanks for proving why people don't support Black owned business. read more

I was moving from an apartment into a townhome and didn't want to move the furniture myself. They're response and quote were fast and within my price range. There was a mix up with the scheduled time frame. I had originally thought the schedule was at 8am. When I called, I was told 12pm. And then movers arrived at 9:30am and got started. A little confusion for the customer, but otherwise they were amazing. They were professional, asked questions if they wanted clarity, and were pretty fast from my experience. I had a whole apartment I was moving, including 3 beds, 2 couches, and other furniture as well as a few boxes. Their workers just picked up and moved everything like it weighted nothing! We were referred to Bulk Brothers from a hauling company in Bel Air. We called them, and they picked up our sleeper sofa within about 90 minutes of our request (and this is on a Sunday!). They are ho they told me 2:30-3:30 then switched time to 3:45-4:00 and still were late I thought hiring a company would make them professional but they were not being professional at all and I know it's not the whole company but the people they sent to me were horrible read more
