I messaged them at 2:30 and they responded within ten minutes and were at the house by 3:45 (15 mins sooner than anticipated). They worked efficiently and smartly. Most impressive was the option to "scan" our items with our phones to itemize. We decided to do an in-person estimate because we weren't sure what they'd need to move versus what we would on our own. By moving day we had moved a bunch of smaller stuff ourselves and packed the rest as best we could. They came in a absolutely crushed moving the big stuff. I had to remove a sliding glass door with my own screw gun To make extra room for a sofa. They didn't come prepared to address any issues that were out of the ordinary. Good thing I had a screw gun!! This company did not appear to be a " professional" moving company. They were friendly and did an okay job but did not appear to be very experienced. very upsetting that they were careless with my pet.
