Since we were already at the 9501 location, we decided to go in and look at the actual unit sizes. As soon as we entered the building, Stephanie, greeted us in a very warm and welcoming manner, so we knew then that we would be renting from this location, and not at the one closest to our home. This was definitely a tough move as we moved from a studio to a 4-story row home, however, they charged me about 3x more than what they originally quoted me for without giving me any forewarning. On top of that, they damaged multiple items (flat screen TV which no. longer works, dressers, room divider, lamp, shoe rack, wood floors, walls). I should have known better when they didn't even bring a dolly or straps to move our heavy items. They stopped responding to my text messages once they were paid. They are VERY quick to call you with a low quote and just as quick to not refund you. They seem kind but are not professionals.

The delivery driver had 7 pages of exceptions, items which he inspected prior to loading on his truck that were damaged. He said 2 pages was normal. Boxes were crushed and punctured. Furniture was broken and scratched. When we got the claim response they offered $172 after our $500 deductible and claimed that since we did the packing it was our fault. I worked at a moving company as a summer job so it's not like I haven't seen things done the right way. It doesn't matter how you pack a box if it is crushed and punctured....oh and it had glass written on two sides of the box. Stay away.
