I needed a place to safely store an antique car, away from the elements. The location is secure, and a 50% off special sealed the deal ($97/mo for 10x20). BUT, the online purchase was a nightmare, because yo have to complete the purchase online (my preference) but the link they kept sending either 403 errored or took me to the reservation page, not the Complete the Rental page. Convenient location and decent facility but be careful of very high rent increases that can happen monthly according to their customer service phone Rep. I do not recommend using them for long term storage because you will be paying a LOT. Honestly, it's a pretty shady business practice increasing the rental cost so much to current tenants while new move-ins get half the rate. I would understand some increases over time but they lure you in with a cheap rate and then jack up the price extensively once you're already in. It's a total bait-and-switch on your customers, a very disgraceful method to use but I'm sure effective for them since most people don't have the means to move their stuff twice. I've found it way cheaper to simply move items to another storage facility. Lesson learned, don't make my mistake! read more

This location is the worst! I am specifically referencing the management. I had been a customer for 7 years. I became very ill. I made payments... but because I was on a fixed income, my payments were made at the end of the month. Yes, I paid late charges and leins. I also spoke with the new management explained my situation. 7 years I made payments. I lived in another state so I could be cared for as time progressed. I informed public Storage on Wednesday that I would be making payment on Saturday when my check arrived. They sold everything I owned for $200 dollars on Friday . All of My deceased mother's precious heirlooms. I am beyond words now. After 7 years , they could not wait 1 day? Just one 1 day? I was 1 month behind since a full month is 30 days.... my possessions were invaluable.... there is no cost or way to measure the value of my mother's photographs and keepsakes ... $200.00 ? A bible that had been in my family for 6 generations gone with precious old ancestry photographs! Then they send me a bill for $ 200.00 + dollars to pay to satisfy the Lein? Guess what Manager of Public Storage ... the day You get sick and You are lying in your sick bed... it will be my voice in your subconscious navigating through your memories of how you were an unethical greedy lil peon wretched wench ... who showed no compassion for anyone ... you are the worst Stewart of what GOD has given you charge of.... in your mind, there will be a reflection of times when you could have helped someone and you put yourself first for $200.00... I have been an Administrator over 2500+ employees... and most have reported that .... nothing . I mean nothing can bring job satisfaction like when at the end of the day, you know you made a difference in someone's life. You FAILED ! A lifetime of memories auctioned off to someone who will trash my valuables. Do not trust your possessions to this gutless wench! Believe me, your Sucess if you have any is only temporary. Rented a (10x20) at the Wever Road location. Price was great ($147) for first three months then it was raised to ($197). It was not a promotional offer, just a classic bait and switch. The concrete was always damp and there were roaches in several boxes. I give 3 stars only because the staff was very courteous and professional. Public Storage on 7 Weaver RD is wonderful, Chanel who works there and takes care of you is even better! We used Public Storage the last time we lived in Baltimore and it was very nice, safe, and clean. Now moving back we looked around and ended up choosing them again, and very happy we have. Do not store here. I've had my unit broken into 4 times. No cameras in the unit aisle but certainly one by the dumpster to Avoid someone dropping a bag of trash. Limited hours and minimal security. My cost keeps rising and is now over 60% higher while new unit rentals are available for my original price. They say I can move all my stuff to a new unit on order to get a cheaper price. I pay each month but they would rather inconvenience me rather than show customer appreciation. I have left messages about my concerns and recent break issues with the Sr district mgr and divisional vp but they do not return calls to their customers read more

Rich is really amazing at what he does... Not only was he nice and professional, but he is really relatable too. He took the extra few seconds to make sure that I understood the process and how it would work for my specific situation- considering my move in date was in the middle of the month- which was necessary for me and very appreciated! Move in was painless and I've seen him a few times since move in... He always makes sure I know he's there to help with anything I need and he really cares about the property and his customers. I've dealt with Rich, the manager, as well as several other employees there. Everyone is very nice and personable, as well as good at answering questions. The only complaint I have was that the one 5x5 unit I first had was in a building that developed a leak in the roof. I did also notice signs of mice, despite mice baits. That being said, up until that time, I had no complaints. Upon discovery of the leak/damage, Rich immediately was able to locate a new 5x5 space in the next building in which I could move my items. Whenever I go back, if Rich is there, he's always checking up on how things are, making sure I'm satisfied with the new space and so on. I actually think I prefer the new spot over the first one! read more
