My experience with the manager Miss Roseanne basically restored my faith in this country, as my week reflected 5 and 1/2 hour disappointment from Verizon and other provider's lack of customer service involved in the moving process. Roseanne exhibits an I care attitude of which nearly brought me to tear's, she resolved a serious burden with truck rental while professionally processing the leasing agreement highlighting all conditions as well, walking the property and reflecting confidence and security proudly insuring we're safe. It's the end of the month, too.. My husband and I were very stressed upon our arrival, I can honestly say she brought joy to a very difficult day, and extraneous week. Great customer service and a great price. Rozanne addressed all of my concerns and more. They also have a really convenient loading dock.

We contacted Laurel Self Storage for overflow space for our business and Rozanne helped over the phone with cost, availability, etc. when I first met her to sign the paperwork, Rozanne was extremely friendly and helpful. Fast forward a few weeks and Rozanne is generally the one that is there and she always greets us with a smiling face and is super helpful and accommodating. In our industry, someone like Rozanne is a welcome face when most people are difficult. I would give Rozanne 5 stars of her own and the storage facility its own 5 stars. read more

Friendly staff , very clean , reasonably priced the only draw back is the access, I'm accustomed to facilities that allow for 24 hour access . Working a crazy schedule sometimes I am unable to go there during the time allotted . read more

We came into Laurel Self Storage on a whim after reading some reviews on Yelp. The office was very inviting and Rozanne greeted us with a smile. She quickly got us into a 10'x10' unit and gave us a quick tour of the building. It was clean and the loading bay made it easy to move items inside. They provide carts for easy moving and will also give you pallets to put your boxes on so they can stay off of the ground. Overall this was a fantastic place and Rozanne was wonderful. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to come anyone in the Laurel area looking for a place to store your extra belongings. read more

Both Jason and Rozanne are THE ABSOLUTE best. My mother passed away and I arranged to have her things moved into storage. All of it was arranged remotely because I live in another another state and my brother was in and out with taking care of arrangements for her. The room that I originally rented turned out to be too small to fit everything. The movers just left what didn't fit, IN THE HALLWAY, then went on about their day. Jason called and let me know right away so I arranged to rent a bigger unit instead. I called and fussed with the movers to go back, only for them to move JUST what they left in the hallway into the bigger unit, leaving me with two units now. Again, Jason called and left me a pleasant voicemail explaining what happened. I fussed at the movers AGAIN and arranged for them to go back in the morning (by now the storage facility was closed). I called first thing in the morning and Jason was off but Rozanne stepped right in and took charge...totally making me feel at ease and assured me that she would do everything she could to help with the process that day. She did just that - she let me know when the movers arrived and when they left, she checked to make sure they did their job fully before I paid them this time. A few weeks ago I stopped into Laurel Self Storage and spoke with Rozanne. She had all the answers to my questions and showed me around the facility. I told her I was needing to store some items as I am moving to Florida but am leaving some things behind just in case I decide to move back. She showed me the units and they were large, clean and well-lite; much better than a facility my daughter had used in the area. The price was also less than some of the bigger storage companies. Today I went in and rented my unit. I had picked up three half-size pallets at a garbage dump at my local hardware store and she helped me get them on a cart to take in. She also helped me look in the car when I temporarily lost the keys to the padlock I had just purchased from her!! I can highly recommend this place as a new customer! read more

We needed some storage while we found our new place in MD. From the beginning, they have been extremely supportive. They definitely have that " Mom and Pops" feel and treat their customers with the upmost respect. Rozanne was great and she walked me through all my options. The place is super clean and the units are clean as well. I've recently had some bad experiences with businesses where the employees and services were not the best. Laurel Self Storage was very easy to book (through Uhaul) and was super accommodating when I showed up and needed a bigger unit than I had reserved. Rozanne the property manager was especially helpful and made sure I had absolutely everything I needed! The facility is clean and well-maintained and the units are very nice. There is an online portal where you can manage your account and make payments which is always really convenient. I'd definitely recommend using them if you need storage in the area! read more

I used Laurel Self Storage to keep my things over the summer between apartment leases while I was out of the country. The woman who runs the front desk was very helpful from the start. The facility was clean and had climate control. They also had carts I could use to transport everything and let me use their pallets to put all of my things on top of. All of my things came out of it clean, without and mildew or smells and the way I left them (even though it was all through a hot summer!) I was able to get in and out of the storage unit anytime I was back in town to grab anything I needed with a code into the building and I liked that they kept the building on lock down with no access after 8 PM. It made me feel like everything was more secure. read more
