I would like to sincerely inform the Public Storage company on their manager they have overseeing location 10728 Reisterstown Rd., Owings Mills, MD 21117 by the name of Mr. Charles - he's doing a stupendous job managing, overseeing & customer service. Respectfully, I rented at your locations in NYC & unfortunately it was "at your own risk" (literally). I'm a patron at the previously mentioned location for over a year & gleefully like to inform & remind Public Storage company the facilty Mr. Charles manage is organize, clean, secure, well lit, no insect or rotten infestation & Mr. Charles (manager) is personable. Yes, he knows your name & ask patrons of the facility how's service thus far & if anything he can potential do to provide or improve upon service(s) - STELLAR! Myself, by profession I'm part of "E suite" in the International Supply Chain Industry (I hold the position VP of Operations) so, I can spot "talent" & in closing I sincerely recommend you consider Mr. Charles for district manager position within your company (fyi, talented individual needs to be challenge - if not boredom sets in & you can potentially loss great talent. Very impressed almost immediately! The gentleman in the office was very friendly, very professional and very knowledgeable. What a great first impression! My son, Tony, and I researched many storage facilities in the area and found this facility to be very affordable and convenient to our home. This is our first experience obtaining a storage facility and so far so good! It's quite obvious, at this point in our experience, our research paid off! I have had this storage for many years and every time I had a question or concern, I would call the office and was treated like a 'king'. The agent - Tammy - has always been responsive, courteous and extremely helpful. Her customer service and overall demeanor is 'top notch' and fantastic. I have invested a lot of time and money into this unit and although my finances have been tough; the service that I have received has been great and less of a blow when I consider the money and time spent. There prices are too high for a med unit. paying over $300 a month. Highway robbery. May 2022 paid $163.00 then jumped to $272 in June 2022 and $342 in Oct 2022 then we won an appeal and it went to $309 in March 2023. Now being raised to $373 March 2024. Crazy read more

I was at the gate and used my passcode to leave, as soon as the gate opened this lady came rushing in as I was leaving. I was concerned because she didn't use her own code to enter. I stopped by the office and informed Charles, and he assured me that it won't cause me any issues. I was glad to be re-assured and he showed me the camera in the event she had caused an issue, it would be on survelliance. I like this location because it's close bye and gate access is very early and easy. This location is always so clean and bright, even the ladies room looks nice and that is a HUGE plus for me. read more

If you want friendly And helpful people go see Octavia and Deidra I would certainly use this public storage again, I have never had customers service as good as I did at this location. The spaces were so clean, which is rare now a days. There was one girl that was so nasty and rude when I took my sister to one, Ill never work with her again. Back in June, my family was in between settling on the selling of our house and the purchase of our new house. I went to their website and reserved a unit at a promotional price. We were told that the property manager was going to call us and they never did as we were approaching the date we were planning to use the facility we went there personally at which time the staff told us we could not have the same rate that we reserved this was despite showing a confirmation text message with a confirmation code. When we asked to speak to the manager they told us they did not have authority to offer the promotional code and told us to call the district manager. We called the district manager over five times over the course of two days and he never returned our call that was over a month ago and he has yet to return a call about our inquiry. We took our business to a competitor and would not recommend this facility. read more

Go someplace else! The customer service experience here is lacking! Employees are not genuinely friendly or willing to help. What you get is that fake condescending attempt at being nice but on the contrary it isn't! Don't believe the hype or advertised special. They will make your pay dearly for renting with this establishment! First, they don't tell you everything upfront and continually try to upsell you. The default answer from their employees is that, this is policy or that the investors set the price and they have no power to alter it. Public Storage as a whole operates the same way! You must have insurance for the use of their unit. Move in fee is $25 plus insurance from $11 - $13 so by the time you move in the $1 for the first month is anywhere from $36 -$48 plus the $20 for their special cylinder lock where applicable. In addition, don't make the mistake of wanting to move out any time after the 2nd of the month because you still pay the full price of the month whether you are there for 3 days or 29 days! Calling customer service is a bigger joke because the people on the phone are worse! Jerk you around and send you to voicemail where no one will ever get back to you! read more
