After 2 price increases in less than a year, I was told it's because of demand. I learned that you have to play this "game" of moving your unit for another at a lower price, rather than just giving current customers the lower price. YES, I just moved out of my unit on 2nd floor to another unit on 3rd floor that was more than 50% less in cost. As I was moving there were plenty available units on both levels. So this DEMAND rationale is nonsense. If price goes up again I'll be moving to another storage facility. Currently the garage exit door is broke, forcing drivers to U-turn inside of the small lanes and exit out of the entry door...just imagine how that could look. I asked another customer, who said it's been broek for some time. Aothe rissue is the elevator access. When changing units/floors I had to load elevator and return to 1st floor to enter the code, then go to desired floor....return to 1st floor...then....well you get it....DEBACLE. Did I say the price has increased twice in less than a year?! 3 stars for cleanliness and general staff politeness, in-person. Over the phone has been different. And when I attempt to respond to their email for a review, it always gives me an error message.

Special thanks to Ian who has gone above and beyond to provide great service, including upgrading me to a larger unit. The only thing I've noticed is that at some of the entrances, there is a strong smell of moth balls, but that could likely be because people are using them in their storage units. Otherwise, the facility is clean, well lit, and carts are available to help you load and unload. Fingers crossed the good vibes continue.

The attendant that rented me the truck shrug his shoulder that I need to let U-Haul know because he cannot do. Apparently their trucks use more gas than Abrams tanks. Zero service. During the sign-up process, I was told that I would receive a prorated refund upon moving out, but that information changed when I vacated the unit. Tip: I recommend avoiding auto-pay. If you need to move out before the end of the month, this gives you the ability to withhold payment rather than being billed automatically. Additionally, the cargo elevator was out of order but not shut down, and it continued to open despite being unusable. This made it difficult to move larger items and significantly slowed the process. As a result, we had to rely on the smaller elevator, which increased the time required and led to additional moving costs. Finally, if you are using movers, be aware that you may need to stay by the entrance to manually let them in and out. The phone app was not working properly at the time, which made this process inconvenient and time-consuming.
