Special thanks to Ian who has gone above and beyond to provide great service, including upgrading me to a larger unit. The only thing I've noticed is that at some of the entrances, there is a strong smell of moth balls, but that could likely be because people are using them in their storage units. Otherwise, the facility is clean, well lit, and carts are available to help you load and unload. Fingers crossed the good vibes continue.

If I could give it a zero I would. This company is downright dangerous…read more They moved me into my new house in 2022. It was an unmitigated nightmare. I'm not going to go on and on. Rather, I'm going to show you what they did, give you a bit of background, and let the photos speak for themselves. Nearly EVERYTHING they moved in had some level of damage. However, here are some of the MANY shocking examples. They arrived at the move-out house about 4.5 hrs late, and, when they were unable to finish packing everything and load it on the truck, they left it outside all night. (see images) They were also late the next morning. I got to the move-out house that I had just sold before they arrived. See what I found in the images. My furniture and belongings were outside all night, IN THE RAIN. Oh, and they were drinking on the job. When I confronted the asshole owner about this, his incredible response was "You can't prove it." Oh, really (see image). Never mind the fact that they drank on the job and drove a f------ box truck home, three sheets to the wind. Additionally, they smashed a 50-inch Bravia; snapped the leg off of my piano, and the list goes on. Please don't make the mistake that I did.

During the sign-up process, I was told that I would receive a prorated refund upon moving out, but that information changed when I vacated the unit. Tip: I recommend avoiding auto-pay. If you need to move out before the end of the month, this gives you the ability to withhold payment rather than being billed automatically. Additionally, the cargo elevator was out of order but not shut down, and it continued to open despite being unusable. This made it difficult to move larger items and significantly slowed the process. As a result, we had to rely on the smaller elevator, which increased the time required and led to additional moving costs. Finally, if you are using movers, be aware that you may need to stay by the entrance to manually let them in and out. The phone app was not working properly at the time, which made this process inconvenient and time-consuming.
