Trust me it is not worth the astronomical interest rate you are charged should you become late. Their mission is to drain every red cent from you with delivering minimal (if any) customer service. They will increase your fees with no notice and they tell you they are able to do so at least twice yearly without any real reason. They only have 2 elevators and only 1 really works. There's always only one way in and one way out. Although there should be 2 entrances/exits, the other exit is always boarded/non-working. There is little to no pest control. I was also sent an email from them stating that the lock to my storage space has mysteriously been broken. No phone call, only one email. RENTER BEWARE!!!

We signed a paper contract when they dropped off the unit, although I don't really remember signing a contract. But then 3.5 years later, they sent us a digital contract and asked us to sign it. But because I don't remember the paper contract, I refused to sign the digital contract. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.

A very large group of people was using all the carts that exist in the facility. Not to move their items up and down the elevator but simply to store. When I asked them if they would be done with one soon, they jumped down my throat and raged at me (I'm an old lady, BTW) that it was their right to do whatever the *%!@ they wanted with the carts, even if they weren't using them. They were mainly women, but there were 4 of them, 3 men and little ole me. I got my things out of there the next day and cancelled my space.
