My movers were supposed to arrive between 12-2pm (with the coordinator I spoke to saying it would most likely be 12), but they did not arrive until after 4pm. They were nice guys; but they didn't handle my stuff with care. I have nicks and a huge new scratch on my dresser -- I should've seen the red flag when they didn't wrap it (I've moved this dresser many times before and movers have always wrapped it) but just wanted to get the move over with. This dresser has stayed in perfect condition for several years and several moves, so I'm a bit heartbroken. I also have a hugeeeeee rip on my mattress (picture also attached). I'm unsure of how this will impact support and may have to buy an entirely new one. Throughout the process, I just felt very uneasy about how they were handling my stuff. They broke another one of items as well as a hallway light in my new apartment. I don't know if I have any recourse here because I noticed these things after they left, and don't have any before pictures. Moreover, you can't even talk to a someone on-site or even near-site. They immediately connect you with a call center they have out of the country which is so far away and removed from the on-site location that you can tell they just have somewhat of a script to go by and cannot actually help you with anything beyond what's in their script of options. It's extremely frustrating and I cannot emphasize enough that I will never again use them.

Once from Indiana to Baltimore City, and the second from Baltimore City to Michigan. The first time I moved with them, the moving coordinator I worked with was very communicative, checked in with me throughout the moving process (including when my items were being picked up), and was conscious of my anxiety levels. The second time I moved, I needed to contact Stephanie to remind her of upcoming deadlines, follow up with her when she said that she would get back to me and failed to do so, and was also unprofessional at times, uttering profanities like "retarded" in reference to the move itself when on the phone with her. What's more is that one of my inventory items never even arrived to me. They launched an audit to find the lost items but came back empty, so I guess one of their workers just walked off with it. The pay out on the audit also was less than half of what the items were valued at. Some of the items that were lost can't be replaced. Like how does something just walk off? You're a moving company that specializes in moving things, and you're one of the most expensive brands in the market with guaranteed service. That being said, Jamel was an absolute delight to deal with. He spent 2 days corresponding with me about our move, the inventory, and explaining every single penny we would be charged. The fuel/transport fee was above average especially given the move location was only a 2 miles distance. They added an extra mover the day off bc we have stairs. Though that was their decision, we were charged above the quoted rate for the additional person. I paid cash, which gave us a 10% discount but with all the extra fees, the 10% isn't much of a savings. I still tipped and nothing was broken or damaged during the move. They also arrived on time and helped taped boxes that needed additional reinforcement. Boxes were placed on the appropriate rooms based on the labels. I would hire them again but would budget for 15-20% more than what they quote.
