H&H made our move super easy. They arrived on time, were courteous (including responsibly masking even though I was the only one home), and carefully moved all of our things. They paid particular attention to wrapping and carefully transporting our Peloton. I was particularly impressed that they brought an extra, smaller truck in case they needed it--they didn't, but they were prepared to do my entire move in one trip. On arriving at our new home (a local move), Will and his crew efficiently unloaded, placed the large items where we needed them, and did some disassembly and reassembly when they had to problem solve through how to get some bigger items down a narrow basement stairwell. H&H did a terrific job. They were most accommodating for us. I had explained to Will, the owner, that I was worried about a long day of moving for my elderly mom. So, Will came a day early with a crew just to pack up fragile items, many pictures and the entire kitchen. He also took a huge sofa to the landfill for us. The move went very smoothly the next day and they were finished by 2pm. Everything was packed very well and they even moved items back and forth to the garage for us when we realized everything wouldn't fit. The guys were all very polite and friendly. We needed to move 3 rooms of furniture out of the house and into storage temporarily. Will and his team packed everything, including glasses, plates and other fragile items, wrapping everything in paper before putting it in boxes or in blankets. They moved our items into and out of storage. When bringing the items back to the house, they returned each piece of furniture to its correct location. The boxes were marked appropriately so we could quickly unpack and get our house back to normal. They were prompt on both occasions and professional.
