From the minute we were researching and comparing storage around the area Public Storage, had the friendliest employees. Our first visit: We were greeted by Mandy & Kelly, both were friendly. Mandy took us by golf cart to see the unit. She made conversation the entire ride. She was so friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. We had already made an appointment at another facility. Leaving Public Storage, my boss and I said to each other, wow she was friendly. It doesn't get much better than that. Well let's check out the other facitily, although we know we will be right back on Monday to rent this space. We go to the other storage facitlity, friendly but not as knowledable, and did not have what we were looking for. Monday morning I went right back to Public Storage and rented a space. Ive dealt with public storage in other locations, but at this site for a while. Eric is the first real P.S. manager that I've have develop an excellent relationship with. There is a two way line of communication that allow you to know she has your best interest at hand. My daughter has made her acquaintance by visiting the site and opening an unit too. She liked her the moment she met her. Eric relates to you like a friend. She is so pleasant, doesn't rush you. If you feel like taking a break while taking care of business, you're free chi chat about anything, the weather, day, or just life (if she's not too). If I'm not in office where I have see Eric training others in the field, she is on foot showing off other units or cleaning the site. I might not know Eric deeply, but from her personality I can tell this is a lady who takes her life seriously and has integrity. Eric is a great manager! read more

I've been dealing with this business, and it has been frustrating and inconvenient. I rented a storage unit with this facility and have always been on time with my payments. However, when I hired movers and went to access my unit, I found that the lock had been changed without my knowledge or consent. When I went to the rental office, no one was there. I contacted the corporate office and was instructed to make an appointment for the next day to meet the property manager, but no one showed up. Despite calling the corporate office every day, I wasn't contacted. Finally, when I reached the property manager today, she was rude and unprofessional and even hung up on me during the call. It's frustrating to be treated this way, especially considering the money I pay. The corporate office offered me a $25 credit for my trouble, but I still can't access my unit. I rented a 5X10 unit today, the customer service was very good, I reserved my unit online and within an hour I was greeted by a pleasant friendly voice asking when I would be coming in. The woman gave me easy to follow directions. When I got there I met Erica who said she was the one that spoke to me over the phone. I was taken to see the unit which was a good size, the layout of the place makes it easy to find your unit even the ones that are indoor. The promo for $1 first month was awesome, and my unit per month cost is much less than a previous space that I rented at a competitor. I would absolutely recommend this location and business for Exceptional customer service; they were thorough, quick, and knowledgeable, for Price - great bargain, good promo, and also Lease Terms - month to month is great because it allows for flexibility. read more

I'm very pleased with the service I received from this location. The site manager went above and beyond to prepare a unit for me. I needed one that day. There was a unit that fit the requirements I was looking for but had a few left over items from a previous tenant. The site manager cleaned the unit out for me and had it ready by the time I got off from work. I was impressed because there was a tractor tire in there as big as her that she moved out by herself. I was able to quickly rent a unit overnight via the website and move in the next day. Even though it was raining heavy, I had no trouble moving stuff in because I live close by. Everything is neat and clean and I think the rental price is fair. read more
