Since we were already at the 9501 location, we decided to go in and look at the actual unit sizes. As soon as we entered the building, Stephanie, greeted us in a very warm and welcoming manner, so we knew then that we would be renting from this location, and not at the one closest to our home. Stephanie was very patient to show us two units, and we decided to rent at this location. She allowed us to look online for any promotions which we did find.

The day of my move was two days before Christmas and also the day of the worst winter storm in years. That day it rained, snowed, the temperature rapidly dropped and it was very windy. When we got to the facility in Pikesville the power had been knocked out and we couldn't gain access. The young lady in charge, quickly arranged for us to use a nearby facility in Randallstown that still had power. The young lady at that facility was very accommodating and professional and got me set up quickly. She was helpful and polite. They made my move less stressful and I would recommend them highly!

Update: I moved my belongings out after a few months after noticing some of my boxes and papers in those boxes were chewed through. I then found what I believe were mouse droppings in those chewed boxes. I'm thankful that I only had a few boxes and the remaining items were inside weather and bug proof totes I bought at Home Depot. Sadly I had to trash some items that were chewed on. We signed a paper contract when they dropped off the unit, although I don't really remember signing a contract. But then 3.5 years later, they sent us a digital contract and asked us to sign it. But because I don't remember the paper contract, I refused to sign the digital contract. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.

Our move is not a cheap one, and when turning over all of your earthly possessions and a chunk of your savings, you have no choice but to err on the side of caution. That being said, Jamel was an absolute delight to deal with. He spent 2 days corresponding with me about our move, the inventory, and explaining every single penny we would be charged. They had a four person crew, carts, packing supplies, and a huge truck. They were also fast once on location. What I really appreciated, though, is that they were all very friendly and polite. Most movers I've hired have been quiet and grumpy, but this company just has a great attitude. Also the price was very competitive! Very satisfied!
