The person who described himself as the "Director of QC" (he had answered the phone) told me the unit was at a business maybe 15 miles from here. He refused to answer questions. I insisted that it be removed today. It blocked access to the mailboxes which are serviced from a truck. It blocked visibility from my driveway. Particularly dangerous today to block visibility on the road as it is Halloween and children will be walking and cars will be on the road. The box lacked reflective indicators. The box was finally removed a few minutes ago and "Billy Martin", director of QC, says it will be dropped off somewhere and returned to somewhere (would not divulge) next week when it's needed.
