Cute nail bar with a variety of services. I do feel the work is quality but the pricing is beyond misleading. You never know what your going to pay and as if you read in other reviews even if you ask. When you get to the register it's always a surprise. Yesterday I got dip. They removed my previous set and applied the same color polish. Sadly the color was off but the set was perfect. No tip, normal short nails. The cost was $49. My niece got dip only same color, no tip, no design, not even color removal. Brand new set that took the tech 20 minutes and was charged $49 for her as well. How is this right? I did not complain as it would have gotten me nowhere. Just warning future clients to be sure to enter with caution. I can't imagine how much my nails would cost if I added designs, tips or multiple colors. Some pros: Plenty of parking in the rear of the establishment. This place is horrible. I've been going for the past few years and it's recently got really bad. They are not transparent about pricing and every time I'm in it's a new charge without letting you know. When I told the "manager" at the front my issue, she was so rude and told me to deal with it. On top of that- my pedicure isn't even good& charged me for callus removal even when they didn't do it. Horrible customer service and I'm never coming back. read more

It was a fine experience. I feel like on Google they are deleting reviews tho. I paid $100 with tip for a builder gel and a nail fix. Everything was a up charge. It would've been more but the person who did my nails didn't make me pay for the cut down fee ( yes they charge you for them to cut the length of your nails). He also cut them way too short. The original nails I wanted would have been $130 bc ombré is $20 extra and chrome is $18 extra. This didn't include the cute down fee or tip, so if I got the nails I came in wanting it would have ended up costing $160ish. The place is ok but I don't think it's a luxury experience by any means. It's a basic shop shop nail salon, in and out quickly. Yes they serve alcohol but it's nothing insane. Overpriced nonsense if you ask me. (Also they aren't even cut evenly, some nails are shorter than others) read more

I LOVE this place. They have a serene environment and take really good care of my needs. My male nail tech does a phenomenal job of accomplishing the look I like while engaging with me just enough... not to bother me with mindless chatter while I'm having my relaxing services done. My only complaint is that they do not give your hands a nice massage once your nails are done, and they don't massage your shoulders while your nails are drying. I'm from NYC, and that's a staple. I am visiting from LA and needed a fill or a full set. Almost $180 for a full set long and a pedicure both for organic gel or bio gel. Took me in as a walk in.I explained on the phone and took me in. My pedi had to be re polished since it was even the first time, the owner took a look and agreed. I was embarrassed to say anything but Lisa was doing my nails and saw me looking down at my toes, so she said ;"just tell her to redo it " so I did. Lisa took her time she took off my nails to put on a new set. The machine was too hot as she was buffing them, so she decided to dip my hands in warm acetone water and that was easier to take off. Over all it was okay. The pedicure I get in LA is better and cheaper. The classic pedicure. But this place had better reviews than anywhere else. I would come again. Kind of a scam. Got my nails done last week and they came off in only a week. I paid $120 for acrylic, only paint (NO DESIGN OR FRENCH TIP) it took less than an hour and they charged me 104 dollars plus tip. also they have an atm machine in their salon, which I find super weird. The minimum of tip (cash) you can take out is 20 dollars. they try to scam you to pay these people 20 dollars of tip. Never going here again. I paid 120$ for my nails to come Off in a week. Popped in to the nail shop on the Saturday before Super Bowl and it was pretty busy. We called ahead to confirm we could get an appointment and they said to come in around 2pm, took about 20 mins to get in the pedicure chair even with the appointment. I didn't ask for anything too fancy just a gel pedicure, but I absolutely love the hot wax option. So it was my wife and I who both got pedicures and it came to about $170 total after tip. They do a good job, but I am not sure we will back anytime soon, just because of the cost. read more

After a less than great first visit to Element Nail Bar, I was encouraged to come back for a sweet deal and a new set. I'm glad I did, because this time was a much better experience. Sean was warm, personable, and clearly skilled. He really took the time to understand the vision I had for my nails and, with patience, helped me choose a color I truly loved. While there were a couple of small details I might have done differently, I know Sean would have happily adjusted them if I'd asked. Overall, I left much happier than I did the first time, and I truly appreciate the effort to make things right. read more
