Popped in to the nail shop on the Saturday before Super Bowl and it was pretty busy. We called ahead to confirm we could get an appointment and they said to come in around 2pm, took about 20 mins to get in the pedicure chair even with the appointment. I didn't ask for anything too fancy just a gel pedicure, but I absolutely love the hot wax option. So it was my wife and I who both got pedicures and it came to about $170 total after tip. I requested a call back from the owner/manager because my thumb nail has been splitting for 6 months after a manicurist used a nail buffer to the degree that it unknowingly damaged and thinned out my nail. I let it go to see if it would resolve until after 6 months of dealing with it, I contacted the business to ask for help on how to rectify it. I left a message with the receptionist and subsequently had to call a second time to speak with the manager. The same receptionist answered and I asked again to speak to the manager/owner. She asked why. I said I called yesterday and she has not returned my call. First ding. The receptionist said, "she said there's nothing we can do since it's been this long." Second ding. I said I want to talk to her anyway as I'm needing ADVICE on how to fix the issue. The receptionist, with an annoyed tone said, "just a minute." Third ding. The owner, I'm assuming, said the only way to rectify the splitting nail is to put on a acrylic nail until it grows out and never offered to come in or said I'm sorry this happened. Nothing. If you research the appropriate way to remove gell nail polish, it doesn't state to use a nail buffer. Fifth ding. I won't be going back. read more

My male nail tech does a phenomenal job of accomplishing the look I like while engaging with me just enough... not to bother me with mindless chatter while I'm having my relaxing services done. My only complaint is that they do not give your hands a nice massage once your nails are done, and they don't massage your shoulders while your nails are drying. I'm from NYC, and that's a staple. Tech told me that's just how sparkly nail polish is. Never mind, I'll re-do at home. Mani (dip) was great, friendly tech. No one introduced themselves so no idea who provided what service. I received a rushed full set and am suffering for it now. I spent over $90 on a full set almond french tip (way more than i've paid anywhere else even in scottsdale) and now 7 of my nails are lifting from the nail bed less than a week later. My tech also started applying chrome without my permission (she thought the inspo photo had it but i showed it to her and it was just the normal gel shine), then got upset when I proved I didn't want it and she had to take it off after doing 3 nails. I'm pretty sure I still got charged for it too. The main tech assisting on the register was also extremely rude to other customers and would cut them off before they could get their questions out. Actually would give this place zero stars if I could. My friends and I came in for pedicures and all asked for the deluxe pedicures. The woman doing mine was speeding through the pedicure and barely redid the callous remover. When I proceeded to politely ask if she could do more of it I was met with attitude and irritation. She left my heels incredibly dry and she also left polish and skin all over my cuticles. It was such a poor job for a 50 + dollar pedicure. She clearly didn't care and I think it's because I didn't upgrade to gel polish. I also asked for a gel removal on my fingers and told the front desk that I didn't want to drill off the top layer of gel because I am trying to keep my nails as strong as possible. It just requires longer soaking time in acetone. The front desk told me that was fine but then when it came time for gel removal the same woman doing my pedicure got a huge attitude with me when I asked her not to use the drill and started yelling in the shop. I just decided to forget it and remove them myself at home. I do a better job on my nails at home and will not be returning. read more

For the past 2 years I have gotten dip nails and they always last me anywhere from 4-5 weeks. However, I got these done and they are breaking off, chipping and catching on things within 2 weeks of getting them done. More than this, from the minute I got them done, I could see the dip reached over my nail bed and onto my finger. (See picture). This has literally never happened to me with dip so I was so confused/disappointed by the quality. So, I followed my favorite nail tech here, seemed a little pricey initially but ok whatever for her. She then disappears "out of town" and I get "Anna" in place of "Anne" when I scheduled with Anne from the manager that scheduled the appt. Fine whatever. Anna does a good job but maybe 10 days later a nail cracks on my builder gel nail and this has never happened, I go in on my lunch break and try to fix it, can't seem to find the color to fix so I ask the nail tech "well what is the cost of a color change?" she says "$29" I tell her okay, let's just do a color change. I do so, get to the register and manager says "$35" I say "she told me it's $29?" he speaks only Vietnamese at her, then tells me she was wrong and asks why I did color change when broken nail is free, I say I couldn't find the color I had and say "no big deal she wouldn't have made anything on a broken nail so I just did a color change" he then says "ok it's $34, $29 for color change and $5 for broken nail" when he just told me a broken nail was free. Done, I'm done. It's the principal, I paid it but congrats on speaking only Vietnamese in front of me, rude. Talking down to Mia, rude. Charging me for a broken nail when you just said it was free. I'm out. I don't know who you think you are but lemme tell you you're one less costumer. That was tacky and you are a fool. I tipped her $10 which I asked you to give to her, I doubt you did since I saw you not walk over to her and you went right back to your phone you barely look up from in my presence. You know exactly who I am, zero mystery here. I could've chewed you out right there but I'm going to just let everyone know here how you operate and you won't see me again. It was my first time here and no one greeted me but saw me walk in. 2. While getting my nails done there was 3 different people that came up to my tech trying to figure out a price which I think is BS. This alone is one of the main reasons I won't be returning. I am always happy with my nails and toes when I leave, this place is always busy but they get you right in ... all in all the services are good. With that said, I think they need to implement a dress code. All of the staff wear similar shirts with the company logo but I've seen some of the gals wearing shorts that are WAY too short (up their cracks with their butt cheeks hanging out) and midriffs showing, skirts that are too short, dresses with cleavage hanging out - this is not appropriate for a professional business. Yesterday as a treat to my mom and myself as mothers, we decided to get some pedicures, it was three of us who came in. We called prior to see if there was availability and there was. But upon entering the salon, I felt very unwelcome. The main guy in front wasn't very friendly and neither were the staff, except one guy that pleasantly smiled at me. The wait wasn't very long, so that was nice. I thought everything was going well aside from the vibes. But noticed the guy who was doing my pedicure was also fairly rude and going through the motions of the deluxe pedi I paid for. The package included a hot stone massage, paraffin wax and scrub. It was such a LET DOWN because he spent maybe less than a minute with the extras!! I love the way hot stones feel, but I can't even recall the service because it was that fast! But what really got me was the final outcome of my gel pedicure. I had asked for a white tip. So when everything was said and done, I looked closely at my nails and you can refer to my pictures of the outcome...EVERYTHING was very DISAPPOINTING & UNDERWHELMING . I did not get the service I paid for. The white tip is uneven and poorly done. He also didn't even get the corners of my toes. I had to come home and snip off the dry edges myself. Although my service was poorly done, my mom got a woman who actually did a really nice job with hers. I guess it depends on who takes pride in their work and has the passion to do these services, vs the ones that don't. I'm beyond disappointed and wish i could rate this place zero. i was charged over $200 for 2 fills and a basic pedi. they are so misleading here!they charged an extra $45.00 for my daughter and i to get white tips and the lady who did my feet did not even paint the line straight and cut my feet on 4 toes when she did my cuticles. Ive never ever been so dissapointed with a nail salon. they add on so many different overpriced fees that they fail to tell you about until you check out. our fills were suppose to be 42 each and i got a 29 pedi + 8 for the callus remover.
