When I arrive they are just going to start making it and i wait another 10-20 minutes. I waited 25 mins one time. There is 7-8 employees inside all running around but seems like helping nobody. Visited the location on Sunday November 23rd @3p. It's located in Prasada area close to Walmart, car dealerships, Aldi's & Circle K. The line is very long for their drive thru but you can walk to their widow to place your orders as well. The young man advised me you can create your lemonades w/ any flavors & possibly other drinks as well. A tip: download their app to earn points, view their menu, ingredients & rewards. Also for your birthday month as long as you sign up you will receive free any size drink. The staff were friendly & I was able to recieve my drink within a few minutes. read more

Dutch Bros Waddell is the BEST, because of the exceptional customer service we have always received from Kaia & Abigail. Greatest Broistas ever!! Talk about service going above and beyond, these girls make you feel like family. Without fail, they know our drinks as soon as we walk up. If you can clone those two, please do! It's always a fun experience to brighten up your day whenever these two are there! They definitely make the vibe so much better when they are there! - you can tell the difference when they are not there...just saying Also, our baby girl Sage absolutely adores Kaia & Abigail!! These are the most miserable Dutch Bro employees I have ever seen at a location. They are never happy, they do not say hello, don't smile or make eye contact, they demand your drink order, roll their eyes, and then ask for a tip. We're frequent customers at Dutch Bros and love the friendly service and fun atmosphere, but the inconsistency in the drinks has been frustrating. I usually order one of the Rebel energy drinks, and it's honestly a toss-up every time--sometimes it's super sweet, other times it tastes watered down or not sweet at all. It feels like there's no standard formula, which is disappointing when you're paying for something you expect to taste a certain way. We keep coming back because we enjoy the brand and want to support it, but it would be great to see more consistency in the quality of the drinks. I don't know if ya'll need your machines recalibrated or what but your coffee drinks always come out tasting so burnt and bitter. I always try and give this location redemption chances since it's so close to my job, but time and time again they disappoint me. My drink never taste like it's made right, they always take forever! Even when the line isn't long. I've been patiently waiting for this location to Open and today was the day. It's currently in a large empty lot with a car wash while the surrounding area starts to build around it. The drive thru lanes were easily accessed from two different entry's, one off of Waddell Rd and the other Cotton Ln. Parking poles helped direct you in keep traffic running smoothly. With it being opening day there were a lot more employees than will be normal I'm sure and it made things so go fast. All the employees were so happy, friendly and efficient. We were given stickers before ordering to celebrate. I ordered a cold brew and picture perfect and pie with the app. It helps everything go so much faster while earning you rewards. There are two lanes in the drive thru and what I loved is that if your drink is brought out to you before you reach the window the lane extends to allow you to get out instead of waiting behind others still waiting on their drinks. So much more thought out that the other Surprise location. Great job today guys/gals! read more

Absolutely every single time I've came to this location, my drink it either made completely wrong or my order was placed incorrectly/forgotten. It is a huge annoyance to wait in the long lines and then get up to the window just to have these inconveniences each time & having to walk up more than 3 different occasions to have them fix my drink. Anthony, Caden, Rei, Emma, Chloe, Ellie's are just a few of the crew at my favorite stand. I will order my made up drink with their great flavors and coffee, and on occasion will get a double blended Dutch soda. My drink of choice is called a Golden Eagle carborator 3times extra thick, picture perfect around the cup and under the whip with cinnamon sprinkles under whip! I have been a customer of Dutch since coming to AZ. The Litchfield location in Surprise is my stand of choice! "It used to Not a Good Day Until I come to Dutch!" Dutch Bros is far better than other coffee chains, and it is their Superior Customer Service that has me coming back daily. In a month I will visit this location about 25 times a month! read more
