We went to get donuts today and decided to get cream filled. There was next to none in them. It was a disappointment considering we went out of our way to get them. I wish I could post pictures read more

I paid for a bagel with cream cheese and this is what I got. This is the first time I went to Dunkin' Donuts and was not happy with what I got. Very disappointed. read more

Dunkin' - Donuts Near Me - Folsom, California

It was free coffee Wednesday and also recently my birthday and they said I couldn't get both drinks free because of their transaction policy. I ended up having to pay for one of the drinks. The woman at the window seemed really pissed and had really bad customer service. Also the macchiato was really bitter. read more

Love Dunkin so much better coffee than sb.... (Rip off) .. love the has browns , dunkachino , iced coffee with hazelnut and one sugar.

Kind customer service, but unfortunately my drink was not up to par. I ordered the Butter Pecan latte, and asked for it to be extra sweet. Instead, it seems as if all syrup was left out of my coffee because it is flavorless and bitter. I've ordered this drink several times now and it typically comes out great, but this was very disappointing. Had to add creamer to it at home to make it drinkable, and if I wanted to do that I would've just stayed here. read more

They make the best coffee and donuts. I particularly like their French Cruller. Also the croissant with egg and cheese is soo yummy. They make breakfast all day and fresh too. They carry almond milk too. Their munchkins are very tasty as well. Staff is very friendly too. read more

Got a spider donut today!! Super cute and delicious! As well as their coffee. Nice price too! The workers there are so nice and polite. Will be coming back for sure! Gets busy on weekends, I suggest you look online for the menu, makes the lines go faster! read more

Great stuff Of course. The people at this location are so nice! Every time. Thanks so much.

Okay so...they need to add chocolate frosted and maple bars on their app. The best time to pick up is anything before 8. Chewy, soft and delicious! Throw in the frozen coffee. read more

Fantastic service! So I was out driving with my daughter, she has a learners permit, anyways she wanted to get a Calamel Macchiato from here. So we drive out and went through the Drive Thru got to the window and realized that I forgot my wallet! Very embarrassing! However, the supervisor was so nice she let us have our drinks anyways. Thank You! We will be back for more, and our wallet next time. read more

I love coffee, and sometimes Starbucks coffee can be a little too bitter for me. I was happy they opened this Dunkin' Donuts to close to me. We've been coming here for a little over a year and have never had a bad experience. I'm not a huge donut fan, but every donut I've tried I liked there. The staff is always very nice. I prefer going here over Starbucks any day, and we're about 3 miles from this place and only around the corner from Starbucks. Tip: Get the blueberry cronut if it comes back - it's the best dang this ever. I always get their large iced coffee with cream and 2 pumps of whatever flavor sounds good - their pumpkin is AMAZING! read more

This is by far my favorite Dunkin Donuts on the West coast and I'm from New Jersey so I've been to my fair share of DDs. We went through the drive thru and the lady taking our order was very patient with our indecisiveness and once we ordered and left there was a young man who chased us down almost to the light to give us our card back man I'm pretty sure he was a track start because we were almost gone lol. So I'm pretty sure whenever im in the area I'll b going to that DDs one because they are awesome and two because I really need DD in my life lol read more

Eating their bagel sandwich makes me think this company had one objective in deciding the ingredients to use in it. And that is shelf life. No taste and I'm sure no real nutritional value. Life expectancy is sure to have been decreased from eating this. If you want to see what having no pride in what you serve your customers is like, eat this. Not really picking on DD, so many other places have the same objectives. SAD! read more

I drove 45 minutes to Dunkin Donuts to really understand what people were raving about. My friend and I bought two coffee's, both tasted awful. I feel like the only reason people like Dunkin' Donuts is because it is just pure sugar and milk, not good quality coffee. My friend sipped her drink and said "it tastes like I just took a bite out of a Clorox wipe" she expresses. We had such high expectations for their coffee, and we were completely let down. I hope their donuts are good, cuz their coffee is not good. read more

I tried Dunkin based off of what I'd heard and how good it is.. I came to this location and my drink was beyond gross. When I first asked how big a medium was, I got an unsure response. I ordered a iced vanilla latte and the look of it was very light brown almost white. It tasted like all milk and French vanilla creamer poured without measurement, way too sweet and expensive for this coffee I received. Will not try again. read more

So I call to ask if they have 2 kinds of donuts I'm interested in and they don't have either. That's cool, but I'm still in the mood for a donut and ask which ones were most fresh. Dude was honest and said since it was night time the donuts were all not so fresh. Well then I ask what's his favorite and he says none of them when they aren't fresh. Dude is straight up awesome! But I came to the realization that these donuts aren't good and not really worth it most of the time. So mad love to da peeps that slang them holes but tha product ain't so fleekity fresh ya read more

This is not a donut shop. It is a fast food restaurant and as such it's sub par quality for sure. The donuts are dry and do not taste fresh. They tasted left over and they were only open for two days when I went there. The service was also terrible they seemed disorganized and I remember waiting a good 4 minutes just to get some creamer for my coffee. Since they didn't provide it when I ordered it at the register. On the other hand there is good news. There is an excellent donut shop called Duckys donuts very close by west on Madison from there. They have no negative reviews on Yelp they are that good. And you can feel good about supporting a local small business instead of going to a chain store. In closing I would like to say I didn't get compensated or encouraged in any way to leave this review. I don't get paid for reviews, I don't post many reviews at all. So there is no undo bias in what I've said. Hope you found this helpful. read more

Free coffee mug! Great coffee & okay donuts. Staff are friendly. Definitely coming back. Long line, but it went by quick

I have been a loyal customer of Dunkin Donuts since their grand opening. Unfortunately, recent experiences have absolutely driven me away. The last time I went in, the cashier made a rude comment while walking away. The time before that, I stood and waited for my breakfast sandwich just to learn they'd forgotten about my order. I reached out to a manager but never received a response. This shows to me how this business does not care about its customers. I used to go just about every day and now I will never be returning. Unless their manager decides to step up their game and handle issues promptly, I can't imagine them having much success. After all, it takes a good leader to manage a team. read more

Had a bad experience here.. Used the drive through and the employee taking my order made me repeat my order 3 times because she was too busy talking and laughing with a coworker. Got home and noticed I was charged for 5 donuts when I ordered 4, and the 4 donuts I received weren't even correct! I tried calling the store multiple times to get a refund and no one will even pick up the phone. Beyond annoyed. Terrible customer service! read more

Terrible!!! 3/3 gross food and the amount of cream cheese they put on their bagels is pathetic. I wish I could upload a picture I took of it. Since I was able to post the picture on fb, that was satisfactory for me. And the eggs are a joke. They are DISGUSTING!!!! Stick w Donuts and Coffee. read more

Dunkin' - Grand Opening! In and out with dozens in only 15 mins! - Donuts Near Me - Folsom, California

I'm originally from Boston Ma.,I have been wanting to try the Dunkin Donut here on the west coast. I went to the Folsom shop...service was great ..Donuts were not so great..I was happy to see that the lemon filled had powder sugar on it..the lemon filling lacked that sour sweet lemon flavor you would expect , the raspberry filling was red but you could see through it, like raspberry jello. The rest of my dozen was assorted. ALL of them were tough and chewy. Back east the cake donuts had a handle so one could "Dunk" your donut. I didnt see that here.Unfortunately I will not be returning to any on the west coast. Good luck . read more

Drove 30 minutes to get my free DD drink for signing up for DD perks, which they sold me the first time I visited this place. Anyway, this cashier Alisha H. Should NOT be in the front of the store taking orders. No customer service skills whatsoever! OMG! I get it, it's busy, the line is out the door, only 1 register is working! But man, if you're on the register, you should at least SMILE and pretend you like your job! I've work as customer service representative for a long time and I get it! It's not a pleasant job! But come on! Tarin who took our order for drinks was way more pleasant and cheerful, she should be on the register! Gods job girl! Back to my perks, well Alisha H. Informed me unapologetically that DD perks is not working! I understand it's not her fault but again, can you sound a little sorry about it! Geez girl! DD should learn a thing or 2 from Starbucks customer service, that's why they're on every corner, otherwise you'll suffer the same fate like the other DD that closed shop in Sacramento a few years back. read more

Great service in the drive thru I had to wait about 7 minutes for my box of joe but it was brewed fresh so I don't mind! I also got a DD rewards card activated for $2. The manager gave me a free glazed donut for waiting and it also came with ten coffee cups and the dark brew is amazing. read more

The coffee is awesome but the donuts are just meh. I don't think they are very fresh. The staff was friendly and they were definitely ready for opening day which make the trip short and sweet. I will be back for more iced coffee! read more

They were out of not only most donuts, but the coffee freezes. It got to the point where I'm like "well alright then what DO you guys have" lol. Ridiculous. The donuts I did actually buy were hard and nasty. Never again!!! read more

This was my first time going to dunkin donuts. I thought it was pretty good. Got a breakfast croissant, donut, and small coffee for around 7-8 bucks. Not a bad deal in my opinion. I thought the small coffee though was a little smaller than other places and I didn't like the lids. They seemed outdated. I didn't trust it wouldn't spill so I ended up drinking it there. Other than that the staff was very friendly. There's at least 4 other donut shops closer to me than this one, but I could see myself coming back. I think the coffee won me over. read more

VERY friendly and helpful employees! I went in to buy two dozen doughnuts for some contractors who were working on our house. I asked one of the super friendly young gals working behind the counter to pick them out for me - as I knew she had much more experience than I in knowing what men like! She was great! The doughnuts were a HUGE hit with our contractors! And my husband enjoyed a cup of their coffee! read more

The service is not good especially through the drive-thru they always get the order's wrong .I ordered 4 donunts 2 cinnamon rolls witch the girls stacked on top of of each other needless to say all the frosting came off on the top donut also I ordered 2 jelly filled and when we got home their was only one jelly filled plus 2 cups of coffee and 3 donunts was almost $9. Dollars it is time to go back to the donut Depot this is not the first mistake they made one time I ordered 2 pumpkin donunts and 2 jelly filled they must have ran out of jelly filled donunts so they put one jelly filled donut and 4 donut holes this place needs to train there staff better read more

I have been going to this place 2 or 3 times a week since they opened with my boyfriend and son and they have gotten my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. The staff are morons and i constantly have to repeat my order. Which is basic coffee and donuts. Today i had them remake my iced hazelnut coffee three times because of how awful they made it. They were scared when i got pissed off and i wasn't even yelling. They kept asking me how to make their coffee i paid for it should have been free with the time it took. One girl said sorry so much it was annoying. Then she rolled her eyes when she had to run back inside 3 times because she couldn't remember want i ordered. Poor management stupid staff its like they were never trained read more

I was very excited to go to this Dunkin' Donuts. When I went in there the place was completely a mess. The floors look like they've been swept in over a week. It definitely looked like an accumulation not over a day. The garbage was overfilled and spilling onto the floor. The only 2 booths had garbage all over them and underneath them. They were absolutely disgusting.for being a brand-new place this was the most dirtiest store I've ever been to. Hope they can stand up to the other donut shops in Sacramento read more

This is a donut place that doesn't keep up. We came thur drive thru and they had nothing we wanted not glazed choc maple not even donut holes. So disappointed. It's like going to a McDonald's and them saying we have no frys. read more

Ive been here about three times since they have opened. They have some of the best basic flavored iced teas around plus they are very cheap. On one occasion I had to wait a while while one of their machines was being cleaned and they gave us free donuts for the wait. Customer service is great. A great place I like to stop on my way to/from work. read more

Hot mess! I love coffee and donuts, so I thought it would be a good place to snack, have my coffee, and do homework. I've had it on the east coast, and I don't remember the service being this horrendous. A number of things were jacked up with the customer service and I was given the wrong donuts altogether, but my coffee was completely forgotten about because the people working were shooting-the-shit. I'm all for a fun work environment, but since there was/is no one else in the store still, it's not hard to manage the one drink ordered. As I walked up to the counter for my drink (which had not been acknowledged let alone made), the person who took my order asked what I was waiting on... you should know you little shit, there hasn't been an order since mine! Yes this place is clean, but that's because no one comes inside. The manager eventually came in, and nonchalantly engaged in the conversation while I watched a customer wait to be helped. Horrible, you all should be fired and a completely new staff hired. read more

I have no idea why this place has poor rating... It's a bit small, but very new, clean and the staff usually accommodate customers pretty quickly. I've been to this donuts shop pretty often... their donuts are delicious and semi-sweet, great for my taste. I wasn't much of a big fan of donuts then, I surely am now. Their hazel nut iced-coffee is really good as well. read more
