Went in earlier last weekend. Only one car in the drive through. We went in, stood at the front counter for awhile, didn't get helped or even re-directed to the kiosk. As the kiosk in front of the order counter was Out of Order. I then found the kiosk closer to the bathrooms to the right of the counter, called my fiancé over and we used it and placed an order. We then get called to the counter, they are out of croissants. So we replaced our croissant on the sandwich with another type of bread... I don't remember unfortunately. And then we get called up again... They are 100% out of donuts. Out of everything that we have ordered, plus who knows what more and did not think to update or close off the kiosk. Every time I come to this location, it goes more and more downhill. At this point, I unfortunetly feel Dunkin is just losing money keeping the store open. America runs on Dunkin' huh???? Well after I finally discovering one here, it's safe to say so YES! I drive all the way from South Sac to come up here and get my Dunkin' fix! I've never been inside, I ALWAYS do drive thru and every single time, EVERYTHING is so gooooood! And the customer service is amazing as well! Going through drive thru, they are all ALWAYS so kind and have so much patience! Because for me, I need to see everything they have to offer and their menu is quite extensive. Especially with all their coffee drinks that they offer! More than just your normal hot cup of coffee here! I love their ice vanilla latte! It's so smooth and strong! Perfect balance of coffee sugar and cream plus ice! That's the only drink I get here, it compliments my choice of donut is which the one and ONLY Boston Kreme! Made so perfect and for the first time today when I went, they were all SOLD OUT of it! Booooooo! But they did have Bavarian Cream! Decent yummy substitute! Haven't been inside yet but as of recently, I've been pulling to the drive thru since I keep seeing people on social media go to Dunkin for coffee and I wanted to see what the hype was about. Rolled up and ordered right away. First thing that caught my eye was their cookie butter cold brew and their hash browns so that's exactly what I got. Drive thru goes by pretty quick. Just the way I like it. At the window, I'm always greeted by a friendly employee. Pretty standard transaction. Now, on to the drink and hash browns. Cookie butter cold brew, 15 out of 10. Give it a good mix. Perfection. Their hash browns are next level. They're affordable and they taste BOMB. Best hash browns I've ever tasted. Full of flavor and they're nice and crisp. Honestly I will keep going back just for those two things. I'm not a big donut fan but one day, I'll get one and one day, I will go inside lol. read more

I come here a few times a week. They are incredibly slow.. it's a lot of new staff that have no idea what they are doing. This place has gone downhill. I spent about 25 mins in the drive thru yesterday when there was only a couple of people and over 45 mins in the drive thru today. Absolutely ridiculous. I'll prob just drive to the one in Roseville from now on. Atleast it will be worth the trip. read more

I hate to do such a mediocre review but this is the third time that we've gone to Dunkin for our donuts to be messed up. My boys LOVE dunkin so we go there often so the boys get their maple bars. I have no idea why the staff puts the donuts icing face down or sideways so the icing gets stuck to the bag. In the end it's an absolute plain donut bar (no icing). Third time, three different occasions. I feel like such a Karen complaining about donuts but the first time I told my boys things happen. Second time, oops random luck. Third time, I didn't know what to say. I probably should have called each time and gone back for another but it's a bit of an inconvenience to go back, wait in the line again, etc. Needless to say, I think donuts will have to be shopped elsewhere. All out of coffee at home decided to treat myself. I used the app to order. It was easy. Minor kerfuffle when I got there they asked for my name. I gave them my last name. They said they didn't have my order, but kept working to help me. I said my full name and they found it. Saw later the tag is printed with my first name and last initial. Knowing this will make it easier next time. I got a small cold brew with sweet cream. Very ample size. I did not regret getting small. It was great. A favorite of mine. This particular site has great customer service! We stopped by for an afternoon treat and ordered donut holes. The number we ordered worked out to be $11, but after seeing you can get 24 for $7.99 we asked for an adjustment. The clerk was extremely accommodating and kind. Today, I used the drive-thru for my second timea and was again very disappointed at the service. It seems that they give old donuts at the drive-thru. Nice, they want you to sit, enjoy the food & coffee and stay a bit. The donuts are located in trays on the wall behind the cashier counter. It is a bit difficult to view them from a distance. I am a visual person and like the other Yelpers note, part of the enjoyment of eating a donut is the visual appeal of ogling and selecting it. On the Saturday afternoon I was there, the manager and cashier were patient,friendly, knowledgeable, and heLpful. I picked out a chocolate chocolate iced donut and a seasonal chocolate pretzel donut. They were both cake donuts. Yummy and dense cakey texture, not overly sweet. But I found out later after ordering that the icings contain fructose. So I sadly didn't eat the icing. Tidbits: They have a drive thru, serve large variety of the breakfast and regular sandwiches and pastries (including cake and fried donuts) all day, are open until late 10pm, serve coffee expresso and non coffee drinks, and sell the obligatory branded merchandise (mugs, stainless steel tumblers, ground coffee...). read more
