Stopped by after lunch for dessert since it was so hot so I tried one of their new items: mango passion fruit shaved ice. It was really refreshing and topped with mangoes and mochi. The mango overpowered the passion fruit in my opinion but I like how it was sweet and not tart at all! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Service was quick and the store is very clean![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]
I tried the Dubai chocolate covered strawberries and it was ok. It was more chocolate-y than pistachio and strawberries weren't that sweet but fun to have something like this in the greater Sacramento area. It's been about a year since my last visit to Devil & Angel Desserts in the Palladio. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was sad to see the angel wing wall was gone, but what they've added to their menu well made up for it![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was pretty steady busy but still plenty of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's well lit with tall ceilings. And a super cute photo wall[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. The girl working at the counter was nice and helpful answering all our questions. We ended up ordering a Vanilla Soft Serve, Thai Milk Tea with Boba, Strawberry Smoothie Crackle Cup (pretty cool), Dubai Chocolate Strawberries Cup and a Hot Cheeto Korean Cheese Dog. Our order was ready quickly and everything was just as expected! My youngest loved her soft serve! The Dubai Chocolate Strawberries were absolutely amazing (and I've had them at quite a few different places). My only suggestion would be more Crispy Knafeh. But I love the hardened chocolate on top along with the crunchy pistachios. The Crackle Cup was a lot of fun. You squeeze the cup to break up the hardened chocolate before drinking. There's also boba in the drink! So fun! We can't wait to go back!!!

We've been to Devil & Angel Desserts in Concord and heard they were opening up in Folsom. We finally got a chance to check them out. We came in and loved the big wall covered in faux ivy and neon signs. Super cute and perfect for pictures. Walked up the register and ordered. The menu had milk and fruit teas, smoothies, soft serve, croffle, and Korean corn dogs. They also had mochi donuts in the display. We got the ube and vanilla boba soft serve, ube soft serve, and potato corn dog. The soft serve was good but the ube flavor wasn't as strong as I liked. For the corn dog you could only choose 2 sauces, counting sugar as a sauce. Most places I've been to the sugar, ketchup, and mustard are included. Otherwise it was good, but felt the dough was a little undercooked. We'll definitely stop by again when we're in the area, but will probably stick to the soft serve.
I'm not sure how or why I hadn't tried this place until recently! My daughter and I were doing some last-minute Christmas shopping when we noticed their Korean corn dog display outside the shop. I was initially hesitant--I've never been a fan of Korean corn dogs due to a previous experience at Two Hands. But my daughter reminded me, "All places are different," and convinced me to give it a shot. When we walked in, we were greeted at the register by a friendly young lady who made sure to cover all our likes and dislikes. She asked if my daughter wanted sauce with her corn dog, and she opted out. I also decided not to add popping boba to my drink. The attention to detail and customer care made for a great first impression! The space itself was impressive--open, with plenty of seating, and an adorable photo backdrop perfect for all you photogenic folks! My daughter ordered the potato corn dog with half cheese and half hot dog, while I opted for the Punch Passion Refresher (or Fruit Passion). My drink came out first, and I was blown away! Unlike many boba spots where the drinks can be overly sweet, this one struck the perfect balance. You could still taste the tea without the flavors overwhelming it--a refreshing change. Then came my daughter's corn dog, and she loved it! I watched her take a bite and saw that cheesy pull--how could I not try it? One bite, and I was sold. This place singlehandedly brought Korean corn dogs back onto my food list. It was served hot, with the perfect crunch and cheese pull. Most importantly, there was no hint of rice wine in the flavor (a huge relief for me!). I'll definitely be coming back to try other things on the menu. If you're on the fence about Korean corn dogs or just looking for a great spot to try, I'd highly recommend this place!

Crazy hot day 110* good time for a cup of soft serve. Flavor for this week are strawberry and thaitea. My fav one still the matcha. Thaitea is way too sweet than strawberry. The name of the shop and multiple options on the menu really throw me off and make me want to assume that this dessert shop may not be the best. We drove by for some soft-serve which my cousin was raving about. I requested samples which they offered without hesitation. I was immediately in love with the vanilla and strawberry swirl. The consistency is soft yet thick (doesn't melt immediately as other soft-serves). I cannot speak on the other items on the menu but the soft-serve is a win for me.
So good! I had the potato half and half corn dog and Summer Blast refresher. It was such a great sweet and salty combo. The corn dogs have sauces too that could be drizzled on top or on the side. I asked the owner for recommendations on sauce and because I like it spicy she recommended the spicy garlic mayo and mango habanero (I think!). I had the sauce drizzled on top. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place was clean and super cute.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was busy but the owner handled the crowd like a pro! I told her it was my first time at the register and she was sweet to follow up with me about my food. If you're debating to try it out, you should! It's not like your average corn dog (like Hot Dog on a Stick). The options are creative and the batter is fluffy and light. It was kind of fun to eat too. The only regret I have is going by myself. After enjoying the matcha tea with a friend of mine weeks ago I brought my mom and sister today so that they can enjoy the treats here as well! We ordered an assortment of drinks and sweet treats which were all truly scrumptious delicious! First time trying the cinnamon churro balls, mochi donuts and croissant/waffle strawberry treat. Each one was perfectly baked and just sweet enough to fulfill our cravings. The service is also very friendly and welcoming which makes for an even sweeter overall experience. The sweet and kind lady answered all of my sister's questions and even offered to give her samples so she could decide which drink to order. The interior is decorated in a cheerful and beautiful manner which is very welcome and inviting. Surely going to return again many times when craving boba, sweets and an inviting environment!
So I did a DoorDash order. I ordered the strawberry waffle dessert. Took a bite was delicious don't get me wrong. These are so good. But when I picked to eat one of the strawberries. There was a piece of hair on the strawberry!! I'm so sad cause now I have to throw the whole thing away. I'm just grossed out about this. This is the second time I found hair on my food from a restaurant. Maybe I should stop eating out sadness. Gave a 1 star cause hair in food is unsanitary.

Whenever the family and I are in the Palladio area, I always make it a point to pass by this place and order my favorite, Black Sugar Creme Brulee. It's so nice and refreshing, especially for a summer's day! The service is so fast. I ordered my drink and it didn't take even 10 minutes for me to receive my order. And that, served with a smile to top it off! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The shop is nicely decorated. Very easy on the eyes[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. And there is enough light inside the shop that allows yoou to see the menu board without having to squint. All of that at a price that is really affordable for the quality of the drink. So happy Palladio has a solid boba spot. This place is perfectly located for a quick stop after walking around or grabbing dinner. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space itself is great: big, open, bright, and with high ceilings that make it feel comfortable instead of cramped.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was especially excited to see a matcha latte menu, so of course I had to try it. I ordered the matcha crème brûlée with oat milk (they do charge $0.95 for that), light ice, and paired it with a Hot Cheeto cheese dog and a side of ranch. The matcha only comes in a 16oz. The matcha really impressed me. The color was dark and the flavor was nicely bitter, which I loved because it actually tasted like matcha instead of being drowned out by sugar or milk. The crème brûlée topping had a legit crisp to it and added just the right amount of creaminess without overpowering the drink. Super balanced and really satisfying. And the Hot Cheeto cheese dog? So good!Crunchy, cheesy, and that classic corndog flavor with ranch on the side was a perfect combo. Everything hit the spot, and I'll definitely be back especially for the matcha. A very cute shop located in the middle of Palladio plaza. Before going in you can take a photo of huge angle wings. When you walk in you're greeted by a whiff of sweets and deep fry corn dogs. The person taking our order was super friendly. She was helpful to people who didn't know what to ordered. I got the potato half and half corn dog. The batter was super yummy. The potato was nicely cut and not as big as other places. It makes eating this corn dog a lot easier. I just wish that you can get more than 2 sauce for free. I think this place is a nice place to stop by for a tiny snack. read more

I was craving strawberry matcha milk. I never drink this. Yelped it and found D & A. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute store in between Pinkberry and Barnes and Noble.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] At 5:30 not a big selection of donuts of course, but I want to come back for their Korean corn dogs. BD got a pina colada and had no complaints. I wished my drink was prettier with the layers. I actually don't like matcha that much and thought maybe there wouldn't be enough strawberry based on the pic. But it was very delicious. Creamy and sweet but not too sweet. I found this spot in the Palladio shopping center. The cashier was very nice and helpful. I ordered the Korean corn dog. This was my first time trying it, it was so delicious! I paid $7.81 for the corn dog, it was filled with half mozzarella and sausage. It comes with different sauces I chose the sweet chili. I also ordered one of their refreshers, it was way too sweet for me I couldn't finish it, paid $6.50. The place was nice and clean. read more
We were curious to try the Korean hotdog and we were wanting some Boba. Came here on a Saturday and thought it would be pretty busy where we'd have to wait but we were seeing quickly and the customer service was very good I didn't have to wait too long for the drink and food. They were very accommodating to Making sure we were able to carry the items out. There was a lot of people there relaxing and eating so I knew it was going to be good. We got our drinks and they were delicious and the hotdogs were made to order everything was fresh. We are definitely coming back here!!!! read more

I've been seeing a lot of yummy things on their IG page but unfortunately it was actually kinda underwhelming! The highlight of the visit was my husband's affogato and the cute photo wall. I picked the Dalgona Jasmine Tea Latte on the specials board. I wasn't sure if the dalgona itself was made from espresso like usual, or if it was made from jasmine tea. I still wasn't really clear after the girl explained the drink but decided to try it anyway. When it came out, the drink was hot! I was bummed because she didn't say anything about that and I was not looking for a hot drink on the first 80 degree day of the year.... I went up to the front to order something different and mentioned I didn't know it was going to be a hot drink and she didn't offer to remake it or anything so I just paid for a Royal Milk Tea. It comes with boba. It was not good at all - tasted like something I can get at Lollicup and on top of that, the boba was hard! I was super disappointed, definitely 0 for 2 on drinks. If we came back I would probably just stick with the soft serve or affogato. The affogato is the only reason I'm giving any stars. read more

Been here several times. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is pretty good it tends more to the younger generation but they seem to love it and having fun and I am all for it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I applaud them for bringing something new and fresh rather than a chicken place that Folsom tends to keep opening up. The service is usually good. The cashier is always nice and informative which is a plus. The only discrepancy I do have is they made a chai tea boba when I ordered a taro milk tea with boba. Instead of making it fresh they handed me one that was sitting in the fridge for who knows how long. So be careful if you have any allergens. read more

I went there twice and both times, I had good experiences. The first time I passed it on the way to Fukumi Ramen and had a croffle as a dessert after lunch. Then I saw that they have a special combo of drink & donut for $9 on Tuesday & Wednesday. So, I went the following week and tried it. Overall, the desserts & drinks were not overly sweet which I like but their prices were kinda pricey (solid 4.5 stars) - banana Nutella croffle: the croffle was good. It would be better if the croffle was warm since it was a bit too hard when I ate it. The nutella cream wasn't too sweet which I love. The caramelized banana pieces were delicious. - cookie monster mochi donut: the mochi was okay since it was less chewy than my preference. The good thing was that the frosting wasn't overly sweet. The cookie bit was fresh & not stale. - matcha strawberry fresh milk: super good! Perfect sweetness (not too sweet). I could taste the matcha & strawberry. i've seen the viral sensation "dubai chocolate strawberries" absolutely everywhere on social media and wanted to give it a try! when i searched it on yelp locally to me, devil & angel desserts popped up. i'll admit, i've walked by here many times but never stopped in -- what have i been missing out on?! apparently, a lot! they have boba, mochi donuts, soft serve, korean corn dogs, and so much more! we ordered our specialty strawberries for a whomping $15.99! it seemed a little pricey, however they make the pistachio house made hashtag worth it. it's order and pick up at the counter style, which is very efficient given how busy they were. when i tell you, my tastebuds were sitting in first class on a private jet, i fear they will never taste anything similar (until i return to devil & angel desserts for more). the flavors of the pistachio paste and melted chocolate mixed together just instantly releases serotonin (for legal purposes this is a joke). the crunch from the Knafeh (crispy finely shredded phyllo dough) is truly the perfect pairing with the strawberries. an absolute 10/10 on flavor -- i've dreamt of it ever since my visit. the staff are all very friendly despite it being packed inside. We stopped by for dessert after dinner while my friends charged their Tesla. This was our fist time here. The play is clean, modern, and trendy. The server was very nice. I got the croffle Oreo with vanilla + choco late and my wife got the mix berry croffle. They were both very tasty. read more
