The donuts are as slightly "chewy" in the middle, but a slight crisp on the outside. Their plain butter croissants are what brought me in today. Fresh made daily! Crispy, flakey, buttery...yum. I bought one for each of my coworkers, but I almost want to be greedy and not share lol, jk. Kinda. The same lady is there when I go in before work at 6am and she's always happy, friendly, and a nice face to start your morning! It's clean, quiet, and pretty timely. I placed an order on Monday for 30 doughnuts for my daughter's class birthday celebration and was…read morequoted $30 total. I even confirmed the price during the phone call because I wanted to make sure I understood correctly. The order was very simple , plain doughnuts, half maple and half chocolate. When I came in on Wednesday to pick them up, I added 4 additional doughnuts at the counter for my family. The total came out to $62, which was more than double what I had been quoted. I asked if the amount was correct and explained that I had been told $30 for the original order. The employee recalculated it and still said it was correct, then asked if I still wanted them. Unfortunately, this put me in a very uncomfortable position because there were people behind me, my children were with me, and the doughnuts were for my daughter's school class. I felt embarrassed and pressured into paying an amount I was not prepared for based on the quote I had received. Mistakes happen, but the situation was handled with very little concern or effort to make it right. The experience left a bad impression, and I won't be returning.
