Ambiance: Typical bagel shop with limited seating. Service: Employees are very helpful and friendly! Food: 6 bagels for $20.00. The bagels were fresh and good. No different than many other bagel shops. Except for the many varieties of breakfast bagels & croissants sandwiches available. They smelled amazing. Looking forward to trying them in the future.

Been on the hunt for a good quick breakfast spot! This place is definitely a must try. Loved the two bagels we got -- salmon lox and the cheesy ham scram with sun-dried tomatoes. Got to customize the bagel type and spread, which is amazing!!! I got the jalapeño spread on an asiago bagel. It added a perfect little heat with the salmon lox. I also really loved the egg and bacon with the cheese. The cheese pull was really satisfying! Overall, service was great. Beat the morning rush around 7:30am. It's lovely inside with the candles and chocolate candies!

Excited to finally had an opportunity to try this new bagel shop in the neighborhood! Decor is clean and staff are friendly. Extra star for the friendly staff!! I ordered a chocolate donut and the chicken club bagel sandwich. Both were good! The price for the bagel sandwich is a bit pricey but it is what it is.

My son and I went to a new bagel and donut shop named Pan Bagels for the second time at 4022 Sunrise Blvd, Ste 110, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742 Today I had the lox & loaded on a plain bagel. I sampled a french donut and apple fritter. My son had a poppy seed bagel and creme cheese. Although the donuts are not made on site, they were excellent! Fresh, soft and tasty with very little grease. The sandwich I had was some of the best quality lox I've tasted with onion and great cream cheese. So what's the problem? I have had 3 bagels here and all of them are hard to bite into and taste day old or made hours before. Toasting them helps but doesn't solve the issue of freshness. These bagels are not fluffy bread rings like so many other bagel places produce. The taste of the bagel to me is a bit unusual, like a malt flavoring has been added? Anyway, some bread items and apple fritters are displayed in the open on top of the enclosed glass cabinet (see picture). There are no seperate recycling trash cans, considering many of their beverages come in recyclable can and bottles. Anyway, I needed some ice water but they wouldn't give me any. We had purchased apple juice and orange juice. The cashier suggested we buy a water. The prices posted matched what I payed. The employees working behind the counter are friendly and very nice. The ambiance is for the family with a nice clean restaurant and restroom. Music plays from a portable karaoke machine. I won't be back for awhile although I believe Pan Bagels has great potential to becoming successful.

I stopped by because I saw they finally opened, and since it was around noon on a Monday, the place was already packed. The staff looked overwhelmed and a little all over the place, but the space itself was bright and clean with a cute section for drinks and flavored cream cheeses. I ordered the cheesy scram ham croissant with Swiss for a little over $10, but they didn't have boba and matcha on day one, which was disappointing. The cashier staff was clearly new. Someone told him to hop on the register, and he struggled to find anything in the system. It took about five minutes just to place my order, and with the line growing, someone should've been helping him. The part that really threw me off was a guy sitting in the middle of the shop with a whole desktop setup just watching everything; if he's the owner, that's not the place to be when your team is drowning. I waited about 25 minutes before I had to leave for work, so I asked for a refund but they said their system shut down earlier in the day and they couldn't do it so I told them to disregard the refund and I'll come the next morning. Both Sara and, I think, the her name was Chelley were genuinely kind and handled it well. When I came back around 7:15 a.m today, Sara recognized me immediately and got started on my order right away, which I really appreciated. She made sure my drinks were ready first, double checked everything, and even walked my order out to me. The only downside was that the cheesy ham scram didn't actually come with everything listed on the menu... it was just ham and cheese, still decent but not what I expected. The white mocha was good, though. It took about 15 minutes this time, and overall the service was much better from Sara specifically. I wouldn't come here if you're in a rush yet, but hopefully things smooth out as they get more settled.

great bagel sandwich spot that also offer donuts and crossiants, and breakfast style goodies! came in the afternoon, and a lot of bagels were sold out for the day. got a bagel sandwich and it was good! unfortunately i didn't see it came with peppers & mustard, which had to remove myself. interior is cozy and inviting, few tables and seats. service was okay. would return if in the mood for breakfast sandwiches!

The donut tasted solid. It's a chocolate donut, what's not to love about it? I also ordered the Vietnamese coffee (Iced), also solid. Just the right amount of condensed milk and coffee. The service is always nice and . The staff are helpful and take their time to answer questions about the menu. I really like the ambiance with jazz music playing in the background and the lounge leather couch feels super cozy! The temperature is nice and warm in here as well. Second time coming here. There's less people here and feels more like a quiet spot to enjoy my morning treats! I would give the donut a 5/5. The coffee 4/5. Service a 5/5 and ambiance a 5/5.

We were excited for a new business at Sunrise and Douglas, and it's a bagel-doughnut-boba shop. We went in for lunch. The place is cute and there's a couch inside, and some tables and wicker chairs. There were plenty of employees working behind the counter and helping us. There was no wait and entering was polite and friendly and patient as we figured out the menu. We had 4 bagel-based sandwiches (although you can have them on croissants) and 3 different doughnuts. All the bagels were fresh and soft. I had the Crocker chicken club on a sesame bagel, with tomatoes and cucumbers, and everyone wanted a bite, it was great. I also had an old fashioned doughnut, it was fresh and not overly sweet, it was so good. There were other things like chips and juices and chia seed pudding that we didn't try, but we'll expand our horizons next time.

Love the atmosphere! Soothing, inviting, classy. Huge food portions. Had Ham n Cheese croissant and a cappuccino. Both excellent. Croissant fresh and yum! Great to have all the grab n go stuff. Loved the Easter decor.

Stopped by to try them out and there was a long line. It didn't take that long for the order. I ordered 1/2 dozen bagels of different kinds like blueberry and asiago and everything. The bagels are pretty big and tasty. I ordered the strawberry and almond toast smear. They are a little expensive. I ordered some sprinkle donuts for the kids and they liked them and the croissants are huge. Unfortunately they didn't have any flavored croissants. I will be back again to try the coffee drinks.

Oolong milk tea was good but I recommend to ask them to be little more sweet if u want the milk tea sweetness. Recommend the milk tea. Friendly staff

    Cordova Philly bagel $10.95

Pan Bagels opened today, and we were excited to finally try it after seeing the sign up for months. The inside was clean, elegant, and nicely organized. Staff were super friendly. The space itself is small--about six tables and a couch when you walk in--but still comfortable, and they also have porch seating available. We placed our order and it took about 30 minutes to receive our food. Since it was their first day, we completely understood, and the staff was very apologetic about the wait. I ordered the Lox & Loaded bagel (smoked salmon, red onion, tomato, capers, cucumber & cream cheese on a Pan Bagel) for $9.95, and my husband ordered the Cordova Philly (roast beef, onions, bell peppers & provolone on a Pan Bagel) for $10.95. The prices were very reasonable for the amount of food. I enjoyed my lox bagel, but the bagel itself was on the harder side--difficult to bite into--and I personally prefer a softer, more tender bagel. My husband's bagel, on the other hand, was soft and easy to bite into. Both sandwiches were flavorful and definitely worth the price. They also mentioned that their boba drinks won't be available until January 2026, so something to look forward to on a future visit. All in all, a solid first visit. With a little fine-tuning on consistency, I think Pan Bagels has the potential to become a local favorite.

No bacon on the Pan Hearty. Thick and dry bagel.

The same employee has rung me up many times before. In fact, he is the one who has rung me up every time, and I even have the emailed receipts showing the exact total each time. Today when I ordered the exact same thing, he told me the total was nearly $18. Since that didn't make sense, I politely went through the math with him: the Nova lox bagel price on the menu plus the $0.80 specialty bagel charge (I always get the spinach Swiss bagel). Even adding it up in front of him, the numbers still didn't come close to $18. I asked where the remainder was coming from, and he couldn't give me an answer. He just kept repeating that it was "what the register says." If one bagel comes out to $14.52, how exactly would two bagels be $18? Because the total made no sense and there was no explanation, I chose not to order and left. Later my husband went in and ordered the exact same Nova lox bagel and was charged about $12. When he asked why I had been told nearly $18 earlier, the employee said that I had ordered two bagels. That's simply not true. What's frustrating is that he presented it as though I ordered two bagels, not that two were accidentally rung up. If that was the issue, it could have been explained when I asked him directly at the register. What made the interaction worse was the dismissive attitude. I told him I come here all the time, order the exact same thing, and even have receipts showing the $14.52 total every time. Instead of trying to understand or look into it, he essentially shrugged and repeated that the register said $18. Customer service and word of mouth are everything these days. It's disappointing when businesses forget that the people walking through the door are the ones supporting them. The Nova lox bagel is already pricey as it is. Add attitude and nonchalant behavior on top of that, and it's simply not worth it. I truly won't be coming back. I'd rather go to Costco, buy smoked salmon and bagels, and make my own without the attitude. If the owner has an explanation for how one bagel suddenly became nearly $18 while the same order was $12 minutes later, I'd genuinely be interested to hear it.

Let's start with parking. Yes, given the location of main street Stockton Blvd to residential, parking can be quite a challenge here. It almost gives the same vibes as trying to snag a curbside spot at Airport terminals for pick up. Next, ordering. If you've ever just walked up to the counter, placed an order and waited 45 minutes, you'll try to avoid that next time! So... I started ordering ahead of time on their website. It's very user friendly and easy to make selections. However, today, May 2026, while ordering on their website, it literally prompted me to select a time for the order to be ready. OK, I selected 9:20 am. Why was my order not ready till 9:40? Why do you even have a mobile ordering option if i have to wait for 3 guests ordering at the register??? And, finally, there is no expediting. There's usually only 1 cashier. The back office kitchen staff never really surface to greet anyone or ask for names to distinguish orders. Also, why is there not a defined line for mobile pick up orders vs everyone else. It's literally just a walk up cluster fudge of nothing! You order ahead, still have to wait. You order in person, you have to wait. You have questions? Good luck. All of quality and care definitely goes into the baking and foodie experience, but what this business doesn't take into account is that think about your devoted regulars and the impression left. I want to support your business. I live kinda close by, but if I have to wait and wait each time... zero clarity of flow when I do walk up... And pretty much no improvements from my last visit.... It's disappointing.

After this incident, we went back to them expecting at least an apology. What did they do? They offered to refund $29.35 and didn't even say "I'm sorry." And again -- this is not speculation. Their last health inspection specifically pointed out negligence around food safety, including improper storage and handling of ham and cheese croissants -- exactly the item that made my son sick. This is beyond disappointing. This is dangerous. If they can't keep bread and ham safe to eat -- something you serve every day -- then how can anyone trust them with any food? Wide open space filled with a lot of students. I think I observed 3-4 small study groups. I tried…read morea sandwich here and a Red Eye. It was all satisfactory. The noise level wasn't too loud, and some of the seating is comfortable. There is plenty of space to spread out a little too. The staff was super efficient and friendly.

Checked out Pause Coffee House after a class at ARC hoping to find some good food and a new study…read morespot. I came during a busy hour which wasn't idea but didn't affect anything in regard to the taste of what I got! Typically I like to find a spot that's quietly busy so if you're wanting to do the same I would try to come when it's less busy as I found myself slightly overstimulated by the business and seeing all the seats filled up which otherwise is a good sign! The Banana Dream Match caught my eye so I ordered it immediately along with an Avocado toast + egg ( extra cost). They give you a buzzer for the food and you have to find a corner to wait in that's out of the way and pick your food up by the kitchen. The vibe was very open and I liked the different seating options as well as the abundance of outlets. I ended up eating outside to get away from the busyness and the I was in the middle of talking when the taste of the Banana hit me. The best. Banana matcha I've ever had. Which I didn't expect because I've tried so many but what I loved most is that the banana flavor was sweet but tasted like real banana and the matcha flavor was still present. The banana flavor wasn't just at the top either it was top to bottom so every sip tasted the same making it soooo good!! The Avocado toast was good as well a little on the tangy side but I loved the egg. Great spot when it's less busy which would make parking easier as well but glad I stopped in to find my new favorite matcha spot.
