    Crab cake Benedict
    Izzy T.

What a fun stop on our way to a convention! We had to come by for their signature beignets! It came with three different jams underneath (DELICIOUS!! Not too sweet). The ooey gooey jams counterbalanced the crispy beignets so well. Our server was wonderful at checking in and making sure we had water. Our food came super quickly too! the interior is like an all American dinner with plenty of seating! The crab cake Benedict wasn't my favorite because the hollandaise sauce was a little thick and the crab cake was a bit burnt but the hashbrowns were good and crispy! The scrambles are massive and they have many on the menu with a variety of protein! There's definitely a lot of savory entrees to try.

First time eating at Huckleberry's! I always pass by it, but I got a chance to try them for breakfast. They have a lot of options on their menu. I like the southern hospitality vibes that the restaurant gives. The servers are friendly and food came out quick! The portions are good and skillets come with your choice of a muffin, biscuit, or toast. I got the Dixieland skillet and the presentation was great! It did have a lot of potatoes, but the veggies, eggs and thin pieces of steak helped balance it out. The fried okra is a yummy appetizer and it comes with 2 different sauces! Be careful when eating it because it's very hot, delicious and addicting!

I wanted breakfast just took my puppy to get his shots. They were nice enough to say I could bring him in his little bag because he's tiny but I opted out it's an indoor restaurant and I knew he wouldn't sit still. But the energy and service was 10/10 for just being considerate. Now let's get into the food. I wanted to try the fried green tomatoes and I'd give it a 4/10 the crunch was amazing but the flavor was missing for me I feel like if they seasoned the tomatoes before the batter them they would be better than having the seasoning all over the plate, the sauce was ok. I got the Mississippi skillet with gravy on the side and extra cheese and sourdough toast. It was delicious. And a pancake and egg and bacon plate. And our waitress made sure my coffee cup stayed full! Definitely recommend

I have been to this restaurant two times now & nothing on the menu is healthy fresh food... mostly heavy fried processed food ... this is not my kind of restaurant & I would NOT visit again.

This location is super friendly. Lunch was good here as always. Go for the stacked waffles and a huckleberry lemonade to start your day!

Huckleberry's is a great breakfast spot located in rancho Cordova! Big parking lot! The menu is huge and they actually serve more than just breakfast! I came here on my dad's birthday and I've been here a few other times. It's always a solid spot! I got an omelette that came with toast and a huge serving of hash browns. I also got an iced coffee that was really good! We got complimentary beignets for my dad's birthday which was really nice! The waffles and everything was really tasty! We had a nice server who was attentive and helpful!

Family friendly. Cute decor. Coloring pages for kids. Omelets are huge and yummy. Country potatoes were nothing special but the blueberry muffin was delicious! Waitress was very nice and efficient.

The food was good, portions were large. Service was good as well, inspite of it being Mother's day. The restaurant was busy, but not loud. I will be back to try other menu items, like the fried green tomatoes.

Decided to hit breakfast with the wife. First time at this location and it's very clean with great staff that are really attentive. I had the chicken fried steak, hash and eggs while the wife had French toast, eggs and sausage. Food were large portions and very good and the food was hot! We'll definitely be back!

The food was served fresh and was very flavorful. I ordered the chicken and waffles stack. The best part was the juicy chicken. The skin was not overly crunchy or thick. My husband has the rib-eye breakfast. He enjoyed it and he likes his medium rare and it was to his liking. Not a huge cut, but it did the job. My son had the New Orleans skillet. He travels a lot and loves to try new spots and said he would definitely come back. Overall, a good place to eat. Laid back ambiance and great food and service.

We've always passed by this location but never tired it. My husband and I decided to try this location on Micron Ave today. The restaurant itself is pretty big and clean. Our server was very friendly. She was surprised on how fluent my husband's Spanish was . lol. The food is great. My country style potatoes were delicious and the chicken strips were very tender. We'll definitely be coming back here.

What a great place! I was looking for some place different to go for breakfast and this place did not disappoint. Service was great and food came out surprisingly fast! like when I say fast I mean we sat down, ask for something and it came out with our drink less than 3 minutes or so later. The waiters were very nice and polite. The food was also very good, very feeling and had good flavor! I'd recommend going!

Every now and then I'll get a craving for the flavors I came across during a trip to New Orleans or 'Nawlins and all I've ever come across are restaurants that serve beignets in Sacramento. Unbeknownst to me there is a diner franchise, Huckleberry's, with a Bayou theme and a New Orleans/southern cookin' inspired menu. This was such a fun dining experience and I can't wait to return. I love the kitschy bayou theme and the decorations put a smile on my face. I experienced friendly service and a clean environment. To top it all off the food was better than expected diner fare. Everything came out really quickly even though the restaurant was busy and the food came out hot and tasted fresh. Nothing was stale. Huck's iced tea had the right amount of sweetness and the beignets were light and airy. I really enjoyed the monte cristo sandwich. It was the perfect sweet and savory combo for breakfast/brunch. The monte cristo had both ham and turkey and provided a much needed savory element to an otherwise sweet heavy breakfast. Another visit is already in the works and I can't wait.

I was in for a surprise. Morning fork presents its self like an old timey diner, with mimosas, coffee, a skillet that radiates the kind of heat that would keep a family warm through the winter. The staff was a mix of locals who served with speed and smiles that were memorable and noticeable. I don't jump on every brunch invite, I rarely make brunch plans, but I will when morning fork is involved. Morning fork has incredible pancakes and waffles Their coffee is actually amazing And if I could afford the calories, I'd be here every week.

The restaurant itself was already VERY loud, with customers talking, laughing, and enjoying themselves. We actually appreciated the atmosphere because, as parents of a toddler, it made us feel more comfortable dining there as a family. Shortly after receiving our food, my toddler became upset and started crying. The OWNER approached my husband and asked him to REMOVE OUR CHILD FROM THE RESTAURANT. My husband, being the respectful person he is, complied and took her outside. At first, I was confused about why he had suddenly left until he called me and explained what the owner had told him. We had JUST received our food. At that point, I asked our server to remove the untouched items from our bill. I made it clear that I was more than willing to pay for anything we had already touched or consumed, but I was not comfortable continuing to give my business to an establishment whose owner had just asked my husband to remove our toddler. The owner then approached me, and I explained how inappropriate and upsetting I found the situation, especially considering how loud the restaurant already was. I could barely hear my own daughter over the overall noise in the restaurant. Her response was that "people were looking at me," which is why she asked my husband to take our daughter OUTSIDE. That response was extremely disappointing. She is a TODDLER. Toddlers sometimes cry. We were not allowing her to run around the restaurant, destroy anything, or behave dangerously. She was simply upset and crying. If noise was truly the issue, then why was our child singled out in an already extremely loud restaurant? What makes the experience even more uncomfortable is that we already felt we were greeted rudely by our first server. I do want to recognize the gentleman who was calling names for the tables. He was very kind and welcoming, and I appreciated his professionalism. As for the owner, I am extremely disappointed that someone who owns a restaurant would treat paying customers and their child this way. Families with young children deserve to know what kind of environment they are walking into. If children, or the normal behavior that occasionally comes with having toddlers are not welcome in your establishment, that should be clearly communicated to customers before they sit down and order food. We will not be returning, and I hope no other family is made to feel as unwelcome and embarrassed as ours was today.

Their patio area is really cute, and they have plenty of seating both outside and inside. The only downside was the service. It took us over 15 minutes just to place our drink order, and then it took a while for our drinks to come out. Since it was a warmer day, it would've been nice to have water on the table right away. I actually received my food before I even got my water or the drink I ordered, which was a little disappointing. The good thing is once we finally placed our food order, it came out really fast! I ordered the Mexican Skillet, which comes with eggs, chicken chorizo, onions, peppers, pepper jack cheese, guacamole, tater tots, and a tortilla. It was really good! The only thing I felt it was missing was salsa. I think having salsa on top or even on the side would have made this dish even better and added that extra flavor it needed. We also tried the Chicken and Waffles, which came with southern fried chicken, pork sausage country gravy, a Belgian waffle, pecan butter, and maple syrup. The waffle was delicious, and the pork sausage gravy had a really good flavor. The portion was also very generous. I was only able to eat about half of my meal. Overall, the food was good, and the restaurant itself is really cute. The patio is a great spot to sit, especially on a nice day. However, the service was the biggest downside of our visit. Even after finishing our food, it took a while for our server to check on us. After getting our check, we also waited quite a bit for our to go boxes and eventually decided to just ask for them at the front because we had been waiting so long. The restaurant wasn't packed, so I'm not sure if it was just an off day, but I do think it's something to keep in mind if you're coming here. If you're not in a rush and want to enjoy a slower brunch, it could be a nice spot. The food was good, but because of the service, I'm not sure if I would come back.

They had some unique syrups, such as bourbon caramel and praline. The syrups were on the more subtle side, which some people prefer. I am not one of those people, but it was a good latte for a breakfast/ brunch spot. I wish there was more ice tho.  The skillet cornbread with sharp cheddar, creamed corn & garlic, honey butter & house made seasonal jam on the side was a great starter dish.
