Around counters, dirt accumulation and hallway leading to bathroom just dark, and not too clean
    Cyn D.

The smoothies here are really good, but- this place has a distinctive odor upon entering, very strong, and not an enticing one. It's not the cleanest location, makes me a little hesitant and worried, but I did order bowls from here the other day. They had 1 employee working all on her own, I felt bad for her. There were men that came in right after me and ordered food as well..not cool. She apologized and was very sweet. When I got home, I realized that the bowls smelled like that strange, distinctive odor in the place. It's somwthing in the sauce, maybe whatever pots they cook it in, but it's ultra chemically, so it was a massive turn off when eating, I didn't finish. I gave three stars because of smoothies and sweet cashier, but the place is a little shady, not too clean and smells if chemicals.

Drinks: 3/5 Service: 3.5/5 Ambiance: 3.5/5 Seating: 4/5 Parking: 3/5 Located inside a plaza that's not really busy, there's lots of free, unlimited parking in the Medium-sized parking lot. Walking in, you go to the counter to order and the service is friendly, though a bit slow. Once done, they'll shout your order and you pick up at the counter. Lots of options, the menu spans over 5 TV screens. This is one of the only few boba places in Rancho Cordova that serves not only Thai Green Tea but also in Jumbo size. I ordered with Grass Jelly and the drink was alright, though a little bitter. Pictured, there's a lot of seating with tables so you can hangout. Overall, 3/5.

    Chicken sandwich

Still one of my favorite chicken banh mi sandwiches! Which is overfilled with chicken and delicious veggies! The service was quick and the sandwich is super affordable (around $9). I call in advance while driving there and it's nearly done by the time I arrive. They have it wrapped up well and I love that it doesn't get soggy fast so I can eat the other half hours later !

What I loved about this place is that I was able to walk in, be greeted kindly, and placed my order promptly. With tip, for a size large Boba, the total ended up being about $10 which I found overpriced. My drink order was promptly delivered within a reasonable amount of time. During this time while I waited, I was able to enjoy the ambience inside. I enjoyed the decor, the artwork, and I was able to browse the various menus. I did see some fusion items that I would like to check out in the future. I also did see some yummy looking snacks that I can't wait to try as well.

I ordered the pork banh mi, coconut shake, and egg rolls on DoorDash, and was surprised to find that my sandwich came without any pâté or dressing--just meat, vegetables, and bread. When I checked the menu again, I saw that adding dressing would actually cost extra. Although the description didn't specifically mention pâté, I assumed it would be included, since most banh mi typically come with pâté and/or mayonnaise. It feels unreasonable to have to pay extra for something that's usually standard. The meat was also very dry and has a weird smell to it, along with the veggies. The eggrolls were not crunchy, but soggy. Yikes. Only thing that was good was the coconut shake.

Wednesday, 10/16/2024 - we were trying to go try The Sandwich Spot, but as we were backing into an empty parking spot, someone quickly turned into our parking spot. So we drove to the other side of the little shopping plaza to looking for another parking spot. And that's when we saw Fusion! We decided to try them out instead. Sure glad we did! Upon arrival... Pros 1) cute little restaurant. Maybe like 10x12, 120 square feet. There's only 3 tables with a few chairs around it. A few comfy chairs on the outskirt of the dining tables to sit and relax. Clean. 2) the lady at the cash register was very nice and professional. 3) we got the chicken banh mi sandwich for $8.97 with a side of teriyaki sauce. When we received the sandwich, boy was there a lot of chicken! Yum! We poured the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and it's delicious. Everything tasted perfect. 4) Thai tea was good. 5) Open Mon-Sat, 10-8pm Cons 1) if you have a large vehicle, parking can be a challenge. 2) no Cons on restaurant as this was a to-go order. Conclusion Sure glad that person stole our parking spot and forced us to drive a little further down. This restaurant is tiny, but clean and cute. Food didn't take long to come out. Sandwich was great, Thai tea was great, the person we interacted with was very nice. We will definitely go here again. Love finding these little mom and pop shops. They make the best stuff.

Taste is perfect, size is reasonable, ingredients are fresh! I'd love to come back here again!

An ordinary-looking spot with the best banh mi in town. My son and I really enjoyed the drink, so creamy and satisfying! The banh mi are full of flavor, pork are charcoal perfectly, the pickles balance the favor! Spring rolls are refreshing!

    Marble Milk Tea with Boba

The cashiers here are super friendly. This is my local Boba spa and it's always quick. I got a marble milk tea. It was sweet with taro and Thai tea as well as baba. The inside now has two couches which are comfortable as well as the rest of the normal seating at the tables. Cute and local spot.

Stopped here on a weekend afternoon for a bite to eat. It's a very small place and in a pretty empty shopping center. The place is outdated and dimly lit, worn down chairs, but I'm willing to give anywhere a shot! The food menu actually sounded pretty good, there were a few things I wanted to try but I ended up going simple with a beef banh mi and my husband got the burrito wrap. It took a while to get our food but there was a steady flow of customers coming in and out. I noticed people were often waiting a while to place an order so I think the person working up front also had to help in the back. We wanted to just take it and go because it was so cold inside but we decided to just eat there since we had waited so long already. The banh mi was good, it had a generous portion of meat but way too many carrots. The jalapeños were fresh and had all the seeds so the spice overpowered it and even burned my lips! So definitely a warning if you don't want too much spice. I would've liked it if it was a pickled jalapeño instead. The bread could've been fresher too. My husband's wrap was better, it was actually a very large size for $9.25 and I liked the sauce that came with it. We also shared a Marble Milk Tea which is part Thai tea and taro milk tea. It was good but a bit overpriced at $6 for the small size. Overall average experience thus the 3 stars but likely won't be coming out of my way to return. There are way too many boba shops so every one needs to do something to stand out!

Vietnamese coffee with too much ice

I used to come to this location pretty frequently as I go to the VA hospital nearby for appointments. Today I've had a pretty disappointing experience. Service was fine, but I wanted to pay in cash, but they said they didn't have cash in their drawer. When I got my drink, I was very disappointed to find out that there was an 80% ice and 20% drink ratio. I don't think I will ever come back as there are other options that would give me more drink than ice, even if it does taste amazing.

I've been here a handful of times now since I started working near this location. I've also been to their Folsom location but that one seems to be more busy especially on a weekend when there's only 1 person working. Here, I've experienced a 50/50 service. There are times they are speedy with your drink but this last time I went, the lady seemed to be the one making the drinks too while working the register. I was running late to head back to work and I had to ask about my order. Both times I've come here, they had to work on the tofu order. The first time I ordered tofu spring rolls, they said they hadn't made it yet and still had to turn on the fryer. Since I was pressed for time, I changed my order to chicken. Then the recent time, similar thing happened with the tofu banh-mi order. So, my suggestion is, pre-order the tofu so u don't have to wait a long time. My go-to is the Jasmine milk tea with boba, I've now ordered it in cold and hot versions. Both are definitely delicious. I'll come back again and see how the service will be but for now, 3 stars from me!

Food is good but the pricing is a bit high. $2 for a can of soda is a bit much. Service is great.

Very nice spot for boba. Food is good as well but I mainly go for the drinks. Only caveat is they close early compared to other boba shops .

I think the person who asked about the "split cup" is that, two separated cups in a cup, so we can try two different teas in a cup? Some boba places offer that, and I would recommend you guys doing that also, at least for the milk teas.

I see, that sounds interesting, will contact our supplier to see how we can make it possible, thanks for clarification and I did saw this before as well, have a good day!

Are you guys going to offer the split drink cups ? It's hard to choose one flavor lol?

What do you mean by split drink cups? You can always add flavors to any drink, maybe am not understanding :-D
