It's been a long time since we last been to 18 grams. It wasn't that busy then so it was nice to see them doing well. The staff were cool, definitely working hard to keep up with the business. There was a lot of seating both inside and out. We ordered on the kiosk but you can also order from the cashier. We didn't realize how much food items they now offered. There's different Filipino/Hawaiian dishes like a katsu, loco moco, and longanisa. They had baked goodies like ube muffins and pandan cookies. For drinks they were plenty of coffees, lattes, and teas. It was pretty busy so it took a while for our food to come out. It wasn't the best we had, but all the food was enough to satisfy our cravings. It was definitely a modern take on things that was enjoyable.

Any time we visit Sac, it is one of our go-to spots! They do an excellent job of sourcing their coffee beans along with roasting them. They've gotten exceptionally good at standardizing their drinks across the board as well. We have also tried many of their drinks outside of what we ordered today, including the 1987, 18 to the Brain, Thai Coffee, and Mexican Mocha. They have a food menu as well, which ranges from rice bowls to breakfast sandwiches. It's a great place to go to meet with friends, studying, or working on a project. They also have a good amount of seating inside, but it does fill up quickly! They do have WiFi (and outlets) and one single bathroom. Given we have been coming here for years, it is a must whenever you're in the Arden area!

I come here at least couple of times a week to do my work and escape the jail cell that is my apartment. Everyone here is so friendly. I enjoy the chai latte, as well as the other lattes. Parking was not difficult to find. The inside is spacious with plenty of seating inside and outside. It is also the type of coffee shop where you can work or study. The staff is friendly and attentive. They greet you as soon as you enter and ask if you would like a drink that they can get started for you. I tried their vanilla latte and brown sugar latte. The coffee has a nice roast and shines through the drinks. I also tried two of their vegan donuts: the chocolate blackberry and their peanut butter and jelly donut. Both donuts were good but I enjoyed the chocolate blackerry donut more. Overall, a great coffee shop to visit!

What I personally witnessed was very different from what is being described in her review. From what I saw, the business itself had nothing to do with the situation. It appeared to be the property management for the commercial property addressing the individual about their vehicle taking up two parking spaces. It was explained to her that those spaces are needed by patients visiting the medical offices in the complex for their appointments. I can only speak to what I witnessed while I was there, but I don't think it's fair to hold this business responsible for an interaction that appeared to involve the property management rather than the coffee shop itself.

I've updated my review with proof of their lies. This was DEFINITELY AN EMPLOYEE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!! I was very specifically told BY THE PROPERTY MANAGER that it was THEIR EMPLOYEE!!!!!!! You both harassed me. It is what it is. Sorry not sorry. Previous review- I was on the freeway and I really needed a cup of coffee. I've never been here before. I pulled off the freeway so fast after seeing the reviews!!! Unfortunately, I was not greeted with grace or respect. I pulled up this morning very emotional I'll admit, and my parking wasn't the best. I pulled up fast and took a space and a half. But never have I ever, had someone immediately come out and confront me with such anger!!!! Mind you there was plenty of parking. I reaaaally just needed a cup of coffee... I tried to let the guy know that I was sorry, but he kept attacking me. He kept making me feel worse. I was so surprised he even kept going! I let him know that I was apologetic and that I was having a really bad morning. I told him that he doesn't know what other people are going through and that he needs to be kind. I needed that cup of coffee so bad, that I took his disrespect, fixed my parking, and still tried to come in. Then I was harassed by the apparent property management. He said he doesn't appreciate how I talked to the guy??? WOW. Mind you I've been crying so my eyes were probably already so sad and red. How can they not see the pain in my eyes? What they are doing to me right now???? I am beyond disgusted in these men. I am SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS BUSINESS AND THE EMPLOYEE AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER!!!!!! I will never take this review down. This was my FIRST EXPERIENCE. I am a 29yr old business professional on my way to my executive position. Unacceptable. I don't care what previous reviews say, this was MY EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE CRUEL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!!!!!

Walking in, the line was short but the staff took a really long time servicing people. Since it's a 2hr drive from SF to Sac, you know I'm about to bulk buy. The case had a good selection but quite a few were sold out already. Everything looks really delicious but I had to control myself. Almond Croissant $7.50 - I don't remember what this tasted like so it must've been standard. Matcha Croissant $9 - Don't let the price deter you because for $9, you get a big filling croissant and it was honestly so delicious. The dipped part was like a white chocolate matcha and the inside matcha filling was so good. I don't know how but I fridged it and ate it the next day, IT WAS STILL CRISPY! This was the highlight and highly recommend getting it. Blueberry Choux $11 - This was also really good too. The blueberry filling was creamy and delicious. It tasted really fresh. Macarons $2.95 each - Standard stuff. I got a Thai coconut cream and this is a flavor I haven't seen before and recommend trying it! In summary, highly recommend trying this place. It is on the pricier side but if you're like me and don't go to Sac often, I would give this place a try and buy extra!!

Momma runs the café alongside her family, and you can taste the care that goes into every item. The pastries are outstanding. We tried the baklava, a specialty Neapolitan pastry, and a delicious cream-filled pastry topped with crushed Biscoff cookies and cream. Each one was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. For lunch, we ordered the Chicken Pesto Panini, the Tri-Tip Chimichurri Sandwich, and the Tri-Tip Southwest Salad. Every dish was generously portioned, fresh, and packed with flavor. The specialty sandwiches and salads are definitely worth coming back for. They also serve Pete's Coffee and have a high-end espresso machine for anyone needing a quality caffeine fix. The café is open for breakfast and lunch until 3 PM, so be sure to come early. The interior is lovely, with plenty of seating for groups, easy-to-read digital menu boards, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and made us feel right at home. If you're looking for great food, amazing pastries, excellent coffee, and genuine hospitality, Cafe 33 is a must-visit.

The iced vanilla lattes were really good. The pastries were the highlight. The almond pain au chocolat was perfectly flaky, and the filling was absolutely delicious. The very berry pastry was my favorite. The cream was light, fresh, and had just the right amount of sweetness, and the fruit on top tasted fresh and sweet. The hash brown bread with ham and cheese was very dense and filling, making it a great savory option. I loved the self-serve pastry setup and appreciated how large the bakery selection was. While some items looked a little fresher than others, there was still plenty to choose from, and everything we picked was delicious. The bakery itself was very clean with plenty of comfortable seating, and I noticed they even offer WiFi, making it a nice place to work, catch up with someone, or just enjoy a coffee. It was fairly busy and a little noisy, but there were still plenty of open seats. Parking was also easy thanks to the large parking lot. The only downside was the service. The staff wasn't unfriendly, but they also weren't especially welcoming. I also had trouble hearing the employee calling out completed drinks, so I ended up waiting around 10 minutes. It's possible our coffees were ready sooner, but I didn't want to crowd the pickup area. Our total came to about $30 for two coffees and three pastries, which felt reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Overall, this was a great first experience, and I'd definitely stop by again the next time I'm craving a coffee and pastry.
