The lack of communication, urgency, and basic customer service was extremely frustrating. Inside the shop, it is small and there is very limited seating. But you can take your bowl with you and eat it around doco, which I think is the better option unless it's hot. The bowl itself was great. It tasted fresh and the fruit was good. I like the crunch from the granola and nuts and the scoop of a almond butter added great texture and flavor.
