    Burnt bagel and cheese. 3/11/25.
    James B.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Ambiance was not considered since I went through the drive-thru. Food: Ordered breakfast, Asiago Bagel Sausage Egg, and Cheese. The cheese was horribly burnt, the sauce patty must be turkey and not pork. Horrible sandwich. Bagel was burnt. The same with the Scrambled eggs Bacon Croissant sandwich. Service: The young lady at the drive thru obviously doesn't want to be there. People say try Panera. I did. It was horrible food and I paid $17.00 to have a bad breakfast.

Mozzarella cheese is thinner than the tomato slices - very disappointing... nothing like what's advertised on your website for the Garden Caprese Melt - my sandwich was not melted either - skimpy filling didn't warrant two pieces of bread.

Half order. Looks good but under the top layer is mostly hard inner core lettuce ribs.

Livin' the drive thru life. This Panera in Rancho Cordova, is one of the few that have a drive thru. And it's not too far or cumbersome to get to from Highway 50. Easy enough to get to. But the drive thr ordering/pickup window is physically immediate after the right turn. So if you don't angle your car close enough, you'll be stretch armstronging. And it doesn't help if you have TRex arms. I've been stopping by here occasionally throughout the years. Customer service has been great. But the food quality is a hit or miss. On my last visit, the BLT was a dismal representation of a sandwich. It had two thin, short, see thru, microwave type bacon. But they served the bacon ice cold. Interesting Panera choice. The lettuce was an arugula salad mix. Another interesting Panera choice. The tomato slice was super thin. The bread was delicious, but doesn't make up for the lackluster sandwich. We also ordered a half order of Greek salad and half chicken Napa salad sandwich. The salad was chock full of the hard core of inner romaine lettuce. Odd the romaine had the core without the leafy green part as it seemed to be sliced off. Another interesting Panera choice. The chicken Napa is my favorite all time sandwich at Panera. But like the BLT, it was a sad sandwich. It was loaded with arugula salad mix but where's the chicken ?!? It had hardly any chicken salad on the sandwich.

Good ol'faithful Panera! Consistent and tasty for the most part. Nothing really bad to say, I always enjoy the new sandwiches and the seasonal items. My wife and I saw the commercial for the new dippers and so we went and got them for dinner. Not enough soup though but I ordered and side French onion anyways. I'd get it again!

Panera do better this is a $15 dollar sandwich and I literally have more peppers than meat. Very sad the food quality and quantity here was declined so much

The kiosks were dirty so it was good that they still have someone at the counter to take your orders. The soup, sandwiches and salads are good. Plenty of seating available and the staff are friendly and quick. This is the spot for a quick and good lunch. Prices are a bit high though for what you get.

I really love their Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stack! It's the first thing I ever tried at Panera, and I have been sticking with it as much as I enjoyed it, plus it's only $7.99 which is a steal. I always ordered ahead of time and came pick up, so I never had any issues like others.

    Frontega chicken

I went to the dinner last night and this is worst experience I ever had. Ordered pick two half Frontega chicken sandwich and half tomato soup. We went 8:5 minutes before closing, so I asked manager is it ok to place the order? He said drive thru will be open until 10 PM so I am good. Here is what I got in frontega chicken. Literally two pieces of chicken.

    Tuna Asiago bagel

I have ordered thru the app 3 times, same order tuna on Asiago bagel. Every time this is what I got. Maybe a teaspoon of tuna. 3 strikes and your out. Won't be going back.

Nothing says don't accept bills over $20.

Would be helpful to post your "rules" at the actual window where people pay. I went through the drive thru. My order totaled $38.99. Handed them a $50 and was told they don't take anything over $20. I said where does it say that and the person said "I wish it was posted here where ppl pay and not where you order." Get my food and missing one of the baguettes and one of the two large Mac's were halfway full.

I come here pretty often with my husband. It's close by, fast, delicious, and filling. My only complaint would be the employees dedication to their job, specifically Oscar. My husband and I came by a week ago and ordered two meals for dine in. Our food took a little longer than usual which was odd because it was fairly empty in there so we went to the counter to check where we saw these two young men just playing around in the kitchen. We tried to get their attention but to no avail. I was able to get the name of the one, Oscar, however the other boy we were not able to find. We ended up receiving our food 20 minutes later and it was cold.

I originally came in fully committed to ordering the Bún Bò Huế (P4), but the moment I heard about the $3.50 giant rib add-on, all bets were off. I switched to the P1 Combo Pho just so I could have that massive, fall-off-the-bone rib soaking in that rich, aromatic broth and it was absolutely worth it. The broth was deeply savory and comforting, layered with flavor without being overly salty, and that rib took things to another level. Tender, meaty, and perfectly braised, it made each bite feel extra indulgent. My boyfriend went with the bánh mì pork sandwich, and we added fried egg rolls for the table. The bánh mì had that perfect balance of crispy baguette, juicy pork, and fresh pickled veggies, while the egg rolls came out hot, crunchy, and packed with flavor. We also got the chance to meet the owner/chef and had such a great conversation, which made the whole experience feel even more personal. Service was friendly and attentive throughout the night. Safe to say, this spot continues to deliver -we'll definitely be back for more.

I'm writing this as a repeat customer who has ordered the same Nova lox bagel here many times…read more I've been coming here regularly for a Nova lox bagel and it has always come out to $14.52. The same employee has rung me up many times before. In fact, he is the one who has rung me up every time, and I even have the emailed receipts showing the exact total each time. Today when I ordered the exact same thing, he told me the total was nearly $18. Since that didn't make sense, I politely went through the math with him: the Nova lox bagel price on the menu plus the $0.80 specialty bagel charge (I always get the spinach Swiss bagel). Even adding it up in front of him, the numbers still didn't come close to $18. I asked where the remainder was coming from, and he couldn't give me an answer. He just kept repeating that it was "what the register says." If one bagel comes out to $14.52, how exactly would two bagels be $18? Because the total made no sense and there was no explanation, I chose not to order and left. Later my husband went in and ordered the exact same Nova lox bagel and was charged about $12. When he asked why I had been told nearly $18 earlier, the employee said that I had ordered two bagels. That's simply not true. What's frustrating is that he presented it as though I ordered two bagels, not that two were accidentally rung up. If that was the issue, it could have been explained when I asked him directly at the register. What made the interaction worse was the dismissive attitude. I told him I come here all the time, order the exact same thing, and even have receipts showing the $14.52 total every time. Instead of trying to understand or look into it, he essentially shrugged and repeated that the register said $18. Customer service and word of mouth are everything these days. It's disappointing when businesses forget that the people walking through the door are the ones supporting them. The Nova lox bagel is already pricey as it is. Add attitude and nonchalant behavior on top of that, and it's simply not worth it. I truly won't be coming back. I'd rather go to Costco, buy smoked salmon and bagels, and make my own without the attitude. If the owner has an explanation for how one bagel suddenly became nearly $18 while the same order was $12 minutes later, I'd genuinely be interested to hear it.

Customer Service: 0/10 It was our first time here, and the staff did not greet us when we walked in. We ordered our food from a kiosk, and the young Asian lady working didn't even inform us that there was self-serve water or where to find to-go boxes; we had to figure it out ourselves and go ask. Worse, she completely ignored my daughter when she tried to ask a question, literally trying to make herself look busy even though she knew my daughter was speaking to her. During our meal, we noticed that while she completely ignored us, she actively greeted and thanked the other customers who came in after us. When we left, she was standing right at the cash register and completely ignored us again. It is incredibly disappointing to see an employee be so selective about who they want to greet and provide decent customer service to. Furthermore, whether she is part of the family that owns the place or not, her attire was entirely inappropriate for a work environment--she was wearing black-and-white checkered pajama pants with an oversized t-shirt. Professionalism and basic courtesy seem entirely missing here. Please do better. Food Review: * Cucumber Salad: Had no flavor. It was basically just sliced cucumber tossed with some sesame oil. I love cucumber salad, so this was a major disappointment. Rate: 0/10 * Chili Wonton: Super plain with literally no flavor. I love chili wontons, and these were completely tasteless. Rate: 3/10 * Black & Gold Molten Lava Bun: It looked interesting with a sweet, glittering liquid gold filling inside, but it wasn't as good as it looked. While the bun was soft, the filling fell short. Rate: 2/10 * Shrimp & Pork Shaomai: Just okay. We've had much better elsewhere. The outside wraps were dried out and chewy.
